Tim prepared all the estate planning documents my wife and I needed a couple years ago. Wills, Durable POAs, Medical POAs and Directives to Physicians. I spoke with Tim for an hour about some contract issues I had with a national business. Tim took the time to review the contract and explain to me possible paths I could take and the risks vs rewards of each of the paths. I am very impressed with Tims ability to explain, in laymans, terms the legal implications of the contract language. After the conversation, I was surprised by a second call from Tim to highlight a key point that he uncovered as he was reviewing the contract after our initial call. He didnt have to do that. Tim is now on top of my list of lawyers to call when i have contract issues in Texas.

Mr. Azevedo is very professional and extremely helpful. We had some very tall orders on several (7+) acquisitions and he was able to come through for us in every single one. I highly recommend him for your M&A and other corporate business needs large or small. His experience and his dedication to his craft is very refreshing. Every aspect of the M&A process was handled with professionalism. He help us with LOI, Purchase Agreements, Lease Agreements, Broker and Seller Attorney negotiations and guidance, Operating Agreements, Bank and SBA guidance, Contractor Agreements, Corporate Structure/Formation, Escrow, and so many other details it would take pages to list. Tim was fantastic! I was able to make an appointment quickly and he took his time for the initial complimentary consultation. He reviewed the details and laid out multiple course of action, including his recommended approach. He even dissuaded me from engaging his services at this time, advising me not only how to save in legal fees, but providing sound advice on next steps with specific critical details. Timothy was beyond great. For me, my situation was, emotional. I felt pretty lost and wasnt sure what I needed to do. I talked to multiple different law offices trying to find an attorney that I felt comfortable and confident in, but most of all, someone that would hear me and have patience with me as I am an indecisive person by nature. Every other place that I talked to didnt take the time to really understand my situation. From the very first time I spoke with Timothy, I never felt rushed. I never felt pressure to make an immediate decision on things that I felt like I needed to think on. Timothy spent so much time listening to me to really understand all aspects of what was going on and gave me solid advice and made sure I understood what everything was, which really helped me finalize a big chapter of my life and be ok with that. We approached Mr. Azevedo about our issue because of his background and the positive reviews he had received. Unfortunately, our experience has not been positive. It is now more than five months since he accepted payment; it took three months to see any action on a fairly urgent issue--and that was only after constant hounding by us since there was zero proactive communication from him. At the time of that contact, he committed to sending us a document to review for accuracy--a commitment that required multiple prodding emails for him to keep. Yet when he finally sent the email to us, he failed to attach the letter needing review. Going on almost a month later, we still do not have the document despite multiple emails and calls notifying him that he didnt include it, nor has he even acknowledged our attempts to contact him. The Timothy Azevedo working with us is not recognizable as the attorney described in other reviews.
