Removed us from the waiting list twice, made us wait extra, have no issue waiting, waiting time was up, went to ask a third time what was taking them so long, told us we had to wait an extra 15 to 25 min. Employees were looking at each other like they didn t know what was going on.

Horrible experience this last time we went. They didn t want to allow 1 hours f our 5 kids to use bumpers and she was upset and crying. Then they got into one of the adults for using a light ball on one of his turns when he wanted that weight to help him with his split. Poindexters!

Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years but no more. I went yesterday to go celebrate my birthday and I understood that there were events going on and the lanes were reserved but I think the bowling alley needs to understand that if the people are there for about 4 hours bowling and there are other people waiting with a party of 8 maybe those other people that are waiting should be allowed to bowl at least one or two games, needless to say we waited for almost 3 hours just to have to go home because they told us we werent going to be able to bowl until about 10:30 which is only 30 minutes until they close. we were there at 6:30 pm left at 9 pm

I used to love coming to 25th lane and last pocket prior to COVID. After COVID, last pocket had been under construction and it finally reopened as the 25th lane social. This new section is great however it is very bright and it does not feel like a place where adults can hangout. It feels more like Main Event or Dave and Buster. There is also a constant amount of children and families that are coming in which make the bartenders lose time assisting those in line to come and tell those families they cant be in this section. Lastly, 25th lane was so much fun and closing it down is causing a lot of issues. I mean look at this line that is nonstop. I love flamingo bowl but I wish they would go back to some of the stuff they used to have.. I honestly feel Ill have to avoid coming here which is unfortunate as I am a frequent customer.

Casual bowler here, decided Id check out the pro shop because I was ready to take my game to the next level with a custom ball. Carlos measured me and got me right and in 20 minutes I had my ball and all the gear I needed to regularly practice my game. Unbelievably, this was the first time in my life Ive ever scored a Turkey. It was all done here at Flamingo Bowl. Veteran friendly, and very welcoming to seasoned league players and casuals like me. I would gladly come back!

Last night my boyfriend and 2 other people and I came to this place earlier during the day did reservations online for 11pm we got there just 5 minutes late (11:05pm) only we go and they tell us either we have to wait when spots are open and just waste the money if spots doesn t open or just leave and cancel the reservations but no refunds but there was quite a few lanes open with no people all because we only showed up 5 minutes late to our reservation spent almost $100 just for nothing we decided to leave we waited for a hr and nothing so lost the money because of the no refund policy not worth it never coming to this place again

Went to Happy Hour, got there at 6 and they didn t let us bowl because they stop Happy Hour sales at 6, online it says Happy Hour is from 4-7. We decided to wait and stay for Retro Monday since we were already there. We were not aware you needed to sign up/reserve a spot in order to bowl. The lady at the front didn t tell us we had to reserve ahead of time and nowhere on the website does it say to sign up or register. Just wasted our time and staff was rude!

My wife and I recently pickup bowling as a new hobby and we love it! The staff is friendly and helpful, the lane are always maintained and ready to bowl. The pro shop and the staff in there are very knowledgeable and helpful with beginners like my wife and I. He took the time to watch my form and gave me great suggestions. I also bought a preowned ball from there and I love it! The weekly specials are amazing! We go every Sunday and Wednesday, but make sure you reserve online for Wednesday (dollar-mania) because it get packed! Im looking forward to purchasing my wife a bowling ball package they have for 159.99 which includes a ball, bag and shoes! Will not spend my money anywhere else but here. Dont forget about 25th lane for Football Sundays!

Great location to bowl. I originally was invited to join a league at Incredibowl. Incredibowl was incredibly disappointing. This is my opinion based on bowling alleys I have gone to throughout my life. Coming from California, Im use to seeing a well maintained facility. Flamingo Bowl was a breath of fresh air. I walked in and knew right away this was the place I wanted to bowl. I joined a league the first night I went there. Great environment, food, and drinks. Excellent place to have a great time. Great place for indoor fun. It was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly & helpful. If you have kids, I d go earlier bc around dark questionable characters start showing up. We are loyal customers and are there at least twice a week. We love the atmosphere, food and cleanliness of the bowling alley. However, last Sunday were there with 3 other families ready to have a good time and bowl. We asked an attendant if we could get the bumpers up for the kids all who are below the age of 8. We were told they couldnt because of the height policy (think it should be based on age and not height but thats a different story). We explained that we are there regularly and that they always put them up for the kids, weve never been told anything about a height policy. We asked to please speak to the manager. That is when it all went south. Iris the assistant manager came and told us that was the policy and threw cards explaining the policy on our table, completely unprofessional. We asked her when the policy had come in place because we had been there 2 days before and they had set up the bumpers without a problem. And she said well I dont know why but when Im here I enforce the policy. She then proceeded to set up the bumpers for one of the kids but not the others saying we would have to pay $200 if the bumpers were damaged. She walked away from our group and the bumpers came up on both of the lanes. I went to speak to her privately and I apologized if she felt we were questioning the policy we were just really caught by surprise since we go often and had never had a problem or been told about the policy. And there was a child taller than our kids bowling next to us with bumpers. Her response was that we didnt pay her salary. I explained that the bumpers were up on both lanes and we only needed them on one. She said well since you all wanted them I added them to both lanes. After that she kept walking by our lane staring us down. We went again today and reserved a lane. When we were waiting in line, she made a dismissive hand gesture and told the other attendant to help us. When I mentioned to the attendant that were there late for our reservation at 9:00 p.m. (completely our fault we got there at 9:30) We asked if they had any lanes available, she chimes in and says no, we dont have anything until rock and bowl at 11pm, mind you it was only 9:30 and there were multiple lanes available. We didnt give her the satisfaction of seeing upset and left to a different bowling alley instead. I checked the online reservations and there were some available at 10:00 p.m. We were very disappointed in the amount of unprofessionalism from this particular assistant manager.

Love it! These facility has restrooms throughout the building. The first is located to the far right side with 2 stalls in the womens restroom one is a handicap stall. They are new and fully stocked and very clean. Then to the left they also have one past the area where you pay or get your shoes. That one is also new and has 2 stalls and is fully stocked. Then all the way to the end of the building to the left hand side towards the game room they also have several stalls in that one. I recommend this place for families during the day or night. There are more people on the weekends during 11-2 because they have Rock and Bowl on Friday and Saturday. They dim the lights and have music playing while you bowl. It is very fun. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming. They also have a bar located inside.

Worst experience n am sure the owner doesn t care bout this reviews. My son turn 17 on 7/5 n he wanted to go bowling. We got there n waited in line just to be told we needed either to have a reservation or be on the Wait list. It would take 2 or 2 n half hours for us to bowl. It doesn t say anything on the website to sign up for the Wait List when u get there or pay for them to save a lane for u. My family left n went somewhere else n we got a txt at 10pm that our Lane was ready but yet they Close at 11pm. We don t come regularly but we have been here several times and we ve never had any issues up until today. One of the employees (I believe Iris, based on other negative reviews here) came over and scolded me for using a green ball. She was so angry because I was using a kids ball. However, I was unaware of the differences and instead of explaining she came over shouting at me in front of my family and other customers. I said ok and tried to brush it off. As we continued with our game, she came back because my husband had a water tumbler he had brought with him, sitting on the table. She came aggressive and told him to remove it. My husband had enough of her rudeness and asked her to tone it down. That s when she laughed, walked away and bad mouthed us to the table next to us. We know this because they told us and apologized for her attitude.

The Assistant Manager, Iris, was really polite and helpful in getting my lanes reserved and got taken care of for the entire 6 hours that we were there. Iris, the manager, had horrible attitude with our table, it made everyone around us just as uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

I had an obnoxious experience with Iris, Manager, at the Flamingo Bowl. She was inconsiderate and mean since the beginning, to customers and staff. Our party of 6 was ready to have a great Sunday as a family, but this was disappointing.

Worst experience ever. If there was an option for no star I would choose that. Iris the assistant manager paused our lane immediately because we had an empty yeti, that could not fit in our bags. It was empty. She was so rude, talking bad language, without even letting us put the yeti back to the car. She just kicked the party of 6 out. I would recommend the owners to consider replacement of staff. Felt unsafe.

I used to love this place but the quality has fallen over the years, online rock and bowl special says its 15 per person but now its 20 bucks per person. Why the sudden increase in price? And everytime Ive gone the lanes arent properly oiled unless it for a tournament or league purposes. They even limited me and my party on drinks several times saying we bought too many jello shots, that they were too strong to consume over 5 per person which is BS since they are not strong at all.

Love bowling & like this place! The only thing I didnt like that there wasnt much variety on food. And the prices were ridiculous too high on some items or most of the items. Arcade was nice & there was no pool tables. I imagine theyre remodeling. I just wish the food menu was better so you dont have to go somewhere else to eat.

Went with coworkers, about 10 of us. Epic fun, nice pitcher prices. We had a very nice 2 hours. We got tight with each other and will be going back at least 2 Wednesdays per month. Ty

I ve never really had a bad experience. When lanes have been reserved, they re ready for me/us upon check in/arrival. Staff is generally pretty friendly and helpful. It s a nice environment.
