Kent reached out when I was searching houses randomly online. What I thought was ultimately a spam call was actually a start to the best and most genuine realtor - buyer relationship. He specifically found the competitive neighborhood we were wanting within the price range we needed. He went to bat for us through out the entire process and helped us understand the things we did not. I ll recommend him to family and friends any day. After going through 3 backed out contracts the year prior with another realtor we realize the way the process should go with Kent. We are grateful to call him our realtor.

Highly recommend Kent and his team. They did whatever they needed to in order for everything to work for us and made it easy in the process. Dude knows his stuff. Extremely knowledgeable and understands his craft. In fact everyone on Kent s team truly understands how to do their jobs at a high level and go out of their way to make the system work in the favor of their clients. But more than any of that, the genuineness and quality that is cultivated because of it are second to none with Kent s team. Kent is just good people and I appreciated that most. I was contacted out of the blue by this realtor. My grandmother died a couple years ago and lived in Lubbock. Her house fell into foreclosure. This realtor read her obituary, and managed to track me down via the internet to ask if i knew who was in charge of her estate. I do not live in Texas. This was unprofessional, predatory and down right weird as i can assure you her house is not worth much. Kent, please use better tactics to make money.

Kent and his team were wonderful. Kent fully prepared us to sell the house. We had offers within the first couple of days and when the 1st buyer fell through, he had another contract in the works within a few hours. Kent is very proactive and knowledgeable. Working in a difficult situation, the Hebison team were professional and efficient. I was ready for a long wait to sell, and expected that I would need to come down drastically in the asking price. Im sure we were one of their smaller contracts, but I always felt like we were their first priority. They sold our house quickly, and we got more than I hoped for. Thanks guys.
