My brother needed a criminal offense attorney. I found Georgina by mail, coincidentally, contacted her and she was able to meet with her immediately. She was very informative of the process, and outcome possibilities of his case. He was facing a 3rd degree felony and she was able to get the case dismissed. Highly recommend.

My name is Jennifer and Mrs.Garcia was my lawyer in a Criminal case that I had. I previously had another lawyer that wasn t helping out at all very disrespectful and not helpful at all his name is Mark Fernandez from Irving tx. He wanted me to sign a plea of 18 months state jail time said I had no other options . But Mrs. Garcia was so helpful and got all charges dismissed within a 1 month period !!!! I have been very impressed how Attorney Georgina Garcia handled my daughter s cases. She helped get one felony case and one misdemeanor case dismissed. Before talking to her, I spoke to many other attorneys and their fees were more than 3 times the fees that Georgina asked me. If you are reading this post and are in need of an affordable and competent criminal attorney, I highly recommend that you hire her. My consultation with her was free while other attorneys were asking no less than $100.00 for the consultation. If you want a tacky attorney that shows up late to court with lipstick on her teeth this is the one. She handled a friends case (I insisted him to go with my old attorney but he thought that a Spanish speaking Hispanic attorney would be better; that was not the case.) She only had time to speak to him when collecting her payments but any other questions she was too busy for. She s almost like a public attorney who takes on way too many cases and at the end of the day she doesn t have time to sit down and talk to anyone. Sure no one needs their hand being held, but this attorney will not give you 5 minutes out of her day. Her arrogance speaks for herself. Proceed with caution and publicly recommend everyone to go for Nelson Knight (he s the man)

Christmas of 2016 i was charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, a serious felony. I was very scared and worried about my future i retained geogina garcia to help me with the case. She was very helpful and guided me all the way.She presented a letter to the grand jury explaining everything that happened and my case got completley dismissed. In 2013 I was chaeged with State jail Felony out of Kaufman county theft of $1500 but less than $20,000 I had have several attorneys that did absolutely nothing to help me they were trying to get several thousand dollars of restitution from me and Probation along with fines and cout costs.
