I had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress, Yohana (if not mistaken)! She provided exceptional customer service, always checking in at the right times. Her energy really added to the whole dining experience. Definitely made our meal memorable, and I ll be asking for her the next time I come back!

They are not open 24/7. At least one night a week they shut down for cleaning. ALSO, at night you will not get all your change back when paying your bill. They will keep all the coins and will not tell you in advance or explain this theft unless you demand an explanation. I have called corporate office numerous times but this still happens every time. Sorry, it may be less than a dollar, but its still theft.

Everything is very clean, the people are very friendly, it is 24/7 so for late nights or holidays it is a good option. The very pretty waitresses serve you in English or Spanish. And no one can make pancakes ugly, but savory crepes are delicious.

I love IHOP, but I think maybe I was too excited for what other items they can offer me. We went in at around 12 and the food took around 45 to an hour. Today was less packed then on days where there is more people and the time then was less than 20 minutes. The server was kind but the problem was her attentiveness to us, I took too long for a beverage refill. My family and friends food (being breakfast items) was looking as they usually do. But I had ordered a burger and I guess thats when IHOP stops being a quality restaurant. The meat was dry and crumbling on my plate, the tomatoes was the only and parts with parts of the stem still in place, worst about this was that I asked for no tomatoes, the tomatoes had been sitting there for a bit because when I did take them off they were mushy goo and was almost plastered to the meat. The lettuce was not crisp and in fact a soggy sad mess. I unfortunately would not recommend lunch and only would go for breakfast. I can only shudder in imagination what dinner concepts are like.

Our waitress Ashley was the best!!! Super friendly, great attitude!! The food was amazing! Compliments to the chef, Pearl. It had been a while since we visited this location but today s experience and food was absolutely phenomenal!!! It s definitely time to become regulars again. They took 20 min to take out drinks. I ordered before drinks arrived so food could be ready faster. They were able to serve a large party that was after us and another table. And our food still hadn t arrived. After complaint food magicly comes out. It had been sitting there. I refused to eat and I just had my children eat since I can t make them understand. I know remember why I don t come here. Won t come again. Edit. Manager came out said we weren t going to get charged. I said I would pay for what I consumed. My children s food. The least she could have done was comp. she didn t and didn t even take away my drinks. Which i didn t even drink as they were flat. Worst experience ever. I had similar before manager was apologetic and asked to remedy the situation. This manager could care less as we are stuck with this lousy service.

Ugh dad! Great variety of breakfasts. From the typical American pancakes, to the scrambled eggs with avocado and cherry tomato. I liked the service, the seasoning, the place and especially the food. It is an excellent place to enjoy a good lunch, with eggs to your liking, hot cackes, bacon, avocado, they have everything. Highly recommended. This one in particular, opens 24 HRS.

First of all we ordered 2 biscuits, and when the order came out they gave us one English muffin and one biscuits, we asked the waiter why the biscuits looked different and she said they are both made as english muffins it was just that one was sitting out for longer like what? also the managers looked mad the entire time, and kept getting after their employees. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and these managers didn t seem willing to help their employees out. They were so rude to them even with the way they talk to them now I see why they re under staffed!! Literally the only person that was making the experience better was the guy picking up the dishes, he was so sweet and wanted to make everyone feel welcomed.

Do not use this location for to go orders!!!! They failed to include silverware-syrup for the pancakes- the ketchup I called and requested. The driver should not be responsible for tampering with the food. All items should be located in the bag with the food!!!! I also got turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. I went to IHOP in Laredo, Texas on Friday evening (9/8/23 @7pm). I CANNOT go without saying, the customer service was UNBELIEVABLY OUTSTANDING!!!!! I really think the company should use the server who served us for training! Kurt was our server, and I will continue to go to IHOP for his service alone! WOW!!!! Kurt was attentive, genuine, not pushy, professional, courteous... I mean WOW, what a gem they have with him! The experience was so warm and inviting. Kurt helped end my chaotic week on a wonderfully pleasant note! Thank you Kurt! I have been to several IHOPs throughout the state. Laredos is not the nicest or cleanest. BUT, it was the BEST customer service I have gotten at ANY IHOP restaurant Ive ever been to! If you go by, ask for Kurt, and tip him well! Update - I went to IHOP again recently. This time it was packed!!! I had the same EXCELLENT customer service!!! More staff was there this time, and they were all extremely helpful and were hustling to give everyone attentive service! Food is good, but service is GREAT!
