I ve called multiple times to try to resolve a case that s been ongoing for 3 years. I never get responded by anyone on my case and they tell me they wil call me back, they never do. I m beyond frustrated and irritated. I hate to leave reviews like this and I m glad everyone has had a good experience. I have not. I get told someone is always busy , every time I call conveniently. It s just frustrating to have a car totaled by someone and it not be your fault and the people that are supposed to help you are not. I was very understanding at first and would give them the benefit of the doubt (it is a law firm) but after the the 6th, 7th , 8th time calling and no one is helping you to know info on what s going on or them telling you they are busy every time it s beyond frustrating.

I was t-boned back in 2017 and its pretty much the worst situation you can imagine; The woman had one of the worst insurance companies representing her and despite the proof I had of her being at fault, they didnt want to compensate me for my injuries or my total car. And then the add-on insult to injury, her insurance filed for bankruptcy. But Alfred and Clark continued to help me until I was able to get a settlement. It wasnt as much as they thought and not as much as I deserved but it was better than nothing which is probably what I most likely would have gotten if someone else had represented me.

After all the craziness that happened during the coarse of my case, and all of my frustrations, Ryne Bazan did step up and take care of my case, and finally help get this matter resolved and help ease my unsettled nerves. I do understand that things happen and that we are all human beings with our own daily lives and families and things do happen. I am thankful that despite all the setbacks that Ryne did not blow off my frustrations but did work hard to understand where I was coming from and he ensured to make everything right and put me at ease. If you want a human being to treat you like a human being, talk to Ryne Bazan. My case started February of 2016, here it is August 2022 and this case has supposedly been settled and a check is in the mail (as of nearly 6 weeks ago). I was informed the check would arrive in 30 days and I was told 2 weeks ago it was late arriving but was supposed to be sent to them that week. Now I have sent emails fail for the last 2 weeks, left messages, texted and not a single person will respond with what s going on. I understand Covid slowed the process down but this matter should have been resolved PRIOR to Covid. But this firm is slow at resolving issues, they do not like to communicate, but when they need something they want you to jump through hoops for them. I was promised if the settlement offer wasn t good we would go to trial. It s not a large deal, but I was in an accident and although the police officer that was nearly hit by the lady that hit me, was my witness and their insurance company refused to pay so it seemed a fairly easy open and shut case. My car was totaled, no major issues but a lot of soreness and 2 ER visits and 3 missed days of work. I just wanted to be made whole again, and that was not possible apparently. After promising we would go to court and try this case (which I was willing to take the risk), after the mediation the highest the other insurance company would go was $2,500 and 40% was to go to this firm. I had to pay $3,000 to finish paying my car off since I didn t have GAP, not to mention the 2 ER visits. Then suddenly 3 months ago I had to hurry and sign the settlement (that I was not even aware of happening till then). I asked what the break down was and I was told there was no time for that to be sent, but they d figure it out after the settlement was signed by me to close the case, because it wouldn t look good to sue the older woman that hit me (thought we were going after the big bad insurance company for failing to do what they re supposed to do. Oh and my insurance company wound up having to sebregate with them because they found them at fault.) . Refused to sign off on a $12,000.00 (my portion is less then $2,500.00) settlement without knowing what my portion would be. They finally decide they were going to request an extension, I m sorry but this has been extended since the beginning of 2016, (6 years prior), so extending another 30 days so they can get it together isn t gonna hurt them. So now they have my check, and refuse to respond to me at all. I guess it s time to report this firm to the Texas Bar association, and get my brother in law (another lawyer-thank goodness for the newer addition) to handle this issue for me. If you have read this far, please save your time and money and skip the frustration of having to deal with to these people.

Jacob and his team really took care of my every need after I had a bad accident about 4 years ago. They sent me to great doctors, physical therapists, and kept in constant communication during the whole messy ordeal. I would reccomend them to any of my friends or family if anything, God forbid, would ever happen to them. They also have great connections and are really plugged into legal teams all over Texas.
