Robyn and the entire team at Patten went over and above to get us closed on a particularly trying closing. This was a property that I had inherited over 20 years ago and it was in my and other family members names since then. However my grandfather always a jokester had added his name somehow before he died and no one knew about it until we were selling the property. I recently left a poor review saying, I completed a transaction back in November 2023 and the they sent a portion of my profits of the sell of my home to the county for my property taxes. They were responsible for requesting that money back from the county and issuing my check back to me. Its been over 4 and 1/2 months now. Ive made several attempts to collect my money back, lve made several attempts to speak to Lisa and all my messages have been marked as high priority and to which I have not got one call back for any kind of update. At this point its just ridiculous, I cant receive any kind of update from their team. They immediately contacted me after I left that review, I agreed to remove the review because they finally called me back and they told me that they requested that money back. To give an update, they didn t bother to call the county. I say that because I had to call today and I found out that the mortgage company already requested that money back in February. There was no transparency on their end regarding any kind of information. As a reminder they told me back at the end of November 2023 that I would get my money back in a month or so! 4+ months later and I m still without my money. I called Patten title company today to talk to them about what happened and it got to the point where we disagreed on multiple things and I reminded Lisa that I was going to continue with my review which made her extremely upset. She immediately told me word for word, never call my office again. Extremely poor communication, transparency, and customer service! All I cared for is what I was owed from what I was told at closing and what was on paper.

If I could give a 1 star review I would. Worst experience ever selling our home and using this company Lisa avoided our issue for MONTHS until it was too late for us to get our check for selling the house. The only answer we were getting was we will call you months go by and they never did. My husband left a review and she called IMMEDIATELY only worried about the review and said I don t know what happened to the paperwork we have to submit it and by then it was too late our check had been sent back. Really unprofessional. She called us twice asking us to remove our negative review. But she couldn t call us once to update us on our check???? I m literally pregnant and this issue has stressed us out for MONTHS. Just shameful!

My advice for any Realtor looking for a great title company is to RUN to Lisa and her team in Kingwood. They took what could have been a spicy transaction and made it super easy - including letting us close in an office that was more conveniently located to my sellers. I am a HUGE fan!! They were fast as lightning and communicated well thoughout the transaction. Bravo!!

Great title company to work with. Its a team, and most of the work is done in-house. I really recommend this title company, everyone is service minded, very nice and efficient work. Your files will not be delayed or put to the side like other title companies do. Moreover, I had a closing, there was no power, without power, no internet. The closing was at 4:00 PM I dont know how they did it, I was prepared for everything to fund the next day, no problem. My client and I spent time talking at the parking lot, when we got a text message and an email that the file had funded, and still was no power in the area! Im not sure if they had to send pigeons with the docs to the lender, but we closed and fund a deal with no electricity, and fund within minutes, thats amazing. I guarantee you that other title company would have tell you that the closing would need to be rescheduled because there was no power. This people not only closed the deal, but they also fund the deal, that is simply AMAZING! I am glad I found this title company; you dont have to worry about them doing their work on time, it gets done very fast.

Had a closing here yesterday as a buyer. Transaction went very smooth and everyone in the office is very nice and friendly. Sometimes at the galleria branch they are backed up due to the volume of files and closings. The Kingwood office is much smaller and communication is very quick. Will be back!
