Wow!! This was my first time having Indian cuisine and I am very impressed with Nanglo! The atmosphere is so beautiful and clean. The tables are set beautifully with plates and silverware wrapped in a cloth. A fresh basket of Papadum with both a delicious sweet sauce and a savory spicy sauce were served when I sat down. The lovely waitress answered all of my questions and even explained and showed me how papadum were made! They were delicious!! I ordered the Chicken Momo that came in hot soup and oh my goodness, ya ll!! It was amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! I definitely recommend this place. Vegetarian options: I am not vegetarian but I saw a lot of options! Vegetarian momo has cottage cheese! Parking: Located in a strip center so plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: I would bring my kids here. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp in front and chairs can be moved.

Oh wow I have been waiting to try this spot and ordered the lunch special. My order was a chicken tikka masala with tandoori chicken and rice. FANTASTIC. The tandoori chicken drumsticks were nice and tender. The cubes in my chicken tikka were big, not too dry. I also appreciated that my naan was deliciously crispy. The hostess asked me if I minded the smaller lunch portion Now that I ve had the order, this is definitely enough for me and I look forward to ordering again!! This will be my weekday special lunch place!!!! 10/10!

For Decembers monthly couples dinner, we chose Nanglo. We arrived early because we heard it gets pretty packed on Saturday nights. Seating is limited if the weather is bad. So if you have a group larger than 4, I would suggest arriving early. Service was efficient and friendly. The food was delicious, but definitely speak to your server about the spicy levels before ordering. Some meats are already spicy due to the marinade.

Went into a new location in Arlington after viewing a sign posted open regular hours only to be met by 2 different workers sitting separately yelling ( in native language) to Host that they were closed. I got a sense they dont serve African Americans when noticing the other Patrons in restaurant were nationalities other than African. Would suggest staying clear of this chain.

I dont know what is wrong with the waitress here. I think she is autistic or something. When you serve a customer you need to have customer service, maybe try to smile a little bit. Also you should come and ask how the meal is before the check comes out. Maybe provide silverware and napkins, ask what they would like to drink as a start. Finally if you are going to ask me at the end of the meal how the food was after all of this experience and I tell you how it was, dont be mad that I am answering your question. If you didnt want to know, then dont ask. Just continue losing sources of revenue. I cant believe I paid so much money to be treated like garbage and eat what was basically just sauce and maybe 4 tiny cubes of chicken with rice. I feel ripped off.

Look before the critics jump in -the food was a 5 -I am giving a 2 for the service .My wife and I arrived at 12.45pm on a Sunday and were the only people there. The waitress took our drinks order -1 beer and a sparking water -5 min later we were told no sparkling water -ok a diet Coke-2 other couples cane in sat down-and we were forgotten about !! I then realized why -the poor girl didnt k ow how to pour a beer and was scooping foam from the mug . We eventually at 1.05 got a drink and ordered -the other 2 tables had their food!! Every time the waitress came out she avoided eye contact - we ate -food great -but despite the place being empty it took us 10 min to get another Coke-I then waited for the check another 10 min -got 3 to go boxes -but no bag - I was in the place 1 and a half hours and there was in total-another 4 people total in there.Sad -food is excellent but we could have been in and out in 45 min and had to fight to get help -cant say I will be back-they just arent interested in offering help

They give off very racist vibes (to black people). Even though the customer service was horrible (after them hanging up on my mom promptly after ordering our food even though she wasn t done), I still decided to try them out. The butter chicken was not good to me or my mom. Just tomato paste basically. The garlic naan was okay to me but my mom liked it. The samosas were the best thing we had. They were very good. My mom ordered the mango lassi but she said it didn t taste like mango at all and it wasn t good. Upset that we spent 37$ on food that was mediocre at best and customer service that was very disappointing. I will not be ordering from them again but take what you will from this review.

This place really took me by surprise. I went in not expecting much but I was blown away by everything. The servers were all really nice and willing to patiently answer any questions I had. The food was amazing, you have to try the nanglo chicken curry! The manager stopped to check how we were doing which is awesome. I met the chef as well and he was so humble and kind. This place was amazing. Not only do they have good food and a nice environment, the staff is wonderful. I will definitely be coming back, especially to try their tandoori items which had a beautiful presentation.

If you are reading this review, stop reading and go try it out. It is great food at a fair price. For the other reviews that say it is tasteless or expensive, your tastebuds are burnt out, or you don t know where you are in Arlington. This is a brand-new restaurant in an upscale area. The price is absolutely fair. If you want lower price, go to a more budgetary part of Arlington. I am not knocking down any place for location. There is great food everywhere. What makes it great is where the owners take pride in what they do. Nanglo is one of those that takes pride. I plan to go there as often as possible.

I walked in and another man was being helped and so I patiently waited for him to finish being helped. Keep in mind I m only here to pick up a Doordash order otherwise I wouldn t need to even be in this place. After the other man was finished being helped tell me why the worker that was helping him walked away on the phone when they obviously saw me standing there. There was another worker girl there as well who saw me and said nothing to me, did not ask me if I needed anything and walked away as well. She proceeded to walk over to a couple of other people that were there completely avoiding me it felt like. I said excuse me ma am and she blatantly ignored me and acted like I said nothing. I ended up just leaving and canceling the Doordash order I was there to receive because I refuse to be treated as if I am just not there. We are so happy that a Nepali restaurant came to viridian neighborhood. We were the early customers of this venue and a big fan of Nepali food especially momos. They have improved a lot since the start, and added more Nepali items. Beside they also have good Indian food. We have been going to Nanglo, Euless many times. So was overjoyed when another location (Arlington) was added which is much closer to us. Ordered jhol momos and chilli chicken momos. Last week I was in the neighborhood and was frustrated that they were not open for lunch. In my opinion they are missing out on lunch business. Food were delicious service was good too and also I had my best food momo and it s super yummy 20 out of 10. Keep it the same and up .. I did tried at Euless too but Arlington was best

Overall, we loved Nanglo. First off it s so great to have this kind of food over here, grateful we don t have to drive over to UTA. Secondly, what a kind and caring staff! Everyone, and literally everyone there took such good care of us and made sure to check in regularly. The food was bomb, we started out with chicken momo appetizer- was good. Entrees we had Chicken Tikka Masala (high quality chicken and bangin flavor) and Chicken Khadi ( tender chicken chunks and a spice that builds!) They had a great draft selection and surprisingly good house wines! My one and ONLY complaint was the music, it was weird like real weird (pop/techno/girl just screaming?) didn t match the vibe, but even with the weird music we ll be back for sure, cause they were that good. So glad they re in the neighborhood!

Look I was skeptical of an Indian place. Not a huge curry fan. Smell taste etc. Amd much to my surprise this was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. The food was amazing. A little spicy but it s to be expected. Flavor was incredible. The service was even better. Gove it a try they won t disappoint you.

Chic atmosphere. Food is excellent so is the service. I ordered the veg samosa, they are good and big size. I was served something like a Naan but not quite, almost a chip in a basket with a complimentary white wine! I also ordered the veg momo, I love it. And the chicken biryani is awesome . Will definitely be back. All the left overs will be to go...did I mention service is amazing?

It s mid-week - we came here for the first time and the food was freshly cooked, warm, delicious and the ambience is appealing. We spoke to the manager, Robin(?) and compliment the food, service and attentiveness of our waitress, Ezra. You have to check this place out and savor Nepals and Pakistan s Best!

The experience was bittersweet. While the food was tasty and made as I requested, it took over 30 minutes to get it via takeout. The total came out somehow to $27 which seemed a bit overpriced, but they were willing to let me use their microwave for a different meal I had later in the day.
