I love coming to this Dunkin Donuts when I m in town. Excellent customer service, fast and efficient, and I can always count on their delicious coffee and fresh donuts! Not to mention the cleanliness. The manager that was on duty that day, I believe her name was Selena, was so patient and kind taking our family s large order. She also made great recommendations on iced coffee for my husband. This will always be my go to! Kid-friendliness: Great staff and so patient!!!

The food is disgusting. The people are not friendly. I tried to keep it simple with an egg and cheese wrap. They microwaved it for so long that the flour tortilla was hard and the cheese was brown. They don t listen. I asked for a hot latte and got a cold latte. I told them I said hot and she gave me a death look and told me to pull to the side someone will bring it out. I didn t get a sorry or anything. When the coffee came it was room temperature. I love Dunkin Donuts just not the Dunkin Donuts in Laredo Texas. Laredo Texas DOES NOT run on Dunkin

I love Dunking Donuts. And, of course, all their coffee choices. Hot, cold, or Fraps. Nice place to sit back and relax. Parking: My mother loves for me to take her here. Damn, Near lost my life when i saw the most handsome worker of my life. He goes by the name Sergio Castillo but i will like to call him my idol. This place is extremely cold. Every time I visit, it is empty because it is unbearable to sit inside to enjoy coffee and doughnuts. We have asked the employee to put the air temp less cold, but they laugh. It seems like they do not want customers to sit, that way they do jot have to clean the tables. I dont recommend this place, go to Starbucks where the atmosphere is very pleasant and you can gather with friends to enjoy their coffee.

The temperature at this place is colder than my exs heart. My balls shrunk smaller than my ex brain as soon as I entered this place. Besides that, nice place to get your Donut fix. For some unknown reason the employees at this location keep closing the lobby an hour earlier as they are supposed to close. Whoever owns this franchise location should be made aware of that situation because Ive seen it happen twice already.

For my taste and palate they are the best Donuts in the world, I love them all, but I highly recommend the Boston Kreme, chocolate Kreme and vanilla Kreme, the frappe is uufff motheree miaaaa boy, the coffee whether you consume it there or try the one that is ground to prepare it at home, I recommend Dark coffee. The attention is the best, very friendly and attentive, they support you in everything.

Operation hours are inconsistent. I guess you have to be lucky at this location to find it open or even get decent customer service. Today I went and got there before the posted closing time. No one answered the speaker. I drove over to the window only to spot a very rude female person already counting the cash register money. She looks at me, turns over to another employee and makes a hand gesture as if saying she doesnt care that I am there. The other employee waves saying they are closed. Despite closing early, they dont have the courtesy or manners to at least answer the speaker or go to the window to say they closed early. I called just to let them know what they did was wrong and the same female employee whom refused to give me her name, just passed me on to someone else that allegedly claimed to be the manager. Some person by the name of Juan tried to justify their actions by saying the system automatically shuts down before the 11th hour. This is just a bunch of bull. I am never going back there again. There are better consistent options.

I love my local Dunkin but lately I don t know if there was a change in staff or what s going on because lately I ve been disappointed my last few visits. Today was a little bit worse than others. My coffee order was made very differently taste wise even though I always get the same thing, the last few times it has been tasting different so even though I was disappointed I was not surprised. Then my kolache was burnt from the top, soggy at the bottom and cold from the middle- how does that even happen? Recently in town with more than 1 Starbucks now and 1 Dunkin you d think the service would be above and beyond but that s not the case. It also is very cold in there, almost as if they don t want you to dine in? I understand the temps for the donuts being exposed but you should be wearing a sweater and still cold when you re inside. Hopefully you all can change this and go back to greatness like it used to be.

I love dunkin and wish I could say I love the one here in Laredo. They are out of stuff a lot and one time my partner and I went at around 1:30 pm and the guy that took our order in the drive thru told us they do not start making donuts until after noon so we could not purchase any that time we went. Donuts is in their name lol. The service is never really rude for the most part though.

Management is horrible. Fire those employees that worked on the 24th shift. Placed an order at 7pm, repeatedly called at 7:30, no answer. Went to pick up order before 8pm, it was locked up and the employees were in there pretending like they werent there- As if I asked them to make a batch five minutes before closing it was a pre placed order that was paid for!!!!!! Friendly service, but I asked for hot chocolate, not coffee. This isnt the first or second time that this happens. I ordered a dozen donuts through the online app. I scheduled my order for 245 in the afternoon. I could not pick up my order at the scheduled time because I had to go to work instead because of an emergency. So when I got out of work after six, I went to Dunkin to pick up my order. However, I was not given my order. Because the manager said I did not have proof that I did not pick up my order earlier, and that the morning manager had not told her that an order had not been picked up. She assumed I was lying to get an additional dozen of donuts. This was the first time service has been this bad at this location so this is the last time I m ordering donuts at this location no, this is the last time I m ordering donuts from any Dunkin. I don t care if I m out of town and they re the only place in town that sells donuts. I will not buy from them again.

Love the coffee, hate ordering on mobile app as they typically prepare the order ASAP, by the time you pick up the order they give you a coffee that was prepared about 1.45 hrs ago, cold , and without the additional swirls added to the coffee . Don t recommend mobile apps at all. Best when you order via drive thru
