I have been living here for almost two years and I m getting ready to move back home to California, and I would just like to take the opportunity to say that I ve enjoyed living here at Soaring Eagle Apartments. Tina has been so wonderful and kind to me. The property is lovely and pretty secluded (being on a cul-de-sac) I m going to miss my neighbors and the price of rent

Love this place! Its quiet, and centrally located. Ive only had a couple maintenance requests and they were both completed within a reasonable time. No issues living here at all. Ive recommended Soaring Eagle to several of my friends looking for a spot!

The newly renovated units at Soaring Eagle are impressive, with modern designs and new AC units that make a big difference. The new management team is responsive and easy to work with, making it a great place to live.

I lived here for 9 months. The rent was fair pricing. The appliances were new and everything else was renovated except for my bathtub. They did allow me to pay half the first months rent though. However, if you have a fear of roaches this is not the place for you. The place is infested with water bugs due to them being in the pipes. They have the exterminator come once a month but it does not help with the cockroaches. Especially in the summer bc of the humidity. They re huge too, maybe about the same size as my fist. I didn t see them everyday but I seen them enough to give me PTSD. Every time I came home I would scavenge the apt for cockroaches bc I was afraid one might crawl on me at night. I had to get drain covers to prevent them from coming though the drain. They still came. Gives me the creeps just thinking about it. If it wasn t for the pest problem I would ve the apt 3/5 stars.

I was a appointment manager for 5 years and I must say the on-site manager is a very caring and helpful women. The owners I think need to do more reviews and take care of the construction people here. They are doing things fast and not paying attention to what they are doing.I love it here its nice and peaceful even though there are a few tenets that probably should not be here Tina dose everything she can to keep it peaceful. Also I would like to add, we cant grow grass without water I really think it would look better if they got fid of the dead grass and put down gravel like they do in the desert. All and all this place is better then most of the places I have lived in killeen. Thank you Tina and soring Egeal

I am so excited to share the newly renovated Soaring Eagle Apartments. I have lived on this property for over 7 years now and it is getting an awesome facelift by the NEW Owners and Management Corporation. They are going full force to give us a new home in our little community and its gorgeous. Come and check it out!

Its a great place for the price. Nice back yard with a fence for pets. Good price for the place I am renting. I only wish they would put in better utilities for the apartment. A lot of the stuff in the apartment is cheap material and will break easy.

Very good location close to a big park where I can take my dog and jog. neighbors are friendly , rent is low , the ac cools well, nice space for the dogs at the back yard. pretty good overall
