I gave this place 1 start because this wasnt the first time my family and I had to wait 30 just to put an order in. Another couple came in and got their food and everything before my family was even waited on. Mr. Divorski came over and took our orders. He was very friendly. He made sure everything we needed was taken care of. From the looks of it, he seems to be the only one working his tail off while 5 other staff sat in a corner. They have to do better. Plus our corn was hard.

I visited for the first time today around 7 PM. The host seated me at the bar, and I waited for 10 minutes. The venue didn t seem busy, but they might have been short on servers. My main issue was that the bartender never acknowledged my presence. Even if he was busy, I would have appreciated being acknowledged and informed that he would assist me shortly. He walked by multiple times without saying a word. Eventually, I decided to leave the restaurant.

My son and I were looking for a seaboil place near Pearland and Crafty Crab popped up with some great reviews. And we are in complete agreement with the very positive reviews ! We went there for lunch and were among the first there on a Sunday. Of course, we got a table immediately but quickly the place started to fill up. We ordered crab cakes and a snow crab and headless shrimp seaboil with their Boom sauce and Medium spice level. The seafood boil was fantastic . The quality of the snow crab and the shrimps was very good and the sauce was delicious . The crab cakes were tasty and filled with lots of crab meat - so thumbs up for those too ! I think we took almost 90 mins to complete our meal, but there was absolutely no pressure from the server to hurry us up. Compliments to the staff in the kitchen for the great cooking and the staff for their courteous and helpful interactions with us. We will be back for sure !

I m assuming the A/C needs Freon because my tippy toes are burning because it s so hot. I m still in here because I just got my food two hours later. And I can feel the steam from the boiler in the kitchen. I asked for a fan because I couldn t help but notice that the staff have 2 fans blowing on them and my pits are sweating. I asked the manager wearing the race car jacket because he s cold, if he could turn on the air. He said it s too many ppl to cool. And the food was NASTY and I ordered Boom Fire and only got FIRE no Boom! Life is crazy .

I became very sick after dinning at this establishment. I order sausage with my meal and I told the server that it tasted like it was spoiled so he brought me another batch and it was the same. This was my second time at this establishment I must say my first time was excellent, food was good and hot and service was quick! However, this time it was not pleasant the food was warm my mom barely had sauce in her boil while I had a lot. We came and were sitting for at least 12 minutes before we had to ask someone . I was missing food items and I even seen my waitress eating while we were waiting on our ticket. Hopefully if I do decide to come back and if I do I hope it s better.

I enjoyed what I ordered, which was a salad and crab cakes. I would have liked the crab cakes to be bigger, but they were tasty. That was my first visit. Ill see how it goes next time. Parking: The parking is exclusive, which is great and directly off of Broadway and on the same road as Sams club in Pearland.

Came in with a rather normal size family of 8 getting seated went pretty smooth and fast.... assigning someone to wait on our table was the issue it took over 20-25 mins just to have someone to take our drink orders it wasnt so bad when the guy to wait on the table it just sucks that they already add the tip into the bill so they could just be like whatever at the end of the day almost a 40 dollar tip to have guest waiting.

Horrible service. We went after a graduation with a party of 18 people! Took 45 minutes to take our order. Then she never came back to check on us. They took out $17 out of everyone s tab for tip. But had the absolute worst service. Towards the end the waitress Renee had a rude face as if she was done with helping us. They also failed to let us know AC was out. So it was super hot. The food was mediocre but the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. We were a large party and I recognize that can be difficult to manage, even for an experienced wait person. Nadia was our wait person and her service was horrible. Rather than move around the table to distribute our food, she stood on one end and had us to pass the food from one end to the other. She didnt remember who ordered what. She brought some appetizers out before the meal and others out with the meal and blamed it on the kitchen. I was there for a graduation party but I will never go back.

Was craving seafood this weekend and this place is just up the street. I ordered a seafood boil combo Snow crab and Shrimp with potatoes. It was ready in about 15 minutes after I ordered online and when I went to go pick it up it was and hot and ready for me. The servers were kind and I had no trouble. Ive been eyeing this place for a while because my regular crawfish spot closed and moved. So I went with my mom this past Friday for her birthday, and we both loved it! Great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the buttery garlic crawfish. It wasnt pricey either. We also got 3 other plates to go; and even with that the bill wasnt crazy expensive. The waiter, Thaddeus was amazing and should probably go work at a steakhouse bc he deserves better tips Im sure. Was disappointed, once again by the snow crab. Looked like the claws were on meth or something. So skinny, barely any meat. This is 3 times straight its been like this. The chicken was good though. My wife loves the flavor. The most unseasoned seafood Id ever tasted! I came in on a Friday night. I should ve moved my first mind and turned around because the service staff looked a mess. The hostess took me to three tables that were dirty. Finally when she got me a table to be seated, the waiter comes to my table he said I ll be back I had a headache. All I wanted was some water until he come back. He never came back. I got up and I left out as I passed the Manager. I ll let her know no one came back. The only thing she said was, oh shoot as I passed Host as I was leaving I told her the same. We ordered 100 dollars worth of crabs and they were extremely over seasoned and salty.. The onions rings and shrimp was full of grease and the waitress seemed like she hated her job.. Everyone is dressed unprofessional and just look like theyre not clean.. This was a horrible experience.. Plus we went there at 5pm and the place was empty, just to be put on a wait for 15mins, because they were short staffed and they seemed unborthered by the customers walking out upset... My husband and I came here for the first time on our Anniversary which was on Valentines s Day, we made it there around 7:45. The restaurant was crowded, but since my daughter came earlier that day , she said the food was good. My husband and I waited. They called us at 9:00 pm. Even though it was a long wait it was well worth it! The food was excellent! The crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, clam s, etc . Good seasoning. The waitress was very good! She had excellent customer service, she served our food promptly, and she checked on us continuously to ask if everything was okay and did we need anything. I will ask for her all the time, Her name is Lenell. You definitely want to ask for her. She is very friendly, and has a super pleasant personality. The Hostess Monica was also very good, and pleasant . She did apologize for us having to wait long. But I told her it was worth it, Mykah, the manager was also pleasant , Serenity, and Renee, was such an Awesome group that night . I know we will be back. We really enjoyed everything, look forward to coming back.

Its not often me and my mother get together for dinner. She insisted on going to the crusty krab.... After being seated we were told the computers were down and they refused to take handwritten orders. I also noted other customers being held hostage because there was no way to ring up their orders. As a result we were denied service. I can only assume theyre making money hand over fist because they turned us away. As far as I am concerned, this place is a poor excuse for a business. Just a bit of advice, always, always have a backup plan.

On 12/29/23 we went to Crafty Crab(Pearland) about 230pm to celebrate my baby turning 7 because that s where she requested to eat for her day! Our server Renee was absolutely outstanding! There was another young lady helping Renee but I didn t get her name but she was great as well! Our hostess Mrs Monique was amazing and kind as well! The manager on duty was very helpful nice and accommodating and the gentleman Javon and the other young man that helped clean up everything were also outstanding! My party end up having way more people than we anticipated even with some cancellations and this staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed even with limited servers! We re regulars anyway but this day made my baby s birthday as grand as she wanted it and made us more excited about being regulars! Hostess, if thats what you call the person they have seating guests, is very rude and obnoxious. So is the so called manager, if the white lady is even the manager. They all act alike. So we went to the restaurant for my sons 13th bday, we had 6 in our party. Seemed to be a little busy as people were waiting to be seated, but none with more than 2 or 3 in party. We continued to wait when there were tables where we could have been sat at, however a party of 4 came in after us and were seated before us at the table that was for 6 guests. I came at the request of my mom because she loves the food. Well, this experience was horrible. We were seated immediately. Our server was eager to take our order, but everything declined after that. She completely disappeared. We had to ask other staff members at the bar or the only other waiter for our food, condiments, utensils, and drink refills. The worst parts are not bringing food to the table at the same time and her telling me she had to find utensils for the crabs. There was a 5 to 10 min gap between the boiled food and fried entrees arrivingto the table. She never brought the utensils. I ate everything in my boil except the crab before I went to the bar to ask her for a refill and the utensils. When I went to the restroom to wash my hands, my server was sitting in the corner talking with staff who were seemingly not working yet. Oh, well. If I dine here again, Ill just sit at the bar or order takeout.

We came when barely no one was there. I ordered the crabs and shrimp in the crafty sauce with fire seasoning. The crafty sauce had a lot of butter in it, its not a normal southern boil, because you can taste the butter. You can tell they took their time with the shrimp. The shell was cut down its back and devein. My husband had the catfish and oysters. The batter was absolutely amazing, the catfish was thin and crispy. The oysters wasnt the best, only thing that was good about it was the batter. It tasted like they didnt cook it long enough. It was almost raw and the batter was a bit greasy. We visited on a Tuesday night. They were out of several items, but the food was tasty. My only complaint was that our food was not ready or brought out at the same time. Try telling a toddler her food is coming later than everyone else s. The floors were really slippery, almost oily. That was concerning, but every employee that we encountered was friendly.

I received the worst service ever at the Pearland Crafty Crab. Micka the manager showed no concern that I waited 20 mins to be acknowledged and still had to wait additional time to receive service. No wonder this place does not have a lot of business. I will not be coming back here and I advise others to stay away as well.

Great service! Jason was attentive and professional. He was proactive and anticipated our needs for condiments,water refills and asked often if we were good. When we had questions the manager was professional and courteous. It was good experience.

I would say the food was good but the service was horrible. We had to look for our server EVERY TIME we needed something. We always found her in the back sitting down. The floor where we sat was so dirty with I kid you not a pile of Crawfish shells. This place can use a good deep cleaning, or just have all the workers that were just sitting down in the back clean.

Second and last time I ve tried to eat here. This time we decided to leave because the two women (one white-maybe Miss Cathy , one black, neither with a name tag) at the host station upon entry were about as friendly and courteous as prison guards. Unearned side-eye is apparently a free appetizer here, as well as talking about guests in the waiting area right in front of them. We called earlier in the week about bringing a group of 14-15 because there is nothing on their website about reservations. We were told that 14 is a walk in and you don t need a reservation . Well when 14 show, the excuses began. First, the party can t be split up. Then it was we only have 3 servers according to Miss Cathy and couldn t handle a large table or multiple tables without a reservation. Whatever. Additionally, they would not provide the manager-on-duty s name (maybe Miss Cathy she seemed to be in charge of the nearly empty establishment) when asked by my husband. Can t say if the food is any good, but this place leaves a bad taste in my mouth just the same. Also if you plan to have a drink at the bar while you wait for one of three servers, you ll be out of luck. Buy your drink and sit in the waiting area, even if the bar area is literally empty.

Crafty Crab Pearland is my favorite spot and my seafood go-to. So much so that it has become my Cheers. I eat here at least once a week, and its amazing every time. I always get the headless shrimp and mussels, and they never disappoint. Save room for the corn hushpuppies they are totally worth it! The staff is always warm and welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your experience great. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!

Was in Pearland and decided to stop in and try crafty crab ...we got there at 7 took the waiter till almost 8 to even take our order ..when she came by at 720 asked if we was ready to order we said yes she took one persons order then walked off came back at 8 with a salad and crab cakes that was cold and I then told her again we was ALL ready to order she said ok then walked off again 15 mins later she came back took the rest of the orders my daughters drink was gone by this time about 830 is when she refilled it by this time I had enough finally got out ticket spent 80 left out 6 mins before 9 .. I will not be going back .....

We had dinner here last night and shared the large seafood platter between 3 people. As soon as walked in, the restaurant had a funky smell. We had friends who had just finished eating there so I asked them how it was and they said it was good, so we decided to still eat there. The food was just okay. We weren t very impressed. The seasoning was really the best part. The crawfish were dirty and very dry tasting? Idk how to explain it. The crab was cooked well though! We enjoyed ourselves regardless. But I don t think we d visit again.

1st visit. Place was very quiet. Must have missed the crowd. Jason served us, laid back good interactions, we are both oldie folks 65 & 70 so most times we get treated that way. No patience. But not with this server. The food has no spice to it, hint the menu says - Not spicy Spicy or On Fire soo wifey food not spicy, she didn t ask for spicy mine was because asked for spicy. The menu takes a little time to figure it out. Will we be back. YES. Parking: Place has lots of parking. But what is really strange is entering parking area you have to enter the emergency hospital parking area then drive past the emergency entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: There s a split in the entrance for wheelchair.

Friends & I tried their fried shrimp and catfish basket. The seasoning was ok but their garlic and spicy buttered corn was bland and over cooked. Vegetarian options: Did not have a variety of vegetables or vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: No, more like a sports bar.

My friend had came here And received sauce without the seafood, so I came and asked for the sauce without the seafood, and they told me that they cannot do it ever they did it for someone else another day then I asked to get a drink at the bar and she told me I cannot sit at the bar because I am not staying. We have come to this location numerous of times and have only had one other bad servicer issue But today was by FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Michael was the name I believe she stated. She came to the table 10mins after we where seated.. we asked a couple of questions to which she could not answer any other then. Just basic questions about ordering. She took our order. Return later with the food then basically disappeared. We asked another server for crab cracker but didn t get it from him then she finally returned to take another Customer order but did not bring what we asked for. We asked her for the crab cracker she stated she would bring it but again didn t bring it. Another ten minutes went by still have not yet touched our crab legs then someone else finally brought it. We enjoyed our food. She never returned to check in on us. We finished our food and awaited another 10-15 mins just for the check. Finally she dropped the check to us then left for another 10-12 mins just to pay. Not sure what the issue was with her but definitely do not want that person ever again!

After getting in town from Louisiana the restaurant that we chose couldnt accommodate our party size due to it being the Wing Stop of seafood. I quickly remembered someone recommending this spot. I got everyone on board as this spot was only 3 minutes from where we were. We arrived and there wasnt a long wait to be seated. We had to wait on my sister and her family to arrive before ordering. The server took our drink orders while we waited. Once my sister arrived we ordered. I myself ordered the fried oyster basket. There was quite a wait before we recieved our food but once arriving it was hot and fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meal but I wish there couldve been seasoning on my fried oysters. There are no complaints but to throw a lil shade, nobody does seafood like Louisiana lol. I definitely will eat here again when visiting my dad.

If you ate here you deserve financial compensation. Spiciest seasoning is very mild. The boom sauce weak. The butter sauce seams super artificial like amc30 popcorn butter. The crawfish is 9.99 a pound and they don t give you anything with the boil but some of the smallest potatoes I ve ever seen and some okay corn on cob. Very disappointed in my meal and I won t be recommending this garbage to anyone and I see why the place is empty at lunch rush time. DO NOT Pay Extra for sausage is not sausage it s glorified bologna wearing a sausage skin. Do Not Enter Place is a SCAM.

Crafty Crab waaaaaassss, just ok. Not horrible but not a place I would visit again. The kiddos and I were curious and decided to give it a shot. We went during a shift change and after the lunch crowd. Sweet tea was too sweet, like literal sugar . Not able to drink it so settled on a Topo Chico which is completely fine because I love those anyway. The food was ok. Nothing to write home about. Crispy fish, yet extremely thin and not a ton of meat.
