While their burger is a little better than other fast food options, they are simply too expensive. Also, it is two thinner patties, so they can cook them faster, when I prefer one thicker patty cooked right. Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn can give you a pickup-ordered burger that is better in this price range, but the clear winner for quality per dollar is Mighty Fine, which just opened in Kyle. They have a couple of other stores up north and I was happy to see they opened one done south.

Ordered to go upon arriving. I just love the fact that you can get your burger with the exact fixings. Order was prepared fast and on par with all the order specific. Dont miss out on the delicious fries. Its definitely not a cheap experience - 3 burgers, large fries and tip came to $60. Not your average fast food prices, but definitely well above fast food quality burgers. Counter service was gracious and friendly. Location was very clean. Will reorder.

This was my first time going to a five guys and I was literally shocked at the price... $22 for a burger fries and drinks. I kept an open mind.. but the fries alone were $5 and they were put in a cup smaller than what my infant would use and then they dump more in the bag to make me feel like I m getting a deal. Just put them in a bigger container. I don t want to dig my fries out of the bag. The burger was terrible. It was so greasy I couldn t even eat it. Actually just a terrible product. The burgers were delicious, piled high with toppings on undersized buns making for a messy feast and a taste of home. The two of us ordered each a cheeseburger with an array of toppings, fries, and milkshakes. All of which totaled over $50! As first time visitors, we werent ready for the sticker shock. Dont get me wrong. The food was awesome, but the price was ridiculous. When our order was ready, we had to pick it up ourselves in a grease stained bag with fries dumped everywhere inside. There was no additional experience that accounted for the price. The atmosphere was the same as a Burger King or McDonalds. What extra value was I paying for? While the food was great, I wont be returning based on overpaying for a burger I could have made at home.

Nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff. Restaurant had a retro 60s feel to it which I thought was really cool. A friend and I stopped in for lunch. This restaurant is filthy. My shoes are still slippery and feel greasy and I don t even know what I stepped on here. The sodas were terrible. And the burger (all the way) comes with ketchup and mushrooms?? Barf I don t know why Five Guys gets such great reviews, every time I try it I am always disappointed. The fries were good but I don t appreciate my food being served in a greasy bag when dining in. Overall I am disappointed in this experience especially when paying $40 for 2 burgers, 1 fries, 2 sodas and a tip. Overpriced and overrated. I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

These guys are amazing. We ordered online and came to pick up. The store was locked and the sign read mothersday hours closed at 5pm I was super hungry and upset at first that I just paid online and was told to be there at 5:30 and the store was closed. When an employee saw me standing there, they opened up the doors, heard me out and fired up the grill to make my order right away. Their store hours had accidentally not been updated online and they opened up just to serve me and my dad and stayed open for those who followed in after and those online orders way after closing was supposed to happen to correct a mistake that wasnt their own. I paid $6 for a regular size order of Cajun fries but didnt get them. I live too far away to go back to the store so I called to ask for a refund or a credit. The manager was no help. Their prices are expensive, which I dont mind paying once in awhile since the food is usually good, but the customer service is underwhelming. This sutuation was not handled well, the customer should have to suffer for an employees mistake, and you shouldnt be charged for an item you didnt receive. I will not return, there are too many other good burger options, save yourself the frustration and your money.

Regular cajun fries, small hamburger and a bottle of water, $15.74, thats insane. The fries were great and the veggies were nice and fresh, but there was zero flavor on the meat, No salt, pepper or anything. Definitely way too over priced and flavorless of a burger for this lunch.
