I went in Saturday 28 Sept. I sat at the bar because the place was busy. It took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged even though I was sitting right in front of the two staff at the bar. I guess they can t GREET while pouring a drink from the faucet? Lol. Wow. That being said - they were friendly when I DID have their attention. Once I got the drink, it took ANOTHER 20 minutes (just over) to actually get someone to take my order. THEN .it took 30 minutes to arrive. As you can see, the noodles didn t have much tomato on them, but the taste overall was pretty good. I am not putting down the staff, because I could see them all running around working very hard, but I think that management needs to hire on one or two other people to help on the weekends. I think that the place likely has people getting a bad taste for chilis because they have to wait a long time for their food. (I wasn t the only one). The issue may have been that approx 30 people walked in (literally 30 people walked in just before I walked in) but the staff to customer ratio was just too overwhelming. The staff handled things as well as could be expected. (Especially those kitchen workers!!!! ) The atmosphere was LOUD and busy and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Also, the bartenders can make some VERY good drinks!!

I had been waiting outside in the take out parking space. 20 minutes passed no info on my order. I texted the number. It said i don t have an order that existed. This is a very well run Chilis and the icing on the cake was amazing service from Grace. I thought Grace was a long time server in the food industry but shes only been doing this for 2 months yet she was one of the best servers weve ever had anywhere and we eat out 200+ nights a year. Thank you Chilis for hiring and training Grace. She made a wonderful evening with friends much wonderfuler!

OMG! We love this place! We have a date night once a month and this is our go-to place. We come on the nights that we know Layla will be working, because this girl, makes us happy, she is just a ray of sunshine and makes the trip that much better! The food is great, the manager is always making sure were happy and we will always come back because this place makes us feel special. Pushy waiter that doesnt listen. Since the side was taking a long time.i told him I no longer wanted it. He said theyre just busy with other tables it will be right out. I said since they hadnt made it just cancel it. He said no it will be right out 15 minutes later it came out. This is the second time I have to put up with pushy bad service, my buddy was like just forget about it. Lets try to have a good night. The sausage jalapeno was dry and tasted old, the fries tasted stale. Drinks arrived late and I had to ask more than once for them . I get off work Friday nights to eat and relax, not have to deal with this behavior. Negative stars !

07/29 . My last visit here was a month ago . Now I went there again at 10 PM yesterday . Their quality and standard are definitively going down due to my below observation 1. They were very reluctant to give me a seating at 10 Pm as I think they were about to close but closing time is 10:30 only .I had to wait there and finally ask if I can sit anywhere while the employee s playful fun was going on . 2. Not sure what they did with my fajita, was contaminated with other food items like pasta . Photo attached . Did anything un imaginable happen here ? I think so because I started having severe stomach pain after eating there. 3. The employee was not honest about missing items in fajita ( like I had to ask for sour cream and they had an excuse about a marriage party there . Seemed like NO management here Very bad . Reducing their star now Only good thing was the server

My wife and i had the greatest experience at this location. We went in on a Sunday after a long day of work. We were greatted very friendly. We sat in the bar section. The waitress Layla was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. she took out order and out drinks were never empty. the food was done perfect to order. Layla was very attentive. The manager came over and asked how everything was. She listened to us rave about Layla. we inquired about the seasoning on the Cajun chicken pasta. 2 weeks later we came back and asked for Layla again. She was funny, attentive and had the best personality. I believe she is an asset to the company. We will come back and always ask for Layla. Amazing person

Edited: We love Chilis and really enjoyed it the most when they had the 3 for $10. Recently, we did curbside for dinner with Chilis. We ordered the 3 for me with the Cajun shrimp pasta entree. We wished they still had the chicken selection available. The portions are good and love the garlic toast but we were most disappointed was with the fact that the pasta is dry. Chilis doesn t add enough sauce with their pasta. We know it s not a one time thing because we ve ordered it several times before. It s unfortunate that they now charge $1 for one tablespoon of what they call extra sauce, even though their pasta is dry. Take a look at the picture they have on their menu and compare it to what they gave you. Is that really worth paying $16.79 for? Their pasta is not enjoyable like that. The only reason I gave them a 3 stars instead of a 2, is because their mango tea is awesome!

I have come to a Chilis restaurant for the last 10 years in different states: Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Houston. The food and the ambiance are always magnificent (depending on what restaurant you visit too...). This one is still cozy and a nice place to have dinner. But more importantly, after 10 years, our waitress Layla is the best of the best. She always has a smile for you and one or two jokes. She will celebrate your birthday with all her energy and bring you ice cream so you leave with a smile on your face as well. Layla: you are magnificent and this place or any place you work at, will be a better one with your dedication, contagious happiness, and wonderful attention for your customers. You deserve the best in life. My kids love your restaurant because you work there.

This is my local Chili s and I hate that only one side of this restaurant is open. They sit everybody on one side and it s been like this for a couple of years. Feels congested and on top of all the others that are there eating, very uncomfortable. I asked the personnel working and their reply was we are short staffed that s a lie. To go order. Went there tonight, got an order with a drink. All was well, however, the burger was terrible. Called the store, asked for the manager, talked to Paul who said he was the manager. Explained what the problem was, he went on arguing about why my burger was good. Too much pettiness about a small problem, that turned out to be a disastet. Very improfessional. All for a $10, burger! He offered me at 19:45, at my age, I am 75 years old, to drive back to the store to get a replacement, he told me that they did not do any replacements but on the same day. I offered to keep the burger in the freezer, he said no we do not do that, the offer is only good on the same day. The managers name is Paul. Offended and disappointed, what an improfessional reaction from the manager. Terrible attitude.

Been coming here for years now. Old favorite of mine and my familys. Love their Chips and Salsa/Queso (No one makes chips like they do!!) Love their Burgers and especially their southwest egg rolls!! I always seem to eventually come back here and dont plan on ever stopping. Ive never had a issue with their service or their food. Parking: Maybe one con I can think of, is there parking. The parking lot is tight, meant for small cars and can get packed very quickly because they have other businesses around them. But you can always order to go and park on the side of the restaurant and wait for your order. If I do, I always walk in. Its faster that way. Thats if dinning in is not your thing.

Yasmin is the waitress you need. Very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and has a SPECTACULAR ATTITUDE. We arrived and the sun from the window was bothering my wife. She acted fast and moved us right to another booth. Would definitely go back and have her as our waitress. Food came out fast and was fast and delicious. Never had to wait for a refill. The bathrooms were very clean and orderly. Very nice place. Would definitely go back. We went there about 1:00 p.m. and there was no wait and we didn t half to wait around to get seated. The chicken wings were undercooked and slimy and their Cajun Shrimp in the pasta was severely undercooked as well. My partner and I both got sick immediately after eating here tonight that we didnt make it all the way home before vomiting. Servers were all goofing off in the back near the kitchen barely checking on their patrons. Trash was left on the tables and they were half-assedly wiped down. One of the servers nearly sprayed their table cleaner into my soup as they completely missed the table next to us. Easily the worst location Ive ever been to.

I liked it a lot!! Our waiter was kind and helpful and he knew the menu. He even recommended a dish.... which I did order. It tasted great so I ordered a to go meal as well. The staff was VERY friendly, attentive and we received our meals quickly. Definitely recommend Kid-friendliness: My daughter was able to order on her own using the kid-friendly menu they provided her and loved all the games associated with the menu.

The food was delicious. Very tasty burger. Chips were not offered but charged, though. Most of the places offer free chips as a courtesy. The service was rather unfriendly. It is kind of sweet and sour between the good food and the very regular service. Recommended dishes

Got the fajita trio... The beef was old, cheap, trash meat. The shrimp was tiny and sad. The tortillas were microwaved and stuck together. Who microwaves tortillas!? The rice was hard and GROSS! THE beans had no flavor, the sourcream was watery and sad, the cheese was old, the guac was brown... BROWN!!! WORST IVE EVEE HAD.

The table we were seated at was wobbly and caused my beer to spill so we moved to another table on our own accord since the waitress rarely checked in on us. The food took a while to arrive but was wrong because the same waitress entered the wrong dish for my friend. I had to eat without him so that my food didnt get cold. However, she informed the manager of the issue and he made amends. Overall, could have been better.

The service at this location was horrible! We went for lunch at a time that was not crowded but the service was HORRIBLE! The waiter was not interested and it showed.I had to go to the bar to get take out containers and continued to wait for our ticket. All in all the process took close to 20 minutes.The manager walked by several times , asking the 2 tables behind us if they needed anything. We could not get his attention and he continued to ignore our table. I asked to speak to him upon leaving. We waited at the entry to get out ticket from him as we couldn t get it from the waiter. When I told the manager I wasnt pleased at being ignored or having to chase someone down to pay, he was unconcerned. He said oh sorry and then said The next time you come ask for me( Paul) and I ll get you a prime spot as he hands me my ticket! NO NO NO, there will be NO next time!

This Chili s use to serve delicious food. The quality of the food has went down. My chicken bacon quesadilla was not good, some of the chicken taste like rubber when you chew it. My husband shrimp in the shrimp pasta was under cooked. My mom soup was cold she had to get another soup. The menu options has declined. I use to really like Chili s and this use to be the one to go to in Humble, not anymore.

The waiter was attentive, answered all questions, made sure drinks stayed full and checked on us as necessary. The food was ok but seemed rushed. I ordered the chicken bacon quesadillas and they were damn near just bacon and chicken in a raw tortilla, it hadnt been toasted on either side. The corn on the cob is usually one of my favs but it was just corn, it didnt have the seasoning mixture that they normally sprinkle on it. The floors always seem dirty in this location, just sweep up the big trash between guests so its not accumulating all day.
