Great for a sweet cold treat. Depending on the time if visit, it could be a long wait. There is a drive thru and indoor/outdoor seating. The shaved ice is great and the flavor combinations are very good. Its cool to see them make the orders but, again the wait can be a bit much. Food

By far the worse location ever. I waited in line for 25 mins only for someone to come tell me that they will not be servicing me. They locked the doors at 8:30 and the location closes at 9pm. I got in the drive thru at 8:35 and at 9 an employee walks to my car and says her manager said that the car infront of me was the last car to service. I asked to speak to the manager and then the employee said she is gone. I will never come to this location again. Please hire professional staff and have some one of authority in position during staffed hours.

So, look, you should realize that coming to a strip mall, commercial, chain store for snow cones is more expensive (minimum of about $5) than your local parking lot hut run by grade school kids. But in exchange for paying that premium... you get a light and fluffy ice shave (no hard rocks), tons of flavors with premium add-ons, generous serving sizes, all in a nice and clean air conditioned store. The staff were reasonably friendly and our snow cones were delicious and ready in minutes. Be warned these (like all snow cones) are SUPER sweet and intense flavor, so most of our group wished we ordered a baby or small size (instead ended up throwing away some of our bigger sizes). Overall we were all happy and would come back when looking for a special treat.

Love Bahama Bucks, but this location is way too slow with orders. Other locations have gotten a 5 stars. Update 4/13/24: Location has gotten worse. Reviews about teens, no management, snoballs fu of ice, and odd hours are spot on. I have been to many locations and this is the worse....not even close. I also do not see responses to concerned reviews.

Very long wait for your snow cup, the drive thru is in and out while the inside WE WAIT! unacceptable. I hope they will decide to close the drive thru and focus on the customers whom come inside. This place is always hit or miss. I order pink cotton candy for my wife, we are never sure what flavor pink syrup its going to be, sometimes pink lemonade, sometimes another unidentifiable pink creation. We are lucky to get the proper amount of syrup also. Sometimes a little syrup on top and all raw snow below it, sometimes theres so much syrup that it spills everywhere. There is usually just younger employees there with seemingly little or no direction or management oversight. I just wish it was consistent, Id like to know what Im getting when I pay a premium price for a product.

Dont waste your time driving to this location The hours say theyre open till 9:00 However we drove all the way down here from Arlington about 25 minutes to find out they were closed This was at 7:30 so I dont know whats going on They are being dishonest now, Google did show them as open when we navigate here and also showed we we double checked at 730. I took a screenshot. Plus Google will notify you if the place is closed or will close within 1 hour from the time you press navigate, Im not an idiot. I don t know exactly what was going on with young McKenzie but customer service is not for everyone. Ordering me to come to the front instead of trying to hear what I was saying is unacceptable. Her repeating the order back to me as fast as possible with an attitude is unacceptable. Her rolling her eyes because she says she could not hear me (while her headset stayed on) is unacceptable. Spraying Lysol all throughout the drink making area while our orders are being prepared is unacceptable. Texting on her iPhone opposed to speaking with us is unacceptable. We come here often but that was unacceptable.

Please post when you are going to be closed on the menu so that people don t wait in line for 20 minutes just to find out you re not gonna open. Waited, drove up to the window and saw they were gonna open till three today. So I got back in line. I waited till 305, then I drove up to the window and tapped on it, and the girl said they weren t going to open at three today and she didn t know when they were going to open. I wasted a total of 25 minutes there today. This place is gone so downhill in the last six months, long lines and weird hours, constantly the people who are working here, genuinely genuinely do not care about their jobs. And I get most of them are teenagers, and they probably don t. But I did contact the corporate location to let them know how bad this specific location has gotten recently.

Terrible experience. Tried to purchase 5 gift cards, after waiting 25 mins people working said the gift cards weren t working (after my debit card was charged) and they couldn t figure out how to refund me my money. We pulled up at 11:10 am and the 2 girls working jumped out of their cars in the parking lot and ran inside. Took them another 5 mins to take our order. That was fine..theyre teens whatever. But then we paid $16 for 2 snowcones and they didnt have flavor in the middle. It was just on the top. $16 for plain ice is pretty steep. This is the 2nd bad experience here in the last month. Just dont... the girl taking orders had no clue what she was doing and had to ask for help several times. I had a birthday reward even, but she had no clue how to redeem it. They were so backed up with people who already ordered but were stuck waiting for several minutes. This was probably because literally every order before and every order after mine (we dined in) had something wrong with it. People kept having to get items fixed because things were missing or wrong. I myself had to have them put toppings on I ordered and paid extra for that they didnt even realize I did not get. The sno cones werent even that great, very little cream and toppings and the place was so messy with trash under tables and on tables. The cream smoothie I got tasted bland and as if it didnt even have the ice cream in it. Would not come here again.

This location needs to be closed down for good! I get to the speaker it s only me and two cars ahead of me. I get to the speaker and I m told to hold for 8mins. Then she comes on takes the order. This young man was out in the rain and thunder just to take orders. He didn t have a rain coat, umbrella, rain boots nothing. Only thing he had was a towel on his head! I understand you wanting to adopt methods used by another location. However, adopt the care they have for their employee s safety too! I m sure he was wet and had to go back inside to a cold building! On top of that my snow cones were just colored ice. There wasn t much juice so there wasn t any flavor. I was just at the Mansfield location it was around 2:30, there were two other people waiting for their order so we placed our order immediately. There were 4 of us, 2 adults, two children, 6 and 11! We waited 15 minutes for our order,, then sat down at a booth to eat. Almost immediately after we sat down, two young men started mopping right beside our booth, and the smell of the disinfectant in the mop water seemed to permeate our since of smell, altering the snow cone taste. Still, that was not the worst of our visit. While we were eating, an employee came over, and said, It s 3:00 and we are closed, you will have to leave!l . I am 80 years old, and I have never once in those 80 years been told to leave any place, let alone a restaurant! We will, obviously, never be back, and that makes me sad, because we love snow cones!! If, when we placed our order, the young man had said they were only selling to go cones because they were closing, I would have understood, but never, ever, go up to a customer and tell them to leave, and never start mopping while the customer is there. If I had stood up and slipped on that wet floor, you would have had a lawsuit to worry about instead of a bad review!! The sad thing is, I went to this location a couple years ago, and absolutely loved it! We went almost every day. What a shame it has come to this, I hope there is another snow cone place in Mansfield For the four of us, we paid almost 20 dollars, plus a tip, never expected to be told to leave.

I m appalled. This location has never been PERFECT for me and my family, but today was it for me. First of all, we ordered at about 7:05. (We got there at 7) this was in the drive through by the way. So, we get at the window in FOURTY MINUTES. The wait was horrible. We got to the window, they spilled my moms drink and they switched it to a different cup. As the TEENAGER was making the drink, he was literally rubbing his nose. Absolutely DISGUSTED. I get my banana slushy and there s literally like no flavor. It s almost white. I get down past the mountain top on the slushy and it s like soup. (No it was not melted) my mom also ordered pickles on hers and received only 5. They were baby pickles, and were cut up. So, they closed for a couple of weeks and changed their hours to some ridiculously short hours due to training the staff . Who is going to come here before 3pm during the week but what is worse is that the training didn t seem to up their game or customer service any. The place was TRASHED at 7:00pm with floors so sticky your shoes STUCK to the floor. EVERY table was dirty, with syrup on almost EVERY surface. Plus the place felt like it was 95 degrees inside. We ordered 2 baby pink lemondade sno cones and they both lacked FLAVOR. It was so bland like just eating plain ice. Usually service is okay but we hadn t been here in a while. This time however, we had terrible service at drive thru. Cashier didn t bother to greet or say a word other than payment amount. Each time she opened the window to stick out her hand with the snow cones she seemed bothered and made us feel uncomfortable. When she handed the last one I quickly yelled out and I asked if I could please have napkins and she hesitated for a split second (so I know she heard me) then proceeded to pretend she didn t hear me and turn around and have her back facing me. I didn t drive off so she finally had to turn around and face me. I asked for napkins and said please and thank you to her and I got not a single word in reply. I also never got a receipt. Our cones were dry and tasted mostly of salty ice and very little flavor.

This location used to be the best and amazing but now it is far from that. The employees are all 16 year olds that don t care about doing their job efficiently, they huff and puff about doing the next order and take their slow time to do it, there were about 7 employees working and it took 30 minutes for 1 smoothie bc of their lack of work ethic. While i was waiting for my drink they were laughing and giggling about what ever they have in their life. When I got my drink it was extremely watery, how is a coconut cream blend smoothie watery??? The bottom line is they don t care about their job and don t care about doing things well. They need a serious awakening and I will not be returning. I will be willing to give the arlington location a chance but that would be it. And I would have consulted with the manager but the one that was on shift which was the teenage blonde with glasses didn t seem to care either. So I would have loved to speak to an adult, but Im not interested anymore.

Yesterday we ordered at the drive thru. Called in to let them know there was tiny bits of blue plastic in the ice, along with very little syrup flavoring. MaKenzie took care of us and gave us a re-make. Picked them up in the drive thru today and so pleased with the service provided. Been here about a dozen times lately with school being out and needing something cool for the kiddos to enjoy. Their team is always working together and the service is excellent and polite.

1 hour and 15 minutes in the drive thru line. What an absolute joke. Want to go inside? No better. But at least being inside you can watch all the young kids joke around while packing snow cones with their hands. And when one falls apart they will use those same hands to open the trash can lid, then go right back to making another one. Disgusting.

I went through the drive-through line was going to just get a bucket of ice. Was told I couldn t just buy a bucket of ice I had to order the party pack I told him OK I would do that then I said no you have to go inside to do so. So I went inside after having already waited in the very very long line outside then I stood on the line inside to get up to the counter to be informed I couldn t order it inside I would ve had to call an hour to two hours ahead to turn in that order. If that were the case why did they not tell me that in the drive-through line when I had already waited all that time. So I waited 2 separate times in lines to leave with no purchase!!!

Staff is so rude here it s ridiculous. Not sure if it s just the day shift that s like this or what but it seems when I go during the day versus evening it s got a more negative vibe going on. They do skimp on syrup no matter what time of day though and ALWAYS forget the pup cup I always order and proceed to roll their eyes at me when I remind them that I ordered one. It s not that big of a deal just throw some whipped cream in a cup and call it a day. My dog will be happy. I only go to this location because it is literally within walking distance from me.
