What a beautiful Florist. Leslie was such a sweet introduction to the florist and Susan was just amazing with redoing my wedding bouquet from 8 yrs ago. So glad I went here . I highly recommend. Update I picked up my re designed wedding bouquet and I am blown away by how beautiful it came out. I am so happy. Was ready a day early and done with love. Did not deliver the flowers as said. I called and was told they would be delivered Friday. My mom was home all day left for an hour. I want a refund and will never order for them again. This is bad business. No matter how busy they are. What a waste of money. Almost 100$ and not delivered. *** Call another florist in spring not worth your time. The reason I am so upset is because I am not in Houston, I am out of state and the lady taking my order knew this. I feel this was deliberately done bc I am out of state. If I was in spring I would be at the shop first thing at 8:30 getting my money back.

Wish I could have seen these reviews before. Awful customer service, super unprofessional when asking basic questions. The owner acts as if it s a chore answering basic questions about arrangements and what they offer. Honestly surprised they are in business with how awful they treat anyone who wants a service. Definitely check another place because this was such a terrible experience.

Customer service is incredibly awful here. My wife came in to order flowers for her mother who suddenly passed. She had no condolences no empathy and treated everyone with attitude. It was disappointing and hurtful to see someone treat a customer this way during such a sensitive time.

Upon arrival to the store, we approached the woman staff member asking for flower arrangements for our mother who passed suddenly. The very first thing out of her mouth was you know its Friday. Given the circumstances, we understand its short notice, and we were just trying to find out information, and possibilites as to what can be offered. Every question was met with a bother, attitude, and sarcasm. I could not believe we were treated this way on such a sensitive topic. We left after realizing she was not willing to help or even have any compassion or empathy for us. Terrible service, be cautious coming here.

I have never experienced someone so cold hearted and unprofessional. My family and i came in with a broken heart trying to get advice on arrangements for our mother s service. It was a sudden death. From the moment we walked in she was cold and rude, as if we were such an inconvenience. No respect or empathy. Any questions we asked was met with sarcasm and bother. Do not support this business.

BEWARE OF COMING HERE. Absolutely NO COMPASSION or respect to customers. We came in due to my mothers passing extremely suddenly and needed flowers. Her tone was SO rude, gave me so much attitude and was SO bothered that we needed flowers by Sunday. We know this is last minute but nobody plans for these types of things and I was utterly shocked at how incredibly disrespectful, we are grieving and in so much pain. The team is wonderful !! I ordered an arrangement for a coworker and things changed a few times. The delivery person called me , found out details and helped me get this arrangement delivered when needed. They all went above and beyond to make this happen. Wildflower Florist saved the day, again, for me!! I had forgotten to order a corsage/bouquet for my sons prom date after telling him I would handle it for him. He planned on doing it and I told him I had more time so just to tell me what he wanted, and I would get it ordered. Then...I dropped the ball! UGH! Wildflower went out of their way on Mothers Day weekend when they were swamped to make something at the last minute! It was not only beautiful but exactly what my son had requested!! I originally called a different florist in the Spring area. I left a message on Sunday and tried again the following morning with no luck. Thankfully I called Wildflower. I wish I knew the name of who answered because she was wonderful!! She was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel like she genuinely wanted my business. I opted for a dollar amount and asked for a colorful and happy arrangement to be delivered to my sister and brother in law to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. Excellent quality. I spent a lot of years in the floral industry myself, and can personally attest to the quality. Also, the design sense is amazing. I strongly suggest that you give the designer an idea of colors, style & budget (and occasion) and then tell them designers choice . They will go over and above. Lastly, the customer service is amazing. Always friendly, always helpful and always willing to take pictures of a plant (if that s what you re wanting) in the store so you can decide without having to go in. I ve used Wildflower Florist several times now and will continue to do so. Excellent Florist.

A very disappointing experience. I ordered something from their website. They received the order and I even got an automated confirmation email. Yet when we spoke on the phone they insisted that what I ordered was not on their website, even though there is no other way I could have made the order. My exhibition Myths, Legends, and The Holy Spirit was about to open at Archway Gallery in downtown Houston, and I needed an extraordinary floral arrangement to complement the artwork and Gallery. All morning was spent looking for unique floral arrangements, but I just couldn t find anything out of the ordinary. I was giving up the search when I drove past Wildflower Florist and realized I had never tried there! I made a quick return and rushed in. I was immediately greeted with the extraordinary arrangement I was looking for! The colors were soft and delicate, the buds exquisite in shape and size, and the effect was perfect! It graced the reception at Archway Gallery and stayed fresh for the longest time! Even after it was past it s time, I couldn t give it up, so it will be painted as it faded away.

This is the second time I tried and have been disappointed with Wildflower Spring. I ordered a northern star arrangement for Christmas. I saw it later that day and there was no star but a plastic snowflake and the white flowers were wilted by the end of the night. The roses were pretty but it really looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. It would have been okay but then they wilted.

I ordered the Medium Dish Garden to be sent to the funeral of a colleagues father. She later shared with me that the arrangement was so beautiful they selected it to put on the memory table at the church and people frequently commended on how much they loved it. The staff at Wildflower is incredibly kind and helpful. I will most definitely order locally from Wildflower Florist again.

Wildflower Florist made the most stunning floral vase arrangement for my wifes WWII Vet Dad, as our gift to honor his 99th Birthday in Houston, TX. Bill said it was the most beautiful flower arrangement he had ever seen. It was the centerpiece, with Dad and his birthday cake, of the family photos shared. Wildflower Florists owner was a delight to work with and really listened to our wish to make something truly special for the occasion. Wildflower Florist are the best. They are friendly and extremely helpful. I live out of state, called them up mid morning on a Saturday. To have flowers delivered to my girlfriend since she was in Houston. My girlfriend s flowers were delivered within one hour after I placed it. Save your money and take up gardening. Even The grocery stores have better quality flowers and better customer service. I understand the death of a valuable employee. But if their absence destroys the very foundation of your company, just close up shop. Aside from the horrendous floral designing, the atrocious phone service and the overall lack of compassion and service, this shop has gone severely downhill. They were once a staple in the area, even spreading to different parts of town, but now children could do most of these peoples jobs and with a smile on their face. Such a sad waste. But wed all understand if you just gave up.

If you do anything, do yourself a favor and order flowers from Wildflower. Not only was the lady that answered the phone, wish I remembered her name, amazing, but the flowers they sent were gorgeous!! I dont live in Houston and she helped me every step of the way. I ordered a plant for a funeral service in Spring, TX. A few days later I found out that the service location had been changed to a new venue. I called Wildflower Florist to change the flower delivery location, but found that the staff had already checked and changed the delivery location in their system. Excellent service, courteous and extremely accommodating. The lady who answered helped me choose the perfect balloon for the occasion from the selection she had in the store.
