The staff is amazing and friendly. They do a lot of blood tests for low T which is nice so you have accurate numbers. They will steer you down the path to meet your goals. Would recommend setting an appointment or just swing by as I did.

I believe I was one of the first clients here, starting my journey in October 2022. It took a few weeks to balance my levels, but we have been on track for some time now. I began this journey at 255 lbs and 63. Before my visit, I was an avid gym-goer, but my body felt sluggish, and I relied heavily on caffeine for energy. Since then, I have continued my gym routine, taken up running, and maintained my lifting regime. Im now down to 15% body fat and feel great! My recovery is quicker, and I am more focused and energetic. I highly recommend this practice and Helene Ngudu.

Great experience! I do not have the most readily accessible veins for IVs but the staff nailed it first try- I hardly felt it at all! Did a Myers treatment and was in and out in about 45 minutes and feeling much better. Top notch.

Ms. Helen unbeknownst to me as it was my very first vist was working the front desk. She called me back to the exam room, got my weight, vital signs, drew my blood. When she sat down to go over my body composition it was then that I found out she was my provider. I was referred by a co-worker who gave rave reviews of Ms. Helen, and the staff. Let me say I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Ms. Helen was very professional, direct, friendly, open and understanding. She explained my personal weight loss plan. I am very excited to start this journey and feel like i will be successful with Ms. Helen in my corner. Go see her you will not regret it.
