Sienna my waitress made my day. I was having a hard week because my husband is in the hospital and this is a close restaurant next to the hospital. I needed me a home-cooked meal for breakfast and I needed coffee to just keep on coming so she was so sweet and brought me a pitcher of coffee because that s what I wanted, and she was gracious enough to bring me extra creamer extra sugar and she made my Rudy tutti pancakes so amazingly! She put strawberries, whipped cream and powdered sugar; She also was so sweet to bring me warmed up syrup and strawberry syrup and didn t cause a fuss or look at me strange or make me feel like I m being needy , she was amazing. They just don t make good customer service anymore when it comes to younger people she had to be only 20 at the very most

I had not visited this establishment in quite some time due to previous negative experiences with the quality of food and service. However, I decided to give it another chance today, and I am pleased to report that I had an exceptional experience. The brunch I ordered was absolutely delicious, and my server, Silvia, provided excellent service. The food was cooked to perfection and arrived hot and fresh. My husband and I both ordered the Everything Plate, which consisted of two eggs, two sausages, two pieces of bacon, two pieces of ham, hash browns, two pancakes, and a slice of French toast. The food was fantastic, and the service was impeccable. Im definitely coming back again!

Was there yesterday, went in and sat down. No one would Waite on me . A couple came in and sat in booth next to me and were immediately served. They got water and their food right away! An ideal IHOP is a 4 out of 5 star kind of experience. I am giving this location a 3 only because it is often very busy, which is a good problem to have as a business owner, but not great as a customer. If you want to go here, I recommend going at dinner time. Not overnight or in the morning.

Check your bank account after using your card here. On 4/13/24, I ordered a quesadilla which normally costs $11.25 after tax. Later on, I saw my card was charged $21.25. I suspect the waitress may have take an extra $10 as a tip, without my authorization. After reporting this to IHOP corporate, I was contacted by the manager, Reginald Jackson. He told me his waitress accidentally overcharged me and he would reverse the charge. However, its 6/11 now and the charge still hasnt been reversed. I will delete this review when I get my $10 back.

Greeters were attentive. Waitress very nice and professional. Pre-bussing however was minimal. Breakfast was as expected quickly served and very tasty. Coffee was the best as always. The biscuits were an interesting twist. While all the flavors were present the texture is not southern in nature. Im a southern girl so thats what I was expecting. This biscuit is designed to be used as a sandwich. Not the tender fluffy delight that is a southern breakfast standard. We will return. I did tell the server hello .. but she simply ignored me so I said are you guys open? She nodded and said yes with a bothered look on her face. I tired to brush it off so we sat down. As she asked what we wanted to drink I could tell by her facial expression we were not welcomed. As she left to get our drinks I told my wife let s go! Perhaps the service is better during the day but I would not recommend anyone go to this location. The female waitress is Caucasian blond hair late 30 s and was wearing a black ear piece. I loved I Hop for years my kids would make fun of me because thats the only place I would want to eat. I have to tell you the other night was great service but the food was really bad.. I told the waitress my husbands hashbrowns were cold could he get more she right away asked the cook for new ones cause we said they were cold. His response was no they are not we could hear him!! Rude and disrespectful he answered her. I did say he should come eat them then. She said she would microwave them. Food came to our table very cold. Slow serving us. Very disappointed. Went another IHOP out food was cold that was on mopac South. But what was even worse the two females employees were fighting about who tables belong to who and who needed to cleaned them. You could clearly hear them arguing because they were loud. Very unprofessional. One of the ladies came out to our table and apologized but that was uncalled for in a work establishment where people are dining and trying to enjoy their food. There is a server at this restaurant named Ezekiel and he is the embodiment of what it means to provide excellent customer service. The hostess was so sweet and thoughtful. Our server Ezekel was amazing! Had such great customer service and we aren t used to that. He was so sweet and respectful with manners. Very awesome young man.

I love IHOP but this location is continually bad. Bad service, bad food, bad wait times even when there are few people and open tables. Wrong checks have been given and paid for then have had to pay again and wait for money to be released. Management has been made aware every time bad it seems it went in the wind. I have vowed a few times to never go back but keep giving them chance after chance. I think this last visit will be my last.

Came here to eat on the way to San Marcos. Before ordering asked if kids meal comes with a drink and they said yes. Ordered a strawberry lemonade for myself. Got bill and was charged for kids drink and extra charges for every strawberry lemonade I received even tho it said free refills. When asked why I was charged they said her manager said they are not free refills even tho it s written right on menu that they are.

The waitress was so nice. (Melanie). Very polite. The food was terrible. The pancakes were tough. No butter on the blueberry pancakes. Sons cinastack was dry and had little of the cinnamon in between the pancakes. Tea tasted off. No syrups except the regular syrup.

My Bestfriend and I had Bianca. R as our server, and she was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. My best friend had tried something new, it was her first time being at an IHOP! We told our server that we did not like what we had ordered and that we wanted it taken off since we did not eat it. Our server stated usually people don t order things they do not like Well, how exactly Can someone like something if they have never tasted it before? Make that make sense! After she came back from talking to the manager and having it removed she threw down the receipt without saying a word, and walked away! I spoke to the manager personally whom was very understanding and accommodating. When walking out, we noticed several people was in the waiting area, waiting for a table when there were several tables available for the people waiting to sit at.
