When EPWS arrived, they were on time very friendly and professional. As soon as they began to work, I then realized I was not in their league when it came to power wash. The work they do is absolutely mind blowing, HIGHLY RECOMMEND EPWS!!!!!

I called Exterior Power Washing Solutions to have my windows washed, fence prepped for staining, and house powerwashed. Guillermo came out right away amd gave me an estimate. He had a quote to me that evening. I was able to schedule quickly, and he came out and did a good job for me. He is very personable amd friendly, and good at what he does. I plan to use again. Great experience.

Guillermo was here early. He worked hard and quick! Finished in a little over 2 hours including a detached 30X40 garage. Washed our two story vinyl sided older home. Eaves were black and now they are bright white! Looks like we had them repainted! Whole house is clean and bright!!! Very professional and personable young man! Worth every penny! Look forward to having him come again next year!!!

I had this company pressure wash my parents house for a matter of Mother s Day and Father s Day gift. This company did a nice awesome job with a daughter that lives 30 miles away and just by telephone conversations it was great. And I will use them again. I had a property that I had to take over that the previous occupanct actually poured motor oil on the driveway. Allowed mold to grow on the outside brick. Exterior Power Washing Solutions got rid of the Mold and cleaned up the driveway. We also had the roof and windows cleaned. The transformation was amazing! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs cleaning done on your home. They were on time worked hard to make sure we were satisfied! Great Job! We are so pleased with the work!

Guillermo did a great job with the roof wash, it looks amazing and I cant believe how dirty it was. . I recommend using tarps to cover shrubs when doing this process. The chemical is very strong. I had a burned shrub due to some overspray. Guillermo offered to pay for a new one but I am hoping it will recover. Guillermo is about the coolest guy you can get and his service is fantastic.

Wow! What a great experience! We could not be more pleased with the professional quality service we received. We own an older home needing some serious TLC. The detail given to our home has made a huge difference. Gutters cleaned and the mess hauled off! The entire exterior had a serious face lift. It didn t look this good when we bought it! Iron stains, mildew, dirt accumulated over years all gone. Our sidewalk and driveway are unrecognizable! All of this and great customer service and reliability! 10 stars!!!

I had Guillermo power wash the driveway, sidewalk and soft wash the exterior of the house. He made the driveway look new again. The exterior of the house had a few mold in some areas and the sidings looked really dirty. He was able to remove the stain and now the house look fresh and clean again! I should be able to hold off on painting the exterior for another few more years. Overall very pleased with the results.

Getting our house ready to sell and it was just filthy. Additionally we had a huge rust stain from our AC getting backed up and the backup overflow drops from the roof over our brick. EPWS came out and took care of all our concerns and problems. I cant believe how clean the house looks now. Our entrance looks and feels bigger from how bright everything is. Additionally the packages for service are very reasonable given the quality of work. Definitely money well spent and we will definitely be returning customers.
