The Dr.I saw is my hero. Kind patient and caring. I will stay right there with her. Front desk lady in the evening really needs to be more friendly and mind how rude she is to people. Ask her a question and she almost scoffed at me and never did answer my question. Ive been to the office twice and both times she has made me feel stupid for asking a question. Really upsets me when you dont feel good and someone is so nasty.

What a refreshing experience. The staff (can t remember name) at front desk was friendly and prepared. My nurse was awesome and helpful and friendly and asked the right questions. Dr. Stone was a breath of fresh air - empathetic, kind, asked all the right questions, listened, was an advocate, and she was just a kind person. She really expressed care for my health and wellbeing. I left with a smile on my face. Thank you!

Had an appointment today for 12:00pm , showed up 12:07pm due to having issues with my insurance that I needed to fix before being seen. They have a 10 minute late policy which I was well with the time, upon arrival their lobby was empty and nobody was at the front desk. I waited a couple minutes for someone to come to the front and was told that I couldn t be seen due to being late although again their policy says theirs a 10 minute grace period and I explained I was on the phone with my insurance since they called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me I had to contact them first before I could be seen. I rescheduled either way and asked if my insurance problem was fixed just so next time it will be fine. The front desk was rude and off putting the whole time , I stated what the insurance told me which was that based on my plan I didn t need a pcp and my insurance said if I still had issues to tell them to call my insurance. I relaid the information with the front desk and she said we do not have time to be on a call with bcbs . I work at an urgent care and work at the front desk with insurances even with our busy lobby we always find time to help patients and have been on hold with insurances to help the patient. The front desk was rude and unwilling to help and very dismissive which made me feel very unwelcome as a new patient. The provide Dr.Pham overheard everything and not once stepped in to say anything. I left after her making that statement and went back in a couple minutes later to cancel my reschedule appointment. Again after walking in, the lobby was empty and front desk was not there at all. Waited more than 10 minutes for anyone to come while Dr. Pham was walking around seeing I was standing at the front and ask what I think it was a nurse or MA who was about to collect blood that a patient was at the front. She was super nice and welcoming , I told her I wanted to cancel my appointment and asked again about their policy for a late appointment which she stated that it was 10 minutes. Over all the professionalism of the front desk was awful , as a new patient that s what your first interaction is if you have a bad attitude with a patient who is respectful and understanding and you are unwilling to try and help it makes the experience an awful one and you loose a potential new patient.

The medical professionals and office staff are excellent and have helped improve my health greatly since I first visited them last month. I appreciate everything theyve done. However, they use an offshore call center for appointment rescheduling and its the WORST. Their English isnt fluent and it was a long struggle having to repeat almost everything I said. They had me on the phone for about 20 minutes only to confirm that theyll message the office about my reschedule request and get back to me in a few business days; there wasnt an option for me to simply reschedule online. Please fix this.

I can tell you this I am 67 years old went to Village Medical today in Kyle at walgreens. This place is what a doctors office should be! Staff and doctors and Pas are the best Ive ever seen in the state of Texas. Theyre not in a hurry to jump into the room and then say four words and then get out theyre very thorough they go over everything with you and get this they even ask you if you have any questions wow I mean what doctor does that? They have a patient for life now. Everything from the sign in check-in office the lady at the check-in to the PA to the doctor to the medical assistant I give five stars. Just a complete great experience. If you need a PCP or even need a checkup or anything go to Village Medical in Kyle at Walgreens. I promise you you will not have one minutes problem or not one regret.

I do not as a rule go to doctors unless I have to. But if you need one, I highly recommend Dr. Connie Pham at Village Medical. The whole staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Pham listened to my concerns patiently and was very easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured, but I was advised on things to do. Very good experience.

UPDATE: Increased by a star because the local office shouldnt suffer from the bifurcated, redundant and run-the-risk-of-ignoring-because-it-seems-spammy automated emails and texts. The local office, Dr. Stone and her staff, are empathetic and professional. The IT guy that runs their comms needs a referral to a head surgeon.

I like my new pcp very much and the staff were nice. Overall a good experience except for getting there. My appt only mentioned a suite number (never on these buildings) and did not mention it was inside a Walgreens bldg.
