It has many food options: seafood, pasta and cuts, so you always find something new to try. Their wine list is high in price, but it is very extensive and you will find something to your liking. The spirits bar is very extensive and they have very good labels. In general, it is a place to spend a pleasant time on business or with friends.

The food is subpar. The smoked pork chop was over cooked and salty. Very noisy with tightly squeezed tables. The bar menu is great with an extensive whisky list. If you want a loud place to be seen and drink, you will like it. If you want good food, go elsewhere. Kid-friendliness: It s not kid friendly

One of the best restaurants in Laredo, TX. Very rich dishes. For starters, I recommend the brisket empanadas, and for the main course, the Tomahawk! Perhaps the only thing to improve are the margaritas, which I didnt find anything special. Very good service!

Website and Google show same hours of operation. Tues through Sat 11:30 am to 12 am. Website shows kitchen closes at 11pm. I was in town on business. Paid for an Uber to location and was turned away saying Kitchen was Closed at 9:50pm on a Saturday night. Was told they close at 10pm by hostess. Won t be back even if in town on another occasion.

The service and decor were very good. We ordered the foundry shrimp and salmon deviled eggs, which were the tastiest things we had. Im not sure if this restaurant claims to be 5 star. its not! Hubby said hes had better steak at Applebees, and we dont like Applebees. I ordered the wrong thing (quail) but didnt want to make a big deal of it, so I tried to eat it. The sauce poured on it taste from a jar.

Food and service was amazing! First time visiting for our anniversary dinner and we were amazed with the place . Chipotle chicken pasta is amazing . First and foremost: we always always get excellent service here. From the hostess to the waiter, we always feel very well taken care of when we dine. The food is great, never disappoints. I just wish they would bring back the bisque and the bread pudding, those were some of our favorites. Definitely recommend for either a date night or a special night out with family.

My main problem with the whole experience was the food. The food either wasnt cooked or seasoned well. The duck pasta was disgusting. Horrible aftertaste after each bite. The sauce selection for some of the appetizers didnt make sense. The prices dont match the quality of food. The restaurant is really lucky that rich people only care about status and ambiance.

Very good restaurant, different menu. To drink we started with sangria and a watermelon martini, they were delicious. As an appetizer we had the foundry shrimp, we order half and half and they were pretty good. We were so hungry I forgot to take a picture. As an entree we order the lamb chops and the huitlacoche sirloin. The lamb chops were just ok, they were not tender and the seasoning wasn t good. The huitlacoche sirloin was amazing, the meat was super tender and tasty. The sides were very good as well. I ordered a side of mushroom risotto and it was bland. We would be back again whenever we re back in Laredo to taste different food.

Update June 2023: OMG! Stay away from the desserts. Chocolate cake was sour...spoiled I think. Bananas in Carmel..burnt and also sour. Wanted the veal, but didnt have it. And I would like to add that I can get a bottle of wine from HEB across the street for 20 bucks and it has a cork, but 50 bucks here and its a twist top. Shoot, go to Stripes for that mark up. Sorry, but I have been a long time frequent date night customer, but cant waste 200 dollars plus here any longer. Everytime we go its good food and good service. Too bad its too much.

skip the linguine. it s tough (like it s been sitting too long before it was cooked) and too thick. i ordered the shrimp carbonara to go and instead it was chicken which wouldn t be a big deal except the chicken looked and tasted more like dried out rotisserie chicken than fresh grilled and the bacon looked and tasted more like bbq pork than bacon. the mixed green salad was nice and fresh. it was extremely loud inside and outside. no one was at the host station when i arrived and not a single member of the wait staff said anything to acknowledge me or let me know someone would be there at some point.

Hands down, one of the best places to eat in Laredo, every item is made from scratch so it takes a little bit to be served but its totally worth it, everything we ordered was delicious. As appetizer we ordered the Thai Belly Skewers and OMG, the meat was perfectly cooked and the flavor was very balanced, we loved it. We also ordered the Pear & Fennel salad (without chicken) and it was also amazingly good, it comes with caramelized pecans which add an incredible flavor and texture to the salad. Moreover we ordered the Double Bone-In Pork Chops which comes with a glaze made of Chile Guajillo and honey, also its served with gnocchi and pesto, this one also was pretty good. Finally we ordered the Pizza Parrillada, it comes with a lot of ingredients and it felt a bit dry (not sure if that was because we started with the Pork Chops and left it till the end), but the flavor in general was pretty good. Definitely well come again to try the other dishes that sounded very good. The prices are high but totally worth it. The place is perfect for a romantic dinner.

Omg I m always an early bird so this was day off lunch. Service -impeccable, Monti Carlo, so good and the most wonderful square giant ice cube she said all the ingredients are made fresh daily and it shows!!. Pork belly appetizer off the charts! I could have stopped there. I got a burger and the beef was prime!! I will come back for dinner one night and have the cowboy steak! And great ambiance I sat in the bar because I was going solo.

Hands down the best dinner Ive had in Laredo. Our server was extremely well mannered and polite and told us the ingredients of each of our dishes. We started off with the Quail Lollipops. They were magnificent! I have no idea what the bed was made of, but the sauce combined with the quail was so so good. My date had the Herb Crusted Salmon tonight. I tried it, and the sauce drizzled on the salmon made the flavors come out to an insane level. Everything about her dish was amazing from top to bottom. I chose the Tomahawk Steak (medium rare) and let me just say that it did NOT disappoint! Extremely juicy, so tender, and the flavor was all there. It was served with a cream of corn (it had Chipotle and other things in it). I decided to try a small bit of the corn on a slice of the steak. The best decision I made in my life thus far. Thats all I will say! Everything about this visit was simply stunning. I will highly recommend giving this restaurant a chance to blow your mind like it did mine.

A place that is undoubtedly out of the standard in the city of Laredo, the food is very delicious and the waiters treatment is very friendly.

We were hungry for a good steak and saw this place on Google. The pictures of the food looked amazing. They offered a 36oz prime crown rib which we decided to share because 36oz of steak is generally enough for two people. It came with a cheese corn side and cipollini onion(s)$90, which is what we ordered along with an appetizer of 6 broiled oysters $18. The oysters were what we expected and tasty. Then the prime rib came out and it was nicely sliced and served on a pretty wood cutting board. For $90 we were expecting a fairly large cut of prime nicely marble but not overly fatty. What we got was a prime rib on the bone ( we expected the bone) but the bone was bigger than the steak after trimming off at least 3-4 oz of fat. The cheesy corn dish was in a small (4oz?) crock and there was one (1) small cipollini onion quartered. We probably ended up with what was the equivalent of a 12oz steak. Needless to say we left still hungry. The reason I gave it two stars is because the food was perfectly cooked and our server was great. We could have gone to Texas Roadhouse twice for what we paid here and came out stuffed and Ive always had great food and service. Save yourself about $75 and go to one of the chain steakhouses instead.
