Have no complain about the pizza but just the delivery, why input that delivery was done and here we are 2 hrs later and no pizza. Why lie and say its a system glitch and then say it was the driver.... Please do better cause your pizza is the best!!

Tired of placing orders and them never having delivery drivers. What pizza chain doesnt have their own delivery drivers. Pizza was so wet by the time I got home (10mins) the box was sagging underneath, dripped juices all over my car seat, and half of the pizza crust felt like a sponge. It wasnt grease, it was the juices from the cheesesteak topping. Never seen this happen before from Marcos, hopefully not a trend but incredibly disappointing.

THIS BUSINESS LAID OFF ALL OF THEIR DRIVERS WITH ONLY 4 DAYS NOTICE RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE HOLIDAYS! They are now going to be outsourcing all of their delivery through DoorDash where the customers will have less quality control on their orders. I guess corporate and the owner wanted to give themselves some bigger bonuses at the expense of a big chunk of their employees who will now be jobless right before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Again they were only given 4 days notice (right before the weekend) when corporate said that they had been considering this for a while. Is also extremely hard to find anybody who is hiring during this part of the year. Do not support this place! Give your hard-earned money to another pizza place who actually respects and cares about its employees and customers because Marcos in Kyle clearly does not. EDIT: funny Ive seen more than one negative review about how the DoorDash conversion and abrupt firing of all of your drivers has affected the quality of your food and customer service. So the little platitudes of how much you care about your customers falls on deaf ears.

I have givin this location to Many tries. Placed order online, got a call they didnt have any drivers. So I drove up to pick up my order. Get to my car and check. Ordered a xlarge cheese pizza with half olives. The slices on the cheese were no bigger than 3 inches. The size of the pizza was a between a medium and large with extremely small pieces. Took it back inside and asked if this was a extra large. The manager said yes. Never have I seen this. Then she said I can remake it for you. I told her no, because this will take longer. I shouldnt have to drive up there and not get what I ordered the 1st time. Not to mention this is the 2nd time I have used my 10$ off coupon, and never get what I order. I am extremely disappointed. Time to find a new location.

Had I known that they are now using Door dash drivers to deliver their food, I would not have ordered. My delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further. These door dash people arent using pizza insulated bags to keep your pizza warm, so by the time you receive it, its no longer hot. I received my pizza at a much later time than quoted AND the pizza was just luke warm. Not ordering from here again!

Both times I have tried Marcos I have had a genuinely horrible experience. The pizza was delivered extremely burnt, was not even cut, and didn t come with any of the condiments I ordered. How hard is it to CUT a pizza before boxing it? How does one forget to do this? The pizza itself tastes absolutely terrible. This place should not be allowed to make food for the public.

Absolutely disgusting business. They eliminated positions for drivers who earn most of their money from tips. Its okay if youre going to eliminate positions, but you dont hide the fact for months and then notify the employees 4 days before youre going to take them off the schedule, and then act like youre doing them a favor by offering them an inside job to help management while making less money. These people who they blindsided have children, these people depended on their income, income that included tips, not an inside job where they can split tips with everybody else why they are relegated to being helpers. Not to mention it is the start of the holiday season and for many rent is due two days after having their positions cut with absolutely no time to find a new job. This franchise owner does not care about the community that he has placed his business in, he does not care about the people who live in the community and who worked for him and he doesnt care about his customers because farming out his delivery is going to cost the customers more now. But thats okay hes going to make more money right?

This was the worst. Ordered online an hour ahead for a specific time and got here to pick up, not ready. The lady who initially helped me said there were orders in the oven and one might be mine but she had no way of knowing whose order was in. WHAT?? She walked off and I finally got someones attention after waiting another 10 minutes only to be told they had literally just put my order in the oven. I get things happen but they had both my cell phone and email that they could have updated me so I could order somewhere else. Manager literally just told me oh well sometimes things just dont work out the way we want them to. Rude inattentive staff and I wont be going back. To add to my earlier comments, I realized I had an email from the store sent while I was at the counter saying my order was ready even though it hadnt even been started yet.

We just moved to Kyle and this was our first visit to Marco s Pizza. We arrive d close to 2 PM on a Monday. We were the only ones there during our visit other than employees. We ordered a Medium Deluxe pizza, but they did not have unsweetened tea which is what we usually drink so we said we would just have a glass of water. We didn t know that he was charging us for 2 Aquafina bottles. I feel he should ve let us know how much the water was going to be and let us decide on a beverage rather than just rang up two of them . I told the cashier that I didn t have any intention of buying 2 bottles of water, he just said sorry about that . The pizza was brought to us in a box with no silverware. Of course, it s very hot when it first comes out of the oven. First I want to say that it really is not an indoor dining experience, except that they give you a table and chair to use. Second, although I did like the dough/crust, I do not like canned mushrooms on my pizza. Actually, I don t want anything from a can on my pizza. The pizza really wasn t bad, I would ask for light sauce and extra cheese if there is a next time because I felt there was more sauce (watery, flavorless canned tasting sauce) than cheese and I would just get it to go. Apparently, there are discounts available for ordering online. The pizza was not cut evenly so we had two giant pieces and of course no knife to cut it with. We ate the smaller pieces and took the bigger pieces home.

Went in with a couple of coworkers and I work across from them. The young lady that was helping us I want to say props to her, she is amazing!! She seemed overwhelmed since she was answering calls, preparing the food, cashing out the customers and so forth. I feel like they were short staff and she seemed to be doing a lot. The other 2 ppl were busy but not really engaging with the customers or helping her. There were customers coming in just rude towards her but she stayed professional. This young lady worries me that other things could be going on and then the lack of help is vey stressful. Thank You to her she made our day and was so kind and just very short on words. I want Marcos Pizza to know that she is GOLD.

We used a coupon on the app and it was an easy process, the food was ready very, very quickly. It took about 9 minutes from the time we placed our order online to pickup. We got a 2 topping XL pizza and an order of cheesy bread, and both dishes were phenomenal. Only thing I would say is the dipping sauces could have been a little bigger for the amount of food, but it was overall a fantastic lunch.

Stopped in Saturday afternoon (after taking my daughter next door to try Pho and she didnt like it). I grabbed some quick cheesy bread. The service was superb! I think her name was Tarrah. We wanted to try this place for dinner tonight, but ended up taking our business elsewhere. The 5 of us had planned to dine-in, but the interior was absolutely disgusting. The trash in the dining room was overflowing and every single table was dirty. There were no customers besides us inside. They were not busy. If they dont care enough to clean in the front where all eyes can see, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. My son was appalled that there was no clean tables for us to sit at. They got my order wrong. It is simple, read the ticket/instructions. Also, it was 45min past the pick up time before it was ready to pick up. There was one lady that was trying to answer all the phones, enter things in the register,, check people out and deal with the delivery guys and two guys trying to make everything. Understaffed comes to mind. Then to top it all off, I am recovering from surgery and staying in a hotel and cant drive and there is no plastic ware for any of us in the order which they told us there was. Has anyone tried eating a pizza bowl with their fingers? Not fun.

Unbelievably dirty! When the door windows are disgusting you know the kitchen is worse. Got so grossed out I only ordered water. Went to the bathwoom and two HUGE cockroaches were scurring around the ladies room stall. If you see two live ones you know there are hundreds you arent seeing. Never will I eat here! Pretty disappointed. Tried placing an order for delivery. Manager said we are out of the 5mile delivery area according to gps we are 5.9. We dont show up on gps because of new home. I mentioned to him that we are exit before and maybe a mile in. Just checked my location to them and 3.9miles! Oh well!!

Update: 5 stars due to fast and precise response. Ordered a pepperoni magnifico for carryout. Got some atrocity with feta and jalapenos. Would not reccomend.

the pizza here is pretty darn good. my complaints are strictly for their service. multiple occasions they get the order wrong, take an hour and a half to deliver, I was promised refunds a few times I never recieved.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS WASTE OF A SPACE. MANAGERS IS BEYOND RUDE, WAS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THEMSELVES THAT THE OVENS WERE TURNED OFF AT 10:15 AND THAT THEY HAD SENT THEIR ONLY DELIVERY DRIVE HOME EARLIER. MANAGER REFUSED TO DELIVER PIZZA AFTER I HAD ALREADY PLACED AND PAID FOR THE ORDER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. WORST MANAGEMENT!!! HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
