Went in to buy a speaker and tried to price match an online price like they advertise that they do.. the employee Nick was arrogant and rude after he finally gave me the discount.. I tried to tell the manager on duty and he just said oh you tried to price match? and acted like he didn t care his employee was talking rudely to customers.. why offer price matching if your going to be rude to customers that ask? Don t offer it if you can t handle customers who are trying to get a price everyone else is offering

Do not waste your hard earned money on a Total Tech membership. I used to get the best support from BB, but I ve tried to get help twice recently with products that are covered under warranty and they keep trying to charge me. I pay for Total Tech for installation and warranty support/repairs, but the coverage and support are so bad that it s not worth anything! But, If I cancel my total tech membership I also lose my extended warranty on anything I ve bought. I used to love BB and have spent a fortune there, but not anymore. Save yourself the money and frustration and shop elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Been shopping at Best Buy for over 20 years, and i have never had a bad experience..... UNTIL NOW! Bought an Open Box item listed in Excellent condition as a gift. I gave the person the gift, but then they said the item wasnt charged and came with no charging cable, hence, no way to charger it, they are unable to use it!! I immediately took the item back, and said i would like a brand new item for the same price. Store clerk who was great , got her manager. He didnt acknowledge me, ask me a word, or even look at me. He simply spoke under his breath with the clerk then told me there was nothing he could do. Blew me away that you can buy an item at Best Buy, although open box, in excellent condition, but not be able to use it. He said that is their policy. The manager did not offer me any solutions, nothing at all. Worst customer service ever. I can think of 20 things i could have done for a customer if i were the manager in this situation. To sum it up. My gift couldnt be used, i was told too bad, given no solutions, and paid full price for the same item which is fine, i have issue doing, i just thought i would save my some $$$. You can purchase an item at Best Buy, take all the cords, then return it with no issues. Then Best Buy, will take off a few bucks, state it is in brand new condition, then re-sell it with missing parts and say, its our policy. Well Best Buy, i looked up your policy, and it states: EXCELLENT CONDITION Works and looks like new. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement). SEE PHOTO FOR REFERENCE. So after 2 hours of my time, driving back and forth, a rude manager who should not be in customer service, being out some money, i got the gift i wanted with everything it should come with. 20 years of shopping here and i WILL NEVER BE BACK! And im not even sure it matters at this point. But i am building a new house and have to buy all new appliances. I was literally looking at their appliances before i made this purchase. Now its not even a consideration of mine, i will purchase them all elsewhere! UPDATE 6/19 Corporate filed a complaint and said the store would call me and i would get an email with an update 2 days later. NONE of this happened, and they offered me a $30 gift card HAHAHA Best Buy CLEARLY doesnt care about their customers.

I hadnt been on this store in a while. It had been remodeled, and I really liked the new layout and product offerings. One odd thing about the visit- little to no interaction with any of the staff. Only the Samsung rep made any real effort to engage me during my whole visit. There were very few people shopping in the store, so it wasnt a matter of too few staff members per shopper. Maybe this is part of the new vibe? It wouldnt deter me from shopping there in the future, just surprised me. No real selling going on.

I went in to look at TVs. Found a 77 That I loved. Associate William was very knowledgably and made the shopping experience a breeze. He set me up with a delivery date, and I left the store in a good mood. My mood changed on delivery day when I was told that the delivery driver attempted the delivery, and had the wrong number on file which was all fabricated. They also cancelled the delivery for the day. I live on the 3rd floor of an apt with no elevator. I get it, the geek squad crew didnt want to work. After waiting in store for a refund for 45minutes. I was told to leave the store and a refund can not be issued. Im out over $2k. Best Buy Stores are being closed all over the US. I was foolish for holding them responsible with my product and now my money.

The concept of Best Buy being convenient or even inspiring to make a purchase is gone officially for me. Twice now inside of 6 months have I made ready in an hour pickup purchases and its turned into me having to from location to location after showing up on time to no avail. When I say done with Best Buy, I mean: Ill never step foot in one again. This Best Buy renewed my faith in the company. Ive been twice because the one near me is horrible. The staff checks to see if you need help. They usually have the product I want in stock and if they dont they work to get it there as fast as possible. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and are not afraid to seek help from other staff if needed. Overall a good experience. Thank you. I wish I could say the same for the Round Rock store.

Andrew Today I went to change the film on my cell phone at a Best Buy store in Round Rock and I was very misunderstood, I was frustrated, they didnt care to help so I went to the Cédar Park store and when I got there I was treated so well by the manager and the salesman Andrew who, despite having difficulty with the language, made a point of deciding to enter the system and fix all the confusion they made in my registration and purchase information, since my plan is paid for film exchange, I paid the most expensive one and they changed the system to the cheaper Mayan version. Andrew looked month by month and found the error, corrected it and even helped me with the exchange, super attentive and helpful. I recommend anyone who goes there looking for him, he deserves 5 stars. Andrew, you helped me, Im grateful to you and your manager for your patience and proactivity CONGRATULATIONS we need people like you when we enter a store, congratulations on your empathy.

Went to buy a mini fridge. After comparing several, selecting one and waiting for a long time for it to be brought out, we were ready to be rung up. After waiting further as they tried to get us checked out, we were informed that It was no longer in their system and they wouldn t sell it to us, despite it being right in front of us ready to go. I have to get new appliances this year and this left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I won t consider Best Buy.

Located near Lakeline Mall in Cedar park, its a HUGE store exclusively dedicated to electronic gadgets and appliances. On display are a wide range of mobile phones both android and apple, laptops, desktops, tablets, security and surveillance gadgets, variety of TVs, sound systems, accessories etc etc. It will take easily over an hour to look at every item on display. There are a good number of staff on the floor to help you. Range is pretty good and prices competitive most of the times. Worth visiting atleast once....chances are your work will be done in one visit only.
