The only small detail is that they dont realize that the juices and drinks are expired. I was disgusted and couldnt eat my food, which I have no complaints about, but they should review that because not only was it my drink, it was also my childrens in Total there were 3 jumex and a lemon belight.

I found this taco place near my home in Edinburg!! I was so excited to try it & so glad I did. We had such a sweet server, a young man. He was kind and took care of us & deserved his 15% tip I m glad I gave him. It s a humble place, hole on the wall, in a remote location, but that s what makes it special. You feel like you re in a whole different country. It s a little Mexico where you ll find a corn and snow cone shop in front and just a few minutes near by, find a man roasting corns. I loved the whole experience and recommend it to anyone traveling to the valley. You won t regret it. The service is a 5 as I mentioned. The atmosphere is good, just a little hole on the wall with a few tables, maybe six. The food is very delicious. The beans are a five!! I just loved the taste of those beans. I love beans a la charra, so they are my weakness!! I also love pico de Gallo with chips, so I ll be coming very, very often as my weakness has always been tacos. Their corn tortillas are excellent, fresh and non-greasy!!! Their burritos are so yummy and flour tortillas taste great! Their meat, however, needs more of that smoked flavored taste I didn t get. But it s nicely chopped. I love that they take the time to chop it into fine pieces. That s so good of them. I tried the Bistek steak which wasn t very flavorful but good. Maybe next time I ll try the Molleja which is another cut of meat they offer. They also have all the drink options you can imagine. I loved that. The green salsa was good but not great. The red one was good but not great! I liked them but could have loved them. The reason I would give them a three out of five even though I m going to keep coming back to enjoy their delicious beans is because the potato tasted like water. It was almost as if they grilled them but then took them to water to finish. Or maybe they just grill them that way. I ve never had a potato that was grilled taste like water and without that smoky flavor that makes them so good. Their beef needed more of the same smoky flavor and seasoning. Also, their salsas could step it up, too. I think I m a big salsa person, and so i give them a three for room to grow. Maybe next time I come, they will be a five, and I can make adjustments. I would definitely visit this hole on the wall. You ll be pleasantly surprised.

Visiting from Dallas-Fort Worth and customer of mine took me to this place. Upon arrival my customer told me please be advise the place is nothing fancy. My reply was the best taco spots are usually very layback. Got into the restaurant server was very friendly, and helpful. We started by having a house beans loaded with cheese and asada. Beans tasted like my grandma cook them in her home. I gave them a five stars! I ordered a 5 taco plate with a loaded potato and a Fresca! Wow this place is amazing, the asada meat was cooked in a real bbq pit. Yellow corn tortillas tasted like a real Mexican tortilla. If you craving a real Mexican taco and you are in the area give them a try! You won t be disappointed.

The quality has dropped too much. The meat is horrible. A lot of nerve. With every bite you have to throw the bite away because it is inedible. The sauce tastes like it is made with tap water. Add to that the parking lot is pretty ugly too. Dogs outside the place too. To the other one Im going to play it safe, I wont come back

Very good size tacos. One order includes five well-served steak tacos. Meat unfortunately a little dry and a little burnt. Tortillas break. The mini salsa is not enough for five tacos and if you order more it has an additional cost.

Lately the meat has a lot of fat, the prices on the menu are one and when you ask for the bill and bring it to you they are other prices and when you ask them what they charged they get angry and tell you that the prices were changed precisely that day and that the waitresses are new and they dont know. All menu prices are different, check your account carefully. And if you pay by card it is one price and in cash it is another price. Before everything was very delicious and well served, now the meat looks burnt.

If i could give them zero stars i would Stopped in from Minnesota to try there tacos with our daughters Google says they close at 10 we got there at 9 started walking to the door and we seen the waitress through the glass door lock the door we talked to a worker there and said yes but its 9 so we closed then they had the drive through window so I asked patty if there open though there drive thru and she responded Rudly no I told her she might want to update there hours then she said since January they close at 9 and made a face. I think by eight months you can get on Google and update your hours. They lack customer service it horrible!!! I would not recommend.

We ordered mix tacos and the meat was pretty hard and cold, the tortillas were store bought not homemade like they used to. The combo is $15 and the price does not reflect quality of their food served. We spoke to the waitress and she said that she did not know what to say or do. We didn t want to make a scene or cause any trouble so we just paid and left. We will not be coming back for sure.

Service was horrible. People waiting for table and once sat down, no waitress would attend just kept saying well be right there but nothing. We had to get up and get our own drinks. Our order took more than an hour and it wasnt even complete so we decided to cancel and check out. Also tortillas are claimed to be handmade but they tasted like cardboard. Their quality has really dropped tremendously. I definitely do NOT recommend and will not ever go back not even if its free!

Menu prices did not reflect the actual price I was charged. The cash register was fraudulent. 2 orders of $11.95 was subtotaled at $24.90 plus tax which is an extra dollar charged. Owner said that the math was right. Food is great but plenty of moscas in our table. We had to shew them away. Owner returned my dollar and said she was going to have her cash register checked and the menu updated....

A small taqueria that had delicious food. You sit where you want, and a server then attends you. It was 40 bucks for two combos with avocado and mozzerella cheese and a slice of tres leches cake. They charged four dollars for the avocado and four dollars for the cheese on the tacos, which was almost as much as the combo itself so I wouldnt recommend getting extras on your tacos.

They are the best tacos in RGV. People complaining about the wait time well what do you expect if they are making them Do you want them to do them fast then complain about something else like umm? Just follow the smell of the delicious food! We pass by and my kids, mmmmm mom can we pass by again, it smells so good lol the burger Is awesome! And the fries are homemade, very good. You can call and order over the phone so you wont be in line waiting.

Zero stars for this worst experience ever. We left the building not knowing what we did wrong because the minute we walked in and sat on an empty table we weren t greeted. After 10 mins they come pick up the trays from the previous customer without saying a word. Never return to clean or ask for drinks or order. The complex is TINY so you can imagine us just sitting there while this waitress is right next to us attending to other customers. Then FINALLY she asks (No los an atendiendo) bro then proceeds to help incoming customers Nombre I m sorry but they suck so bad. Don t recommend this place at all.
