We tried this place because of the great reviews & its close by... well either these people lied or they have bad taste in food. The meat tastes & looks like it was cooked in the oven, not s single smoke ring in sight. The sauce is terrible. Its never good when an establishment puts sauce on your meat without asking. I would rather go to Dickeys. Ill keep driving to Terry Blacks.

I must admit out of the times ive been there today they let me down. I called in my order today bc I didn t have time to go place in person like I normally do. When I m there I see all kinds of ppl come in ahead to the front of the ppl in line ordering for their food to be made or even get in the line but let the lady know hey I had a call in order. And she pulls them out and let them pay if the customer that s waiting food isn t ready. Today I send my husband to get ours and he has to wait, the line it s out the door, we don t stay far from the place. What s the point of calling it in if you still have to wait, especially when you seen others walk up and get a call in order. I won t be back!

Horrible BbQ My wife and I always wanted to stop and check out this place wondering why they aren t ever open in the evenings, and now I see why ..we got 2 meat rib/sliced beef plate, stuffed potato and sliced beef sandwich. Ribs were tough, beef tasted like ii was spoiled, stuffed potato was flavorless, potato salad was like mashed potatoes, bad sauce. Never get bbq from a place that doesn t smell like bbq!! Breakfast must be better than the BBQ. They should just sell breakfast, can t mess that up I guess u get what u pay for. Good luck

This is one of those unassuming places without much curb appeal, and furnishings are not why you go. You go for the brisket. It. Is. Delicious. Some of the best Ive ever had. The sides like green beans and toast (Texas toast everywhere but IN Texas?) were fine, and peach cobbler was good, but the brisket. Melt in your mouth tender with slightly crisped edges. A+++

Just happened to drive by this place at 9:30 am, and the parking lot was full. I had some business to do at church right down the road. Loved it! Lots of food for the money and they nailed it on quality. I had the rib special and the ribs were moist and tender. Baked beans were very good. I will be back.

Good food and prices. Burgers taste home made but fries are pre made and heated up to order so they are not crispy. Be prepared to talk fast and listen fast because if you dont they may snap at you.. they are disrespectful at times when I cant understand what they are saying to me because they are talking so fast The cashier and those who bus the tables are very cordial and helpful.
