I toured the property with Alyssa and had the chance to also speak with the manager Isabel also ! They were super helpful and welcoming ! Alyssa helped me find something right within the time frame I was wanting but I just honestly felt like for the price the unit was wayy too out dated compared to evolve or the atwell that i had visited near by. Seems like a decent place to live if I really had no where else to go but the stale look just honestly isn t something I would really pay for if I had other options in this area. Breezeways also still looked badly stained even though alyssa mentioned they were just completing power washing.

This place is trash, do not rent here, you can find better in the area for less money with new developments. Just drive and see, maintenance guys have personal issues and dont know how to leave that at home before work. The place is old. The assistant manager Alyssa Alcala doesnt know how to properly communicate with residents. Pool didnt work all summer. Residents are coming together finally to unit to get new enhancements done. Nobody is going to renew, GOOD LUCK!

Before I go into my soliloquy about this place Im going to sum it up as, the management and staff wasted 3 weeks of our time and cost us literally thousands of dollars giving us the run around before we decided to look at another apartment complex and got approved in 24 hours. The management is either discriminatory, incompetent or both. If you want details then keep reading.... Were a married couple late 30s (no kids), both with government jobs, African American and moving from out of state. I wont say exactly how much we make but my income alone is enough to cover 3x rent (the income requirement) and my wifes base salary is as much as mine... do with this information what you will. We first did the application on May 22nd and my wife called them several times a day to check on the application but each time they said call later and when she called later theyd say call tomorrow. This went on for a literal week before they said that we werent approved and they couldnt tell us why over the phone. So since they told us at the last possible moment we got a hotel room and visited them the next day. They said that it was something in my (the husbands) rental screening that came back negative. We called Transunion and they said there was nothing to stop them from giving us an apartment. We spoke to them again and they said I had a judgement against me from 2019. They said their hands were tied and there was nothing they could do until my Transunion report came clean. Which again is fine but it was the lack of empathy The long story short is that it took me about a week but I got all the documentation I needed from the old apartment management, current management, justice court, and Transunion saying somebody fouled up and that judgement was satisfied and had been for years. So we present this information to Mansions of Mansfield and they run the screening again and once again...when we ask how the process is coming, we should call back toward the end of the day. When the end of the day comes we need to call back tomorrow. This goes on for another week. Mind you were spending money on hotels the entire time. We get ahold of the manager Isabelle (spl) and she says were not a second chance community, which we werent asking for a second chance because we already have documentation saying that situation was cleared. She said that the screening was still showing the judgement.I told her that it sounds like were getting into the realm of a violation of the Fair Housing Act. For the record I called Transunion the next day and they said my screening was clean on their end and that if they didnt see it they were running the report wrong. They actually gave me instructions on how to fix it and told me if they wanted they could call. When I called Kennita told me with an attitude that they know how to run the reports and they dont know why Transunion would say that. Later the manager calls my wife and tells her to have me send everything we sent to Transunion to get my situation cleared up to her and her regional manager who was going to make the decision. We start thinking to ourselves, when it got denied the first time you guys said your hands were tied and there was nothing you could do. Now suddenly you can actually go to the regional manager and she has the final say, interesting. Its almost as if it wasnt the system that denied our application, it was you alls arbitrary decisions. We did and once again we havent heard a thing since June 19th. So I tell my wife to hades with them well look at something else. Because these people are wasting our time. We went to another apartment complex that was cheaper and the apartment itself was better and in a good neighborhood on Thursday and we approved by Friday afternoon and were moving in Monday. So again, Mansions of Mansfields management has been reviewing our application since the 13th but another apartment complex looked at the same info and approved us in 24 hours. And they wonder why their complex is empty.

We moved here in Feb from Cedar Hill. The difference in management companies is astounding! We pay more here than we did in CH, but there is less crime, less noise and just all around peace. The apartments are much nicer than we had before!

I came here to look at what was available. Happy to say I was pleasantly impressed. The community looked great and exceptionally clean. The manager Isabel greeted me as soon as I walked in and made sure I was taken care of. The property is well maintained and the tour was great. All of my questions were answered and they were very receptive and forthcoming with the very few concerns I had relating to my commute, local schools, crime etc. I ve visited a number of communities recently in my search for a new home and this one definitely landed in my top 3.

Please do not move here. You ll thank me later. The first 2 sentences were all I had at first about 7 months ago but now I have decided to elaborate more. The place isn t worth the rent they are charging. The thermostats always mess up. Before I moved my mom, sister and myself lived in different units here and always had issues with the thermostats. Not to mention they re not well ventilated. In the winter it would get hot in the rooms but be cool in the living room and dining room. In the summer the same thing rooms cold but living room and dining failed to really get cold. My bill stayed over $250 having to keep adjusting the heat and air. I shouldn t have to buy fans or heaters to even it out. They seriously need to have someone come in and clean out the vents in each unit. It s an okay place on the inside of some but if they aren t remodeling and putting in new appliances you d be better off going to one of the new complexes. They charge the same amount as the new ones that were built. No one likes to clean up after their pets so you have to constantly look at dog poop in the grass. Who wants to walk down the sidewalk and see nothing but poop in the grass. Lord forbid you have young kids who love playing in the grass. This is t the place until they get a handle on cleaning dog poop. I would suggest since they know people aren t going to clean it up, find a place that will do it for you. There are several places that will clean up the poop for you. The property was bought out by a new company around Sep 2022 and the management staff they had were terrible. They had bad attitudes and several times myself and others would go into the office only to not be acknowledged. How rude. I ve heard that they aren t there anymore which is the best thing the company could ve done but they were too late. The tenants that were there 5 or more years like myself had all started moving so they lost a lot of great nice people. Now I only see more ghetto people moving in and ones that like to speed through the complex as though no children stay there. I m not sure how new management is but I m sure they re better than the last ones. My best advice is to go there and see how it is for yourself to see if you like it. Go during the day, night and weekends to see if that s the type of place you re wanting to spend your money. They have a ton of vacancies because of the last management crew running everyone off. They may be okay now with new management but they will definitely need to upgrade each until to account for the rent they re charging. Thanks for reading my review! Have a wonderful day!

They are still doing pool ma throughout my lease tenure (Scammers). The apartments was supposed to be gated but no, Im we are doing maintenance for over half of the time. The girl at the front desk will be quick to quote your lease agreement terms with you but when you hit her the truth, she will be like Im not responsible for that. What is your job? Put in maintenance tickets couple of time, some were marked completed without them doing anything. I had to reopen ticket. (LIERS)

I was scheduled for an appointment at 530, I missed my turn in and called to let them know I was there circling back around, when I got in the office I was informed me they stop showing at 530. If that was the case, I should have been scheduled earlier, they then sent me an email saying I missed my appointment.

This is definitely the WORST experience I ve ever had. The front office has no idea what they re doing. Anytime something s wrong we try talking to them and they argue with us. Would never recommend moving here it s terrible. People are always smoking weed and the front office acts like they don t know what s going on. DON T DO IT!!!!

To be honest these apartments use to be ok to live in Not sure what s an urgency to them but the lack of concern has really done it for me Been here a few years with limited issues. Just when there is one the sense of urgency is lacked Units here are overheated. The a/c on upper levels lack proper Coverage of cooling Office staff lie about things to get you out the office My unit specifically has gone 3 days with no a/c We are currently in the summer season in Texas Triple digit heat . Not sure of this new ownership . Seems like they run similar to the people they replaced . Very dissatisfied with the poor customer service and maintenance team!!! This was the worst apartment application process I ve ever experienced. The staff is extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and lack diligence. The electronic application process was not user friendly and was insufficient. I entered my personal information multiple times and yet multiple times I was told by the apartment staff they weren t able to see my information or the information was missing. However, I could see the information entered thoroughly from my secondary copy. I called multiple times daily to receive a follow up on the application process, because no one ever answers the phone. I was told multiple times that I would receive a call the next business day in which no one would ever call me. I would always have to follow up myself. Lack of integrity to say the least. Whenever I went into the office, there were no guests there, just the staff. They would be standing around talking to one another; which explains why they couldn t answer the phones. There is no accountability. I was told the application process would take 24 to 48 hours, however, It took them 4 days to process my application. I declined to move forward seeing how inconsiderate and unprofessional the staff were. It gave me a bad vibe. I could only imagine how dealing with them, in the future would be. I went to another apartment complex on the same street and applied. I received an approval within 48 hours. I experienced better customer service, professionalism, and accuracy.

I live with my infant & haven t had working AC since June. I email complaints, call and visit in person when I can but it s nearly August and nothing changed besides it s warmer and more humid in my apartment. I am not happy and so uncomfortable. Never live at this place!!! The worst management my fiancé and I have ever gone through. Moved in with a full of mold shower head, A/C Broken, and never cleaned before move in. Property management did nothing about it and told us to buy a new shower head and took them 4 days to come in and fix AC. Later on in our stay the toilet was broken for 1 month and no one came and fixed it. They only have one trash Compressor for the whole complex which is way too small because they is also trash overflowing causing all sorts of animals come in. Lastly had an issue with someone parking and taking up two spots leaving alot of residence with no place to park. My fiancé have talked to management a number of times and it is still not towed the reason why they wouldnt tow it was because they dont want to get a bad review. So happy to be out of that place. I would NEVER Recommend this place to anyone!

Me, my husband, and our kids have been living here since October 2021. We love it here. We have only had one problem here which was our refrigerator breaking down but the manager came and gave us a brand new one! I believe the manager Tiana came by to check on us while they installed our new fridge. Ive never lived at apartments where they are very attentive to your needs. This is a very family oriented community, kids are always playing in the streets and are very kind as well. This is definitively a nice place to live with your family.

Id just like to give a shout out to a few people on the staff that have been extremely helpful to me. First is Kenny from the office. Kenny is the nicest person and if he cant fix my problem, hell find someone who can or offer an alternate solution. For example, my battery went dead on a cold day and Kenny was able to contact Ty from maintenance and he was able to jump my car. He did so on his lunch break. Also to Leon, besides just being an all around pleasant person, I spotted him one day and asked him for help with an issue I had in my apartment. He said he would help within the hour and like clockwork he was there. Finally, I just wanted to say after reading so many negative comments that there are some great people who work here and deserved to be recognized. My two years living here has been a positive one. The manager Tianna is very rude , and has very dad since if courtesy towards her staff , I had happen to be stop to inquire information and I overheard her speaking very aggressively and with a disrespectful tone to a few guys that ware there , I know she was definitely very upset about something regarding the property and she would not allow them to speak or explain to her any she kept going on and on rising her voice constantly, I didnt stick around for much because I felt the need to stand up for the poor guys but I realized it was not my place, all I can say about her is that she needs to treat her team better and with the dignity and respect that they deserve as human beings, and to learn how to praise in public and criticize in private, no one needs to be spoken too in that manner when there is people who are not a part of the discussion around

Lovely property, but so far I ve not had good experiences with the staff and management. My AC unit hasn t been working properly for two months now, and it s yet to be fixed despite the fact that I ve called about it many times. I wake up constantly in pools of sweat, night and day. My roommates toilet continues to clog over and over again. One of the managers is awfully rude, I called trying to straighten out an issue with the rent and she nearly made me cry (she said, word for word, it s not my fault you don t know what a credit is, very rudely and that s only one of the things that happened). I absolutely will not be renewing my lease, and honestly I d give 5 stars if I was able to get out of the lease, but unfortunately I can t. Hopefully the service gets better as I m stuck here until March.

Horrible just horrible. Mold in the apartment and management is horrible and ac doesnt work. Summer time in Texas everyone knows how hot it can get. It was 78 degrees inside our apartment with the air set on 70 told management they said its nothing they can do unless it reaches 80 degrees. Told them about the mold inside our ac vents nothing ever got done about it. Maintenance guy came over the only thing he said was he going to wash off the vent and repaint it. I asked him do they know about the mold he said yes management been knew about it but doesnt do anything about it

I ve been living here for a little over a month and I m very pleased with Mansions of Mansfield. Gigi, Danielle (the property manager) and the rest of the office staff have been very responsive and amazing when I ve needed them. They know me by name and always greet me with a smile. It s a quiet complex and every resident I ve met thus far has been welcoming and kind. Upon moving in, I did the usual walkthrough and marked down the most minor issues due to bad past experiences. Within a week or two, they sent maintenance to fix most of the things I listed, which I did not expect at all. The microwave door was cracked (only superficial, it was fully functional as far as I could tell) and they replaced the entire microwave when they realized it would cost the same as replacing just the door. VERY happy with my new home!

Overall this hasnt been a bad experience but there is definitely room for improvement. Weve been at Mansions for almost a year and now, when we moved in there was an issue with the tenants not moving out of the apartment that we were supposed to be moving into. Fortunately there was another apartment available in the same floor plan and we were given the same rate as the previous unit. Now that are lease is coming to an end we received our renewal notice with a rent increase of over $70 a month. We have cabinets that dont close all the way, exterior lights that are constantly going out no matter how many work orders are put in the bulbs dont last long and probably the most frustrating is that there is not enough parking in the complex to accommodate the residents. For a couple of weeks now Ive had to park on the outside of the gate for lack of parking spots, and if Im lucky I get to park on the inside of the gate on the opposite side of the complex from where I live. Also we have a small dog and apparently there is a bobcat issue on the golf course behind the complex that we were not made aware of until I went to walk my dog early morning and we walked around the corner to a bobcat creeping up towards my dog. I called the office to make them aware and never heard anything else on the matter. Weve never been met with rude behavior from the staff, theyve always been super friendly. I think if some of the smaller issues were resolved it would be a 5 star review easily.

It was okay but I then visited Advenir and it was new then and nicer so I chose Advenir apartments to live at until my new home is done being built.
