An ok local place to have breakfast. Witness a patron discuss with the waitress, which made the atmosphere akward for a moment. The food tasted fresh, not to mention the barbacoa and menudo.The parking area is small, so park a block away if you do not want your vehicle damaged because of parking limitations. UPDATE *** 09/01/2024 During a recent dining experience, I encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior at the establishment. The youngest waitress interrupted our conversation by reaching across me and my mother and me to refill the napkins without acknowledging us. Additionally, there was a lack of proper communication and manners, as demonstrated by the servers behavior towards my wife. Their rudeness was evident in their tone and body language. Furthermore, there were discussions about schedules and missed clock-outs taking place nearby, which was disruptive to our dining experience. Finally, the reservation of a table for office work added to the overall perception of unprofessionalism. These instances collectively detracted from the dining environment and left a negative impression. Parking: Parking is limited and tight.Lack of proper communication and manners, demonstrated by the servers behavior and body language.

The food passes but in that place the waitresses are easy and all the men who go there know it, they quickly get what they want and when they say all, its all rather that place should not be called a restaurant if nothing else the men give them good tips in exchange for other things and the lady who is there as the owner knows it and does nothing

It was definitely not the best idea to go to this place, not because of its food and price. They are excellent. The problem is how some waitresses treat their customers. I wouldnt let my husband go alone since they are very prompt, so to speak. It was unpleasant to go wash my hands and see how a gentleman cornered a waitress who, as soon as she saw me, got nervous. I see well-known people and I see how they hug them and rub their backs and I say you have to have respect. You can see how urgent they are to be taken out of there. It was very unpleasant. I dont know if they are sisters but they look the same with long black hair. I will definitely not return to that place to see so much trust.

Very good food But lousy service I have come twice and I get the same waitress and she is always in a very bad mood. I was only lucky enough the first time that another lady served me who was very kind and thats why I came back. But now we are very disappointed I regret bringing my family to party here today. 5 stars for food! 5 stars for servi e. Atmosphere..... 4 stars because parking is horrendous and the place is small and tight making it very noisy. What used to be a private residence has been turned into a restaurant. No need to fix the dilapidated sign out front.....everyone in Laredo knows this place is historic for great food. Homemade tortillas are unbelievable. Prices keep the elderly on a fixed paycheck as regulars. Hard to find an empty table during peak hours because the food is that good. Ice sturdy tables and chairs are important to me and the waitresses keep the tables clean. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs accessible but you might have trouble getting out of the car due to hard parking.

The best breakfast tacos in the city of Laredo, they never disappoint, I always order 2 papa con huevo and 2 wines con huevo tacos. One thing that bugs me is that when I ordered a side of ham and sausage, I got those Oscar Mayers ham slices and a polish grilled sausage, I expected the breakfast variants so.. Anyway, everyone who looks for a homemade breakfast should go here! Parking: I think there s 10 parking spots

The food is flavorful. Menu is not extensive but just the right amount of choices. The place also has specials. I have been there a few times, and I usually bring outside drinks and I have never been told anything. Service is fast. Place is not that big and usually gets packed. So be there before the rush of people at 11 a.m.

Nasty oatmeal breakfast. They pretty much only microwaved milk with a cup of oatmeal grains but the grains were so hard. RAW!! The rest of the bowl was filled all the way up with only milk. Apparently theyd put fruit in it but it was like raisins which I absolutely hate.

Ive been going to this restaurant for over 25 years This is a great mom and pop restaurant with great service, great tasting homemade breakfast & awesome prices. One of our go to places when we want a good dish and gace time for a sit down. I highly recommend it if youre looking for a homemade style dish.

Very disrespectful and condescending service from Liliana at the drive through. Not the first time getting this kind of service either. Placed two orders and specifically asked for them to be bagged individually. When I arrived and noticed they werent I brought this up and she refused to bag them then proceeded to rudely say she would just give me the bag to do it myself. I of course, denied because why should I have to go through the trouble of doing so when I asked for it to be done from the beginning ESPECIALLY if you are being disrespectful towards me. She then basically threw the order at me and slammed the doors shut. Definitely not worth going if this is the kind of customer service this establishment provides.
