I will never shop at another Walmart. TRUCK DRIVERS!! Most locations have security who comes around to let you know there s no parking. This is the only location I ve come across that has some sketchy people called Dallas County Parking Enforcement (not a county business btw) BOOTING trucks who are looking for a safe place to park overnight. WHYYYY would you boot my truck while I am still inside of the truck if you DON t WaNT mE TO STaY In tHE PaRkING LOt?? No warning knock or anything. Walmart no longer deserves our Business as truckers. Suddenly they are enforcing no semi-trucks parking at their business not just at this location but all across the country they are making it known they don t want Semi trucks parking in their lots. I remember when Walmart used to be the place for truckers to shop and get a rest break in, how times have changed. #STRIKE

I called the deli department at 11:29 am on a Sunday and the phone rang over twenty times on two tries. I wanted the ranch wings they never seem to have and did not want to waste another trip. It s sad that people are getting paid to work the deli and what if I wanted to place an order for a party or something? Walmart, you need to ensure your prices are consistent. I recently went to purchase a pair of casual jeans for work. The sale sign showed $24.98, the ticket price on the jeans was $22.98, but when I checked out, they scanned for $40.00. I went to customer service to address the price discrepancy and request a refund of the overcharge. Initially, the store manager/associate refused to honor the ticket price, saying they had to go by the scanned price, even though the ticket clearly said $22.98. I explained that it wasn t my fault the prices didn t match, and if they couldn t honor the ticket price or sale sign, I wanted a refund. I ended up spending 15 minutes waiting while two different managers tried to resolve the issue. Although I was eventually refunded the difference, I felt the situation could have been handled more efficiently. Update 6/11/2024: Walmart has yet to reach out regarding this review!!!

Im already full 2 times I go to this Walmart and both times Ive gone the cashiers made a mistake when it came to charging they always gave me 20 to 25 dollars more, but I asked my wife and she told me that she felt like they were charging her more than what I had charged, so I think they are stealing from customers so be very careful when shopping there.

I came in this store on 09/22/24 around 11:20am with an exchange for one item. The clerk refunded me the money and instead of letting me complete my purchase at the customer service desk she told me they couldn t check me out I had to go stand in Walmart long lines to purchase this one item. I ve never been told that long as I ve been going to Walmart. Very bad customer service and just for that I will no longer be purchasing anything from Walmart. Lines wrapped on every register that was wrong to do.

I hate this store. I left two years ago and said I never come back but I recently bought a car battery from the auto department. They sold me a battery I had to put in myself and then did not tell me it was a reversed battery when I installed it, it did damage to my computer. Bottom line they really Dont really Care. I wish you well but the customer service sucks..p.s let the customer know what car battery is available and suitable for your car and Walmart will install.( What the book says) Lowest to the highest price. I called several times to speak with the store manager.They said he does not take calls. .I will call customer care again. Lets start with trying to buy hunting license. Arrived at 6:15 pm and of course nobody in sporting goods. Guy in automotive paged several times that customer needs help in sporting goods. Also paged for a manager several times and for 45 mins nobody came. I finally went up front to find one and of course they just went in a meeting. Waited for several mins and finally a lead guy was told I wanted a manager and he called someone to meet me back there. Sad part I I got back there I realized she had been back in that earlier but didnt bother to come to the page. 1 1/2 hours to buy hunting license.

This walmart needs a visit from corporate to deal with the dysfunction of the pick up service walmart offers. They kept me in limbo for three days and the Walmart customer service line kept telling me they were marking my order as preparing like they were actually fulfilling it only for it to be cancelled once, then rescheduled, then cancelled again over the course of three days. I walked in and did my shopping myself and got everything in 35 min. If they cant fulfill their obligations they dont need to offer pick up. Very unprofessional, frustrating, as well as time wasting. I get it first world problems complaints of the privileged, but if your going to offer a service then offer it dont mislead people and waste their time.

Its walmart.... typical walmart. Right off highway. Easy to get to, in, and out (unless its busy and the self checkouts are backed uo with 20 baskets in each line waiting to check themselves out and moving at a snails pace like yesterday....Sunday at 930pm. It was the last day before school started and looked like last-minute school shopping. Do not recommend going there the weekend before the last-minute school shoppers go. Kids were running everywhere , unsupervised for the most part. the store was also ripped apart, shelves were barren in the food section, and all the isles blocked with people not knowing what they wanted before they got there apparently.

Horrible auto car center. Ordered a tire online and made an appointment to get it installed three separate times I would get a text in the middle of the night saying they are canceling the appointment. After finally getting an appointment for 12p that didn t get canceled I go in and the guy says it will be three hours before they can get to my car. So what s the point of the appointment. TRUCKER BEWARE YOU. DON T GO THERE with your TRUCK! I stopped to get some water and some things to eat, I picked up a steak sandwich etc. at the restaurant in the Walmart I asked two members of the store staff if it was possible according to them to spent the night without problem? M both said that should have no problem if I leave early tomorrow morning. So I slept there and at 5:50 am the police woke me up by banging on my truck door and showing me the Denver shoe taken from my front wheel on the drivers side by ordering me not to move my truck and urgently demanding $450 from us to pay immediately otherwise the costs could rise up to $5000 depending on what is going to happen and how long it will take to pay the costs. I explained to him that I had taken the trouble to inform myself beforehand to 2 employees of the store who told me that they should have no problems at all as long as I left early the next morning. And that I didnt do anything wrong. That I do not block the vision or movement of other vehicles. That I understand why not just ask me to simply leave and at worst give me a ticket for spending the night. But a Denver clog???? On my wheel I find it a little too much... So my company had to pay the bill with a comchek... Dont go there.....

This review is based on my in store experience. My first time here and i was so relieved to find a clean Walmart :) This beats the cockrell hill location x100. I found everything I was looking for. My daughter wanted some gummies she saw on youtube that only walmart sells The store is well lit and vibrant. The produce doesnt look like its expired. I had an item/storage bin that was discounted on the shelf, but not in the system/register. The male team member in the self checkout fixed the discounted item with no problem. I will definitely visit this location more often. I went in around 8pm today (monday) while its calm lol. I have not used curbside or the bakery.

First time using the curbside pick up service AND I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN. I made a Walmart pick up order for 5 first it said my order was delayed it wasnt ready til 6:30 and I got there at 8pm. It s currently 9:24 pm and I still don t have my order and I m still here waiting. I sat at the numbered lane for a hour nobody came so I pulled to the door! The employee kept telling me he was coming to bring my order, then proceeded to come back and tell me they actually never put my order together and that he would have to go get all my stuff! Im only giving this a two star review because I Love Walmart. So Im at my friends house and we placed an order for food for dinner that night and a Mothers day dinner tonight...it was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 5 and I had to place a second order for dog food that was to be delivered between 5 and 6. So I get a text message saying there was a substitution for the steaks fine and then I get a text for a substitution for the dog food... cool...then around 6 I get a text stating that my food order was on delay for 2 hours... pushing it and then another one stating that the dog food was going to be delayed for 2 hours.....then around 8 another text about another 2 hour delay for both orders...no explanation or call or anything so we had to order pizza for the kids so they could eat and go to bed. Needless to say we got the grocery order after 9pm and the delivery driver was very rude and we couldnt get him to check on the dog food order he just took his delivery pictures and left. Then come to find out that the Italian sausage that we had ordered was not delivered and not even the substitution I had requested so were going to have to use ground beef. I called the store way past 20 times and even tried to get to every department available and only 1 time someone answered and put me on hold and then disconnected me. I called every department that was open and was not surprised that nobody picked up their phone. Ill just have to shop in the Mesquite locations before I come back to Lancaster so we dont have to go through this again... I was warned but I didnt listen.

I shop at this Walmart at least 2 times a week and I can honestly say that I absolutely Hate This Walmart! Their Pick Up Shopping for this location is a Joke and they take forever. Registers are Always Closed for Self Checkout. The Employees treat the customers like second hand bests. The employees hate working here. Literally.

I ve stopped shopping at Walmart year ago when they took my money I put on a debit card, today I stopped at Walmart in my semi truck to buy a few suppies for the truck, I was sitting in the truck and someone from Dallas County parking enforcement put a boot on my truck while I was in it!!! So we argued and I was going to drive off with the boot he decided to remove the boot before I tore it out I wish Walmart would go out of business,

Been in line since 9pm its 10pm and we still havent been checked out. Plenty of employees around that could be working registers, but I guess walmart hates its customers
