The staff are very nice, and wiling to help. The game floor and mini golf areas are very clean and well kept. With a medium sized arcade and prices that arent outrageous, this place is perfect for small parties, family outings, and individual fun.

Was shopping at my local Randel s when a security guard gave me a business card for this place. I have four children and am always looking for cool places to go. It took me about 45 minutes from where I live but it was worth it. The staff there is so polite and was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and my four kids. The prices are just right where I won t break the bank. Kids loved the arcade and all of the attractions this place has. I don t normally have the energy to play but laser tag and golf was so addictive. Food is amazing normally my kids are really picky eaters but they tried stuff and I was in shock. Definitely going to come back to this place every week to show my appreciation and support to this local business and its staff

Not sure if this guy was the owner or what but he orders Walmart delivery, NOT THEIR IN HOME SERVICE, then demands the delivery drivers take his huge orders, 6 gallons of peanut oil, into the kitchen all the way in the back. Then has the audacity to bad mouth the woman delivery driver because she did her job exactly. She delivered to the FRONT DOOR of the establishment. Unless its the Walmart in home service, the drivers are not required to enter any residence or establishment. He refused to sign for the order and made someone else do it. Was a complete jerk the entire time. I cant imagine myself EVER spending money in his establishment after the way I personally saw him treat people. If yall want to, cant blame you. But this was what i witnessed. EDIT since I cant reply: first of all, heres the definition of slander for you since you dont know exactly what it is (the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a persons reputation.) now you do. Nothing I said was false. Of course she asked your employees to help unload. You ordered very heavy items. As far as your claims of her having complaints from several other businesses, thats none of my concern. She is her own person and does her job as she sees fit. I posted exactly what I witnessed. Which is complete facts. Which is not slander. You should have looked it up before making such an accusation. As far as YOUR professionalism, you may want to take some lessons before you call out someone elses. People leave reviews based on their interactions with the establishment or what they witness themselves. Thats how this works. No I didnt spend any money at your business and honestly never will. Just so you know in the future, you shouldnt bad mouth someone doing their job exactly as their contract states. If you want your items brought all the way to the back in the kitchen, that is a completely different service. Maybe you should look into that one instead.

Today was our first day here, and it was amazing! My 3 yr old and 16 month old twins had a blast in the toddler area! Arianna was hands down the best with my kids! We will be back!!

My wife and I moved here from Montana and spent the first wedding anniversary in Texas here. The people, the games and the food were amazing. The staff was very helpful. We are going to continue to visit .If you need help call me.

My nieces really enjoyed themselves when I took them! They mostly enjoyed the playground. My younger niece tried her best to help me with the corn hole arcade game. But overall, it was really fun! I m going to have to bring them back because my older niece was about to cry since we had to leave. Also, I highly recommend the apple pie egg rolls! They re delicious!

This place is a rip off and all about money. It won t last long. They wouldn t let me get the little tots package because my child 2 inches taller than 36 inches. He is only 3 years old. Instead they wanted me to pay individual prices for a 3 YEAR OLD. Make it make sense. Also please don t do tell me my child is tall enough to do the attractions because he is not. A 3 year old is not mature enough to do majority of the attractions. I feel that this is purely discrimination. And he is only 38 inches tall per his last doctors visit. Again - this place won t last. To think I was going to give my son a birthday party here. I am glad we decided to visit beforehand.

I came around 1 o clock today due to rain, and it was calm, nice, and clean. They have two people always walking around cleaning and take care of trash. The staff was laughing all day and the managers were so kinda to us and the staff. The staff was really friendly. They have security on Friday, Saturday which is very much need to control the chaos especially around here. Let s not talk about the menu; From the three- four different types of eggrolls, and you can get Tamales and chicken sandwiches not to mention the pizza. I literally sat in the restaurant and ate while my kids were in the arcade as well as doing all the attractions. It was a nice getaway. I got a lot of work done while my kids were occupied, if I stayed home any longer, I don t think I could ve made it! Thank you for bringing this amazing place to Texas City/La marque can t wait to come back. I think I spent a total of $120 for the 5 hours to be fair most of it was me eating (sorry not sorry). I might even try to bring them on a school day (After school of course)!! Who knows.

So we were invited by a family friend to come check out this place on Saturday for some type of free membership event. So when I write reviews, I give my honest opinion based off my experience and other factors. Just to start off, the inside looked very nice but the place is very small. It was a tight space to check in because the kiosk are very close to the front doors when you enter, but again there were a lot of people trying to get in. At the kiosk, we were given instructions on how to use and look up different packages that they offer. They sell you on the AR packages which includes 3 virtual games, kiddie playground, putt putt golf, and laser tag. I believe with this package it includes 5 hours of play time but the catch is that two of the virtual games you only get to play one time and the package cost is 30.00 with tax per person. So basically, you are paying for the kiddie playground that we cant use, the putt putt golf, laser tag, and one VR game for 5 hours. As a single mom, this is not cost effective compared to Main Event and David and Busters for the deals that they offer. I am just speaking for myself, so others might not agree, but this is my review about my experience. Of course, you have to pay for the games separately from the package. The laser tags is very small in size but it was still fun. The putt putt was actually really nice with a cool setup but I wish it could have been a lot larger. We also received a free cup with the companies logo which retails for 20.00, but when I asked does it come with free refills or a charge for refill; I was told they do not offer anything with the cup. So, I would opt out on purchasing the cup. They do offer food and we purchased two large pizza and drinks. Lets just say, I was not impressed by their pizza! I would score it a 5. The crust I would score a 7 because it was soft and tasty but the pizza sauce was horrible! It was bitter with no flavor so I would score this a 3. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. Some of the staff was not knowledgeable about the items that they sold. If you dont like to travel up to the League City/Webster area or you live in that area than this would be a nice place to come and play games. This is my response from the owners message: 2)And this is a comparison to other gaming place in the area that are your competitor that you have to beat out with incentivante and a lot more to offer. ****And you did not state what attractions are included with the free which are not the other two VR games that your staff stated yesterday are not included in the free for the year. 3) As I stated before, I asked two different staff members yesterday about the free souvenir cup as you so plainly wrote does have an offer. The staff at the register and the staff members at the cafe stated that YOU get NO refills with that cup regardless if we got it FREE yesterday or if we paid the 20.00 for it! I asked several questions yesterday because we had never been, so I asked in get detail. These are your trained staff that should provided the correct information or get a manager who can answer these questions. The person at the cafe even stated that he was told by management that the cups do not come with free refills and I asked if there was a lower charge to have then refilled and they said no per management. I even stated what is the point in purchasing them for that price if they are not refillable and they stated we asked the same question but the management stated No! I am only giving information that was giving to me at the time I asked so that is not a saving as you planning stated in your feedback. Like I said, this is my opinion of what I noticed, the experience I received, and the quality. These reviews are only for the purpose to provide feedback to better your company and should be taken as such whether its positive or negative! And this is to also help potential buyer so they have an idea of what the business is like.

What a beautiful new venue! I love all the other options offered here that you can t get at Baytown Location. We had a great experience. Tons to choose from and the staff is so friendly! Starting with Key, we were greeted with her smile at the door! Regina & Bre at the redemption area were so patient with our kiddos and helpful with the games! Alex at concession was very sweet & quick (which is a plus with the kiddos only wanting to play). The pizza is also AMAZING! Destiny is also awesome to talk to if you are inquiring about a party.

I went with my fiance, who is a teacher, to the Teacher and City Worker Appreciation Night. It was a few days before they officially opened. We were able to do all of the attractions for free. We only had to pay for our arcade cards. When we got there, before entering, we scanned a QR code that took us to a website to digitally sign a waiver. When we came inside, they asked if we needed to sign the waiver, to which we responded, no, we just did it outside. But everything in the building was very clean, and the staff was very nice and professional. The lady, I didnt catch her name, told us how everything was set up. First, we tried Mini Golf, which was played under black lights, and everything was painted with fluorescent paint. I think that it was only a 13-hole course, but it was still very challenging and fun. Next, we did Laser Tag. But because there were only six of us, two being young children, we played free-for-all instead of teams. I won! Then, we did the XR Arena, which is a really cool immersive box where you play a video game. Its like Virtual Reality, without the headset. At the time we went, they had three games to choose from. You could shoot aliens or zombies, or they have a cooking game, but Im not quite sure what its like. We killed aliens and had a blast! Lastly, we did the arcade. They have a pretty big selection of arcade games. Not as many as Tex Fun & Social in Texas City by Gringos, but they still had quite a few! We didnt have much time to play the arcade games because they were about to close. But the games we did play were fun. All in all, I would recommend that you stop in. Its a lot of fun and a really neat and immersive experience. Its like nothing else that I have ever experienced before.
