Highly recommend Afford A Party rentals for any and all parties! They are very professional, amazing customer service, and super friendly! We threw an Out Of This World themed party with their Space jumpy and it was an absolute HIT! The kiddos were occupied the whole time! I ll definitely be renting from them again

Afford-A-Party Rentals provided us with amazing service for my daughter s birthday. The company was punctual and very professional. They communicated with us the entire time regarding drop off and pick up of the items. The jumper, tables and chairs that were rented were all clean and perfect conditions. Afford-A-Party Rentals is the best! I asked for the Royal Black Chair they had for my Halloween party and it was beautiful and HUGE! They worked with me to keep it longer since my party was going to start late. I appreciate that! Will definitely be letting y all know when my next party is! Thanks again :)

While I cant review on their delivery service, I can only give my review on my experience with them for picking up. I originally spoke with someone over the phone two weeks before my baby shower to ask if it was possible for us to pick up and drop off chairs instead of having them delivered. The lady I spoke with said yes and sent me an invoice, to which I promptly paid. The agreed-upon pick up time was 11am and drop off was 6pm, as indicated on the invoice. I received several automated reminder emails leading up to the event so I thought everything was going to go smoothly. Day of event: my husband and father in law went to the address listed on the website/ emails at 11am, and there was no one around and no store front. There is a banner with Afford-A-Party Rentals and a food truck right next to it. Myself, my mom, and husband all tried calling Afford-A-Party and no one was answering. We left voice-mails and I sent an email as well. After waiting around for 20 minutes, my husband then thought the chairs near the food truck had to of been for our event, even though no one was there with any instruction. They took the 20 chairs that was agreed upon and left. At 1pm, I received a text from Afford-A-Party saying we took the food trucks chairs and that we needed to return them before 5pm or else the food truck would file a police report! I immediately called Afford-A-Party and the lady I spoke with stated they didnt offer pick ups anymore and apologized for not contacting us. She mentioned again for us to drop them back off, but I requested them to pick up the chairs since this was their major mistake (something they should have offered to me). They ended up picking up the chairs around 6pm. The overall experience was terrible however, in all of this, I appreciate the driver refunding my money.
