We placed an order for pick up at 1:15 and they text me at 1:03 it s ready??? Why would you make it 15 minutes early than my pick up time? If I wanted it at 1, I would have chosen the 1 o clock option. Instead my food gets to sit for 15 minutes before I get to it, not cool. And if this was the only issue we ve had from this location it would just be a slight inconvenience, but constantly they screw up our order. And the worst part is they usually screw it up with the kids meal. I can t tell you how many times they ve given us orange chicken when we ve ordered the broccoli and beef for our children who have sensory issues due to adhd/autism with food and will NOT even look at the orange chicken. I am giving 3 stars though as the food is always delicious and well prepared. Just need to be more aware of what you re giving and the times for pick up.

Had their promagranite and pineapple juice. About 4 bucks. The girl filled the entire cup up with ice and had barely enough room for some juice. I asked her to remove the ice and fill it with the juice and she said she couldnt do that. Rip off. Dont get the drinks :)

The food was hot and flavorful. Servers were respectful and helpful, friendly as well. The restaurant was tidy, and the drink station was clean. Didnt find much seating for toddlers, however. The review options list napkins and utensils as a dish, which I find funny, haha. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rude young ladies did not wanna work that day. They need to stop hiring young kids that cant remember an order. They always mess up my order and when I get home my family gets left out without their order and have to share the food because I will not go back to get my order done correct in a nice manner either. So basically your restaurant is keeping my hard working money since I dont get my food. Give the job to mature adults who can remember orders I bet they will do a better job. Horrible experience; restaurant was super HOT! Management/Owner placed two portable floor fans instead of repairing even though it has been broken for quite some time now. Their broccoli beef entree should be renamed broccoli only. I was lucky to find three pieces of beef on my styrofoam box. They were also missing several entrées when we went to the restaurant on Sunday around 6:30 pm. Among them Beijing beef, the one I wanted! This restaurant was the one on International and loop 20.

I didnt know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the family meal with chow mein, fried rice, broccoli beef, honey shrimp and orange chicken. All ingredients were fresh and tasted great. We fed a family of 4. Thanks to Ronaldo for excellent service. Will definitely return. Great job Panda!!

I am a frequent customer. I had a very unfortunate encounter at the drive-thru. I finished placing my order and as usual I got asked if I wanted to donate to the Childrens Hospital. My answer that night was, not today. When I drive up to the window I make my payment and another employee comes up to the window and says with attitude, Sir, do you want to round-up to donate to the childrens hospital It was the first time someone had to ask me a second time. I blew it off and said, not today. As the employee is closing the window, she says loud enough for me to hear, WOW!!! NOT EVEN 49 CENTS!! I said, excuse me? Is there a problem? Is donating each time mandatory? I called a manager on the phone and explained the situation. I was mostly disappointed in the unprofessionalism and self-righteous attitude that was coming from the employee. It can turn people off. He was very understanding and apologetic. He said he was going to bring the situation up at a meeting because it was not the first time something like that had happened. NOT THE FIRST TIME. Today, I went inside the restaurant, no longer feeling comfortable to go through the drive-thru. I get kindly treated by one of the servers. I take my plate to go, as I finish filling up my fountain drink. Three of the employees are whispering in their ear, looking right at me, and one of them pointing their finger. (One of the employees was the one present when I made my order that night in the drive thru. I immediately noticed when I walked in but I was already trying to avoid her.) Feeling uncomfortable, I ask. Is there a problem? They blush, they get nervous, and quickly went somewhere else. One of the employees said, no sir, there no problem. I get in my car but decide to talk to the manager to let them know of whats been going on. I politely ask if we could talk on the side. The manager is already a ware of who I am. She does not apologize on their behalf and defends their behavior saying, our employees are trained to stay vigilant and remain observant of everyone. You have no way of knowing if they were talking about you. As per the donations, its their job. They are doing their job. The manager enabled that behavior. And when behavior is enabled the employees will feel empowered to keep treating customers with disrespect. There is a lack of professionalism happening at this restaurant and there needs to be some retraining so that the employees dont find themselves in these socially unaware situations. I would not recommend coming here until this is addressed.

I would give this store 0 stars. The manager is discussing to me. She likes to belittle employees in front of other employees and customers at times. I will not mention names I will not eat nor order Panda Express anymore. Also the manager needs more training, but instead theyre going to promote her for a higher position. In my books thats very unacceptable. She needs more training how to handle situations. Until this is resolved and fixed permanently I will go back to ordering and dining with my family and friends.
