My husband and I visit this restaurant often and it is always very good. The chicken and shrimp pad thai is excellent. Shrimp Pad See Ew and a Thai Iced Tea is my favorite combo. Portions are big served as family style. Usually we have leftovers good for another meal the next day Prices are good too. Parking: Plenty of parking in front and on the side.

I went there on Friday the 13th for my birthday, the appetizer we had was egg rolls,sushi rolls,they both was so great,I had vegetables with fried rice with shrimp,it was excellent, the service was very good and the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes they offer,I had a Great time and will be back for dine in orTogo. Got the green curry and pad see ew. The pad see ew had actual chinese broccoli (gai-lan) in there as opposed to regular broccoli seen at other Thai restaurants. The flat noodle was super fresh and overall it was sooo good. Green curry was great. They have some interesting menu items like oxtail/ pho special that I might try in the future.

I was referred to this restaurant from someone who is Thai and was told that this restaurant produces authentic thai. I have never tasted Thai like this before. Everything I have had is amazing! Drunken noodles, to Tom Kha, to Tom Yum, to Spicy Basil Leaves with Beef Ribs.....its all freshly made and amazing! As a huge bonus, the owners Jet and Anita immediately feel like the best of friends! They have also done an excellent job with all of the staff. I cant recommend this amazing gem enough!

I enjoyed todays red curry lunch special at Manee Thai Cuisine & Bar. The curry paste was perfectly balanced and creamy but not too thick. Best Thai food I have ever eaten! Service was amazing! The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. They have a large menu full of authentic delicious dishes. I recommend going with several people so you can enjoy the family style dining and taste several different offerings. There are no wrong choices when ordering from here. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely amazing, with bold, authentic Thai flavors in every bite. I highly recommend ordering a variety of dishes to share so you can try everything, that s what my friends and I did and we loved it! The coconut chicken soup was a standout, and we couldn t get enough of it! But the real star was the coconut sticky rice it s, without a doubt, the best I ve ever had. Ordered the Crab Rangoon and you would expect there to be crab, no there isn t. There is about a salt grain of the crab in the Rangoon and it is mostly just some sweet cream cheese blend deep fried in dough but even the deep fried dough itself tastes like a frozen item that was fried. The crab fried rice was good it had actual pieces of crab and good sums of it so would recommend it.

We live up in Prosper and we have been coming to Manee Thai as our go to Thai/Lao place now for over a year now. Over countless visits we have found the food to be very consistent, service always top notch. Will leave my brief review below. Food: Top notch authentic Thai and Lao cuisine. Given that owners are Thai/Lao, they know what is up. All the staple Thai dishes are excellent, not too Americanized like many other Thai restaurants. We always order a combo of Thai staples but you CANNOT leave out the Lao soup Khao piak sen. It s a warm homey bowl of chicken and pork belly soup with homemade noodles. Hard to describe but when Tina first told us about it we were skeptical but now it s a must. Papaya salad and the other Lao dishes are also very good. Their Pho is also very good. I m pretty critical of most Pho broths but they have a very clean Pho with a good balance of meat/noodles. Other mentions one what we usually order, Veggie rolls for a side of freshness. Pad Thai, Drunken noodles and pineapple fried rice. Curries are also excellent. Service: Excellent as mentioned prior. Care for the food and customer are notably driven by passion from the Owners. Always good to see Owners present and passionate about what they do. Location: Perfect in the north Frisco area, right off DNT. Don t waste your time at the other local options. Fields West, universal studios incoming and PGA headquarters minutes away. If you live local, don t order from anywhere else. If you aren t local, make a small trip up north, get some good Thai food and once Fields West or Universal is complete do some shopping/have some fun and then go back home. You will be coming back, I can guarantee it.

Crab Rangoons: 4/10 Crispy, but no crab flavor and the cream cheese was way too sweet. Almost tasted like dessert and not an appetizer. Maybe they accidentally put sugar instead of salt? Veggie Spring Rolls: 6/10 Pretty standard spring rolls. Ambiance: Pretty decor with chandeliers and intricate light fixtures. A little short-staffed so service was somewhat slow. Really busy for a Friday night (which is a good thing!) However, the waitstaff made sure to periodically check on us. Drunken Noodles: 7/10 The noodles were soft and chewy, with a sweet and savory umami flavor. It was packed with crunchy carrots, bell peppers, & tomatoes that complemented the soft noodles perfectly. I got the spice level 3 and it was a good level of spice. I like my food a little spicier though, so I added some chili oil (which was kindly provided upon request) and it was great. Fried Cheesecake: 9/10 This was so good! The cheesecake was creamy and sweet and the fried exterior added a nice crunch. The berry sauce and strawberries were tart and paired well with the rich fried cheesecake.

If I could give a negative review I would. This place had THE WORST service I ve ever experienced. We were completely disrespectful during our visit. Our party of 3 arrived and waited for a few minutes before we were greeted. Then told there was about a 10 minute wait. We waited about 15 minutes, then another party of 3 arrived, then another party of 4. We were all questioned by 3 different waiters, and we made it perfectly clear (to each waiter) we arrived first. Once a table became available a waiter proceeded to sit the other party of 3 BEFORE us, even AFTER we protested BEFORE that party of 3 was actually seated. Of course that party happily took our table. Once we were seated, the party of 4 was then waited on AND brought their food before our order was even taken. We had to stop a waiter to ask them to take our order. To be clear there was enough waitstaff, they just weren t waiting on US. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER return here and would not recommend this place at all. Spend your money where you are serviced properly. The food: just ok.

The food was delicious! I had a Vietnamese spring roll and the yellow curry with chicken. I requested medium spicy since it was my first time; it was not too spicy so next time Ill request it spicier to kick it up a notch. The thai iced tea was also yummy. Great service; very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back!

My favorite dish is the pad se ew. Their papaya salad is also delicious and spicy! The restaurants atmosphere is overall very inviting and chill. The service is great as well. The lunch portion is huge! I visit this place at least once a week on my lunch break for my Asian cuisine fix. MUST TRY!

I have lived in the DFW Area since 2001 and watched it grow and develop over the years to what it is today. Kept hearing only wonderful things about this establishment through Yelp and Google Reviews, and decided to stop in for lunch. Delightfully adorned with a modern, upscale vibe is this precious gem of a truly authentic Thai Restaurant. Immediately upon entering, I felt the warm, inviting energy, and welcoming aura. We were warmly greeted and seated by Tina with a smile. She handed us the food menu and the lunch specials menu, and when we told her it was our first visit, she gave us ample time to browse the variety of offerings. We chatted with her before, during, and after our meal. The lunch special came with either veg potstickers, veg spring rolls, and a soup. Perfectly portioned. Tony was our server. He was friendly and attentive and checked on us every now and then throughout our meal. Started things off with hot, full-bodied ginger tea; followed by a heat level 2 Pad Thai (for me) and heat level 2 Massaman Curry (for Mom). It was a pure chef s kiss, because the flavors of both dishes really melded together nicely while simultaneously lending that perfect intensity to please the palate. Furthermore, all dishes arrived at the table piping hot, which is just another indication that the food is truly fresh. Tina, Tony, Teju, and Jet(the chef) were the true standouts on this first visit. The chef came to our table requesting our feedback. We told him it was our first visit and that we enjoyed our meal. We opted for the Sticky Rice with Mango for Dessert. One of the warmest, most flavorful, palate-pleasing culinary experiences that we have ever had at a Thai Restaurant. There is just something about the coconut milk, rice, and toasted sesame seeds - all three ingredients truly complement one another. We also received three mini sponge cakes from the chef (not on the menu) which were delicious as well. It is clear that this small family business takes pride in their culinary expertise, passion, commitment, and adherence to high standards of food quality. You can absolutely tell that each dish is crafted with extreme love and care. It is a small family business which deserves your patronage. Truly well executed. Hands down, the most Legit Thai we ve had. Food quality, quantity, service, and ambiance all excellent. I have a feeling that we will become frequent patrons here going forward. I decided to visit this place after reading some positive reviews, but unfortunately, it didnt live up to the hype. The ambience was ok, but the cocktails were disappointing and lacked flavor. The food was greasy and lacked taste, and to top it off, we found a rusted lid on one of the spice jars, which was quite off-putting. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I asked for medium spicy and they brought food extra spicy with red chili in it .They did not replace and instead said this dish is spicy . If so then they should have informed before. I ordered takeout, they packed my iced Thai tea with all the hot food in the same bag, when I asked if I could get a new cold one, the guy proceeded to come around the counter and open the container of tea to show me that it s not hot and has ice in it. Yes it has ice but because of being in the same bag with all the hot food, the temp of the tea was no longer cold, after tasting it, it was lukewarm and had way too much sugar in it.

Fantastic Thai & Lao, and even Vietnamese food. My hubby and I have dined here many times, at least a dozen over the last few years. It has become one of our favorite places for Thai when were in the area. They are across the Dallas Tollway from UT Southwestern and Texas Health and many doctors offices, so we often plan to stop by here before or after seeing our docs. The food is phenomenal, or should I say phõ- nomenal since one of my absolute favorites here is their Phõ! Weve eaten lots of different things, from snails to Mango sticky rice, Thai curries and fried rices, noodle bowls, and noodle stir fry, here are some of our classic favorites: red curry fried rice, Singapore noodles, green curry fried rice, Tom Kha, Mango sticky rice, Pad Thai, and my #1 favorite, of course, the Phõ (with all the meats). Love the atmosphere, the service, and always delicious food. Bobby and his family always take Fantastic care of us when we come in.

Wow! Just wow! We were at IKEA and were looking for some lunch options. We decided on Thai cuisine and this restaurant came up in our search and we decided to try it. Glad we did! The restaurant is located at one end of a busy strip mall and is spacious, bright, modern, and clean. The food is exceptional. We ordered Tom-Kha soup (Veg), Basil Fried Rice (Veg), and Masaman Curry (Chicken). We asked for spice level-2 (Choice of Level-1 to Level-5). The spice level was perfect with good heat that did not overpower the rest of the flavors. Every dish was exceptional and the vegetables were fresh and had perfect crunch. The Potatoes and the Carrots in the Masaman curry were cooked to perfection but yet firm. The fried rice did not have the oil/soy sauce kind of coating that you get at some places. I will recommend that you try their vegetarian options, especially the soup and the fried rice. If you are not too keen on vegetables, trust me you will fall in love after this. The quantity of food is another highlight. The small portion of soup is enough for two people. Finally the service! Amazing. The restaurant owner came and spent time with us asking for our feedback and our views and also offered to pack what was left over, and it was enough to tide us through dinner. They also offer an interesting Beer Flight that you should not miss if you are a beer drinker. Overall a fantastic experience! Wish we lived closer to this place but distance has never deterred us ever from enjoying great food!

Best Thai place in Frisco. Owner/chef are very friendly and warm/welcoming. Ambience is great as well. Try anything and you will not be disappointed. This is our go to place every weekend. Our favorites w/ beef or chicken: green curry fried rice, pad wun sen, drunken noodles, hainanese chicken, panang curry, tom kha/tom yum noodle soup. stir fry dishes: pad prik king, pad king, spicy basil, and mixed vegetables. Whats in that tamarind sauce for their Pad Thai!? The flavors here are ridiculous, from the Tom Kha soup to the Pad See Eiw (wide rice noodle), I ate a little bit of everyones food at our table. It was so GOOD! PS... Authentic Thai - so choose wisely on spice level and order the Thai Tea to put out the flames in your mouth if you order 4-5 spice level
