Great experience! From the initial phone call to inquire information to the set up/pick up was excellent customer service. Not to mention the kids had an absolute blast on the Sports water slide. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic family event thanks to Jumper Bee! I searched all over to specifically find the Skid Loader bounce house and it was an even bigger hit than I expected. Delivery was on time and quick, and pick up was also a breeze. Would definitely rent from them again.

Thank you for a wonderful party! Mike and his team were on time and set everything up and explained how to operate the equipment. The kids LOVED the foam pit and enjoyed making their own cotton candy. The price was very competitive and I will definitely use them again.

Rented the Wild Rapids water slide for our granddaughter s 7th backyard family birthday party to give her a memorable birthday while complying with COVID-19 restrictions! Best water slide ever! Two could slide at once making for some friendly races down the slide and resulting in no waiting time for our small group. Everyone from the 18 year old big brother to the youngest cousin had a fantastic time all afternoon! A staff member left his cell # in case we needed help, which we didn t! Great service from start to finish!

Great time had by all and our 4 year old s party was a huge success. One of the reasons was because of the fast and friendly staff at Jumper Bee Entertainment. They arrived when they said they would, set up in minutes and took care of us. They even interacted with our birthday boy and made him feel like he was important. Great job guys and we will be using you again for future parties and get togethers.

What a great way to beat the summer heat! Given our lack of get-away and going-out time this year, we decided to spring for a little backyard fun. The entire process was smooth - Melissa in sales was professional and prompt, Joe (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure we had the right equipment, and Mason and Michael did a fantastic job setting up and breaking down our rental. It was well worth the investment and we had a blast. Definitely will rent again from this locally-owned company who went above and beyond to make another weekend at home one to remember.

Great customer service and experience. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and nice and kept in touch & kept us informed the entire time - very refreshing to have specific times for pick up/drop offs instead of vague windows of time! We had to finally drag the kids off of the water slide, they couldnt get enough - they are still talking about how much fun they had. Thank you to everyone at Jumper Bee - highly recommend!

We have a great relationship with Jumper Bee Entertainment and staff. They are always helpful in helping us plan and provide what is best for our carnival each year. On the day of our event I can always count on them to take care of any needs or problems that may come up, though those seldom occur. Highly recommended!! Jumper Bee went far and beyond to make our children s dream of having a giant water slide on a summer day possible! We felt like we were at a water park but at home! Rental was easy and affordable!! We got to keep the slide overnight with no extra charge!! Special thanks to Melissa and Mr Joe for such an excellent service!! P.S. Wild Rapids was a big hit!!

Our school is a faithful Jumper Bee customer! Melissa & Joe go above & beyond for our PTA event every spring. The relationship between our school & Jumper Bee was formed many years ago, we can t imagine using any other company. Everything is handled with professionalism & the highest level of detail. Joe knows which rides & bounce houses will be popular with every age group, how many people can get through per minute, and which attraction is best suited for a space. Jumper Bee has helped us think outside of the box too, they re reliable yet inventive. Their knowledge of the business is unparalleled. 10 stars for Jumper Bee!! Working with Melissa was great. I called and she answered right away, answered all my questions (ALOT OF QUESTIONS), took my information and sent me a list to choose from. The water slide showed up on time and clean and at the time I needed it. This will be our spot for entertainment rentals!! Super professional and easy to work with.

We had a great experience with Jumper Bee. Service was wonderful with easy set up, questions being addressed, clear instructions for the operation of the slide given and a very friendly staff. We were able to call the set up team when a small problem arose and that problem was taken care of immediately with the offer of a staff member returning to our home if needed to help.

Just had our second anniversary and my husband and I were reminiscing through the fun green screen photos taken at our wedding and wanted to give a shout out to Jumper Bee! These memories were so special to go through! I remember getting to go to their warehouse to see all the different photography/photo booth options before the wedding and ultimately decided on the green screen! Our custom backgrounds of where my husband and I first met along with other fun backgrounds were the perfect touch with our names and the date on the photo. Our guests were able to take their photos home with them right after taking the picture! Thank you guys for everything!

Jumper Bee has always provided excellent service and attractions for the City of Lewisville. They routinely under promise and over deliver, and they dont leave the venue until they are fully packed up, cleaned up and buttoned up. Their areas at our events are left in excellent condition and we recommend them highly.

I would love to list 10 stars on here. I hired the Easter Bunny to come to my home for Easter. It was amazing. The EB was very attentive to all the kids, but the sword fight at the end with the kids was the best!!! I have never done this before, but if there is ever a need, I will be doing it again.
