best raising canes ive ever frequented by farrr. i travel and have traveled a LOT and u can NEVER go wrong with canes food wise. but obviously not every store is ran the same, understandable. this canes however, is easily the most consistently pleasant. i appreciate everybodys service, i will gladly wait in line at this canes on 10th becuz every single time i come i leave happier. every time. so much so that even when i use the drive thru & have a relatively average experience it still feels good cuz i know its employees are cool. idk anybodys names, but they make me and girlfriend (and my pets) always feel welcome which is a quality that is TRULY appreciated. big recommendation

Dropped my food on a table and was pretty bummed out that I did that. One of the workers there offered me to get me another meal for free since I just bought it I declined the offer and started to clean up after myself. Later they bring a free meal for the inconvenience. Customer service was on point and the atmosphere was great

Employees don t seem to care to listen to the customer, my last 4 (drive tru) visits I have told them to put sauce and ketchup on my order as well as make a small chance to my box combo and they always say they got it but still keep not doing it. Is it hard for them to listen to the customer?

Raising Cane s is a fun atmosphere with pretty OK food. I would say that the chicken was very good but not fabulous. The fries were very tasty. And the Texas toast was a pleasant surprise along with the coleslaw. Will be visiting here again soon with the family.

Wow so i went there around 12:30 am at night 30 minutes before they were gonna close and everything was great. The girl with the green/blue eyeshadow and glasses at the drive thou window was very friendly and enthusiastic which mad my day because i had a rough day at work lol. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. 10/10 service and visit!

The food was good, service was basic for a fast food restaurant. What sucked about my experience was that I had called an hour ahead of time and spoke to a manager and mentioned if was taking my daughter and her friends for a meal and that we were celebrating her 13th bday. My daughter chose canes of all places. Any way, I called and asked if anything could be done just to make her experience just a little more especial. I didn t know what to expect, I just wanted to ask. The manager said yes, I can get a table ready and pull out some canes swag for them. I was like yay!!! She said to wait one hour. I arrived with anticipation, but unfortunately there was nothing done. I asked the cashier and mentioned my convo with the manager, she told her manager and the manager said she was counting a registers cash and would come out to help once she was done. She never came. I was pretty bummed out tbh. I m glad I didn t tell my daughter before hand because it would have sucked a little more for her. Her friends and her still enjoyed their time there with each other. Moral of the story: don t say you can do something if you can t actually pull through, just say you can t help.

Raising Canes in McAllen on 10th and Trenton: you can never go wrong with them!! Great price for a great meal!! I get the box combo with slaw substituted for extra fries, and an extra sauce on the side, and they never let me down!!! Now the Raising Canes in Vegas... is no good, but well talk about that another time Kid-friendliness: Santa came in to visit while I was there and there was a disco ball, bright colors and friendly music playing!!! There was also a Christmas tree up for the holidays!! Loved it

We visited the Canes located one block North of Trenton on 1th St. Actually, we are there two days in a row. I really liked it and wanted to see if it was as good the second time. Even though they messed up my sons order the first time, mine was solid. So was it better the second time? No, but was it as good as the first time? You better believe it! Crispy Chicken Tenders, Creamy Coleslaw, Crinkle cut Fries, Tasty dipping Sauce, and Toasted Bread thats always on point. Canes hands down has the best Tea out there, and if you follow me you know I drink Tea. Also, on both visits our food was ready before we could finish filling our drink cups. Could I eat Canes for a third day in a row? Im sure I could but I wouldnt want to. Their tea I could drink everyday!!

Honestly I would give it 5 stars however, the ONLY bad thing I could say about this establishment is that the restroom is small and lacks some space. Just 1 toilet and urinal so expect to wait at times for the bathroom. Besides that, the atmosphere is great! Nice design with disco balls setting an uplifting scene! Service has always been great! Usually your food is out within the minute if not less! And when you do wait for your order, youll expect to still get it at a relatively fast pace regardless!! The food is top notch! The chicken is juicy and tender and combos so well with their Cane sauce! The toast is just the right amount of buttery with some pleasant crunch to it still while having a soft center!! I very much recommend going to this Raising Canes!!! The price for the food is so affordable!! 20 bucks can get you a combo and youll still have enough to pay for 1-2 extra of your choice of sauce and tenders! Besides the small restroom, theres nothing negative I can give this establishment even if I tried!!
