I went in yesterday and ordered my usual and asked for light ice. The girl stuffed so much ice in my Venti drink, that after I removed the ice it had only a quarter of the liquid. I usually dont complain but that was just too much. I went through drive thru a few months ago and ordered the same, the drive through girl would not let me touch the card machine, told me it was against the rules. Never in all the years had that happen. When I checked my bank account she had given herself a 3$tip. This is the only Starbucks that I have something every time I have went. Yesterday was the worst though.

Today, ERIK crafted my custom drink. As he handed it to me, ERIK asked me to taste test it. ERIK made it perfectly. Thank you, ERIK. ERIK is the best. ERIK deserves a raise! SARA and KALEB completed my Starbucks team this evening. They took my order and mopped around me. SARA and Kaleb are the best order takers and moppers and people ever! KALEB and SARA deserve raises! I come here multiple times a week for a few years now and lately service is just bad. I always pay nearly $8 for my drink, and while I m not complaining about the price itself, the last few times they haven t made it right and I don t have the time to go back to get it fixed. I will just make my coffee at home. And today the employee told me I waited too long to tell her to scan for my stars when I paid in cash. Then gave me a 1-800 Starbucks number to call instead of just rectifying the issue. Frustrating when I m a long time customer.

I went inside because I NEEDED my coffee. I don t remember the names but I remember how I felt after the service I got and how amazing the coffee is. I needed to make a correction on my drink and the barista fixed my drink up with a smile and made me feel okay for correcting my drink. If your coming for a quick coffee , try and go inside and get some good energy and service at the same time :) I approve this Starbucks

Revised. I am irritated, the person that stands out to take your order doesnt want to walk over to your car, instead stand on the corner where i cant see the menu. I have explained a few times to them, people are stopped in the drive thru me looking at the menu for 30 seconds is not slowing down the line. Then they wont take your card at the window i guess they dont want to touch it. I dont wont to touch their pad. 10-11-23 715 am. The guy in drive-thru, what an amazing attitude. Give this guy a raise.

So-so experience for a Starbucks. The service was really really slow. I went inside to order, and if you don t order ahead or go through the drive thru, be prepared to be the last priority. I waited almost 20 minutes for a latte, while about 15 or 20 drive thru customers got rushed through. After all that, my latte was not very good. I probably will not go back. This place has gone downhill lately it seems. My drink is always inconsistent and I order the same thing every time. My husband ordered (well tried to order) one of the frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonades and after 2 failed attempts at making the drink and the barista telling him that s just how it looks he asked for a refund. It looked nothing at all like the picture. It was watery, melted and foamy instead of icy. I think they just didn t want to take the time to make it the right way because I ve ordered at a different location and it looked exactly like the picture on the menu.

I was having a tough morning on my way to support my father-in-law getting surgery. Wanted to pick up a quick breakfast on the way and I put my order in at the wrong Starbucks. Tried the Cinnamon Carmel Cream Nitro Cold brew, and it tasted horrible. Lacked flavor and sweetness. Even when more syrup was added, it couldnt improve the taste. Too little carmel or cream to even taste it. To be honest, walk over to McDonalds and get a cold brew. Half the price and much better drink.

This is more a letter for my barista women at this location then it is a review. But Ive been a regular here for a while now. And theyve always been great at mixing up my iced espressos or cappuccinos. This morning though, I can not convey how much their kindness meant to me. So, the closest thing I had to a dad, I call him Dad but he was a close friends dad, who took me in as a kid, died just yesterday. I was at work when I found out, and then between dinner and bath and bedtime, I didnt really process it. Then this morning my daughter had a major meltdown, spilt mushy chocolate cereal milk all over the couch, screamed at the top of her lungs when I brushed her hair (even though I had kept my cool over the spilled milk!) And told me she knew I hated her before going off to school and it was all just too much for one morning. I felt awful as a parent and awful as a psuedo daughter and as hard as I tried to get it together before deciding to treat myself to a cappuccino, my voice broke when I went to order it. And they were so kind to me, even though I really did not feel deserving of it in the moment. I wanted to pour my heart out to them but of course, it was a busy morning and so all I could do was thank them for their kindness and try not to hold up the line. I hope they see this and know, if I dont get a chance to tell them in person, how much that meant to me. If ever theres a place to be a sad customer, its this one. And Ive always considered them my awesome barista women but even more so after today. So thank you to the three kind women who showed kindness to a stranger in the drive thru this morning, it meant so much more than you realize. I hope it comes back ten-fold for you. And I hope you all win the lottery today.

So I visited this location yesterday (12/5/2022) 6 am and didnt check my drink (I shouldnt have to) by the time it was cool enough to drink, I realize that they had given me a mocha coffee and not a hot chocolate, they even tried to fix the mistake by putting to much Peppermint in it. They apologized and said that they would remake the order. I wasnt able to make it back yesterday, so I called and asked if I could do the same thing today(12/6/2022) 6am, they said alright. I get there and read them what I usually get, and it smelled right, but when I took about my 4th sip I could tell it wasnt right. They had used cows milk and not oat milk, Im very allergic, (yes allergic, yes Ive been tested professionally, yes it sucks very much), my stomach started cramping so bad, I couldnt get to work on time cause I had to stop at a buccies, for an hour. It sucked. Doubt Ill make it into work today at all. I would avoid this location if you can!!! Or at least in the am, maybe the pm people are more competent. Dietary restrictions: Milk allergy, but they offwr non-dairy options, when the people pay attention to the order.

Its quite sad to admit but I frequent this store pretty often. EVERY SINGLE TIME I am greeted by the best and treated like family. There are a handful of staff members that just make every day better simply by being here when I order. Julianna, Brandon and especially Tammy make me feel seen and special and not just another person ordering a coffee. They treat their customers with respect and really put time and effort into remembering things about their guests as well as their order. I could go on and on about this place but Ill leave it at this, just go and see for yourself.

I usually get my coffee in the afternoon to night time, usually after I get my kids from school, the night crew is amazing! They really make sure the customer is happy and gets their moneys worth! I love catching up with them and laughing with them. They re really amazing. One of my top faves is a girl named Sam, she will definitely brighten up your day! I m definitely a regular and the morning crew is great but if you want some great interaction along with your delicious coffee, check out the night crew for sure!

My drinks were full, made correctly, delicious, and you can tell it was done with care. This Starbucks should be an example for all the rest of the ones in this area who only fill the drinks at 75%, don t put the correct amount of syrup in the drink, and mess up which kind of milk was ordered. This Starbucks does not have that problem and I am grateful to be able to be there patron. Kudos.

The only reason Im giving this place 3 stars is because its normally the only one I trust to make my drink correctly. However, the last few times, theres been a lack of care. I decided to go one last time. I ordered a simple salted Caramel sweet cream cold brew. Nothing added. I get the drink, its just regular sweet cream. I handed the drink back and was like can we just add the salt? its just regular sweet cream and the guy in the drive thru Friday, April 1st around 4 pm, snapped at me saying the salt is added into the cold foam already. Gah instead of causing a scene and holding everyone else back, I just left. However, Im not going back to Starbucks again because of how rude he was.

About eight employees with the manager having a thunderous meeting, taking up spots for customers. This, to me, is unprofessional and annoying. The place is dirty, and the girl taking orders upfront is rude. I dont know if there is new management or if its just full of new people, but my husband and I walked in and walked back out from how loud and dirty it was.

I have been to plenty of locations in Louisiana and Texas, but this is by far the best store ever, customer service is above average. Let s just say I have never had my drink off by one bit. Initially, the experience was wonderful as normal. The Baristas were timely, and there was no real wait before receiving our order. Upon driving home, 15 minutes later, I realize that the order was incorrect. The drinks were made incorrectly and did not taste good at all. I was not upset at all, but now a bit rushed to make it to an event on time. Had I not spent $35 there, I would have just dealt with it. The problem started upon returning. The cashier was friendly and put the order in as a remake. I patiently waited about 5 minutes as I watched all other orders being made but mine. I asked the cashier what name my order was under and she explained it was under remake. I waited another 5 minutes and asked again how the order was coming along. All other orders were still being made except for mine. The cashier then explained to a Barista named Madison my situation. This is where the problem began. Madison was extremely rude and blurted very out loud that that was my problem, not hers. I heard this from 15 feet away. I have NEVER felt disrespected like that by any Starbucks employee. I was not rude or impatient, yet she felt the need to be. Madison is extremely lucky I was able to hold my composure, because had my wife or daughters been with me, it would have been an entirely different situation. I will be contacting corporate, and taking this as far as I can so that Madison understands that thats not how you treat anyone, much less a paying customer. I was never, ever Disrespectful or rude, therefore her response was totally uncalled for. Awaiting a response from management.

This is the worst Starbucks. The mobile pickup is always closed and the door is locked in the morning so you are forced to use the drive through. Their phone is off the hook too so you can t get any response. EDIT: This issue I had was because someone tested positive for COVID there so they were partially closed.

Friday May 28, 2021 at 10:12am I stood in the mobile order section for 10 minutes after I was asked what name was on the order. Order was place at 10:03am. I then asked about my order and it was found on the counter at 10:22am and had been sitting there the entire time I was standing there. The employee was very rude and condescending. I walked over to another employee to ask to speak to the manager before I knew who the manager was and the same employee that was rude and condescending raised her hand in the air and had a smile on her face and said in a condescending tone, that s me. These employees deserve more than 5 stars. As an employee they don t pay you enough to take a stance on bully s who think their order and time is more important than the others waiting in line. For these employees to go above and beyond their required duties when dealing with a hostile customer that cuts others in the drive thru lane, and also blocks the drive thru window making customers go around her car when multiple employees refused to take her order and considering the fact that she almost hit the cars when she decided to cut the drive thru lane...I commend all of you working the drive thru lane this morning and taking a stance. To the lady who cut in line, I hope you realize your actions made these employees work outside of the norms. The employees were walking around your car to the customers car to make sure we all got our orders in a timely manner while you continued to block the drive thru window. Mind you I thought you were in a rush, which would not justify but kinda explained you cutting the line but considering that you stayed more than 15 minutes after they refused to take your order I ve came up with the conclusion that your just an A hole. My wife and I have sat in the drive through order window when they are supposed to be open for 5 minutes + without anybody even talking to us. Today my wife went to pick up her mobile order through the drive through and they would not even answer. So she drove around to the window where there was only one other car and they were not moving. So she went around to the front of the store and of course the doors were randomly locked, they wouldnt answer and she had to leave without her food and coffee that she already paid for so that she wouldnt be late for work.

Always incredibly friendly. Peak hours the line can get a little long and the wait increases - because of the way the building is set up sometimes the line wraps completely around and that can make for a stressful time in the parking lot - 100% not their fault. Out of the way from my usually locations but Im never disappointed here.

The drive thru line moves quickly but the drinks aren t prepared correctly. I ordered a cappuccino and received an extremely hot cup of coffee with a tiny amount of foam. No espresso at all. It s been about 25 minutes and the coffee is still too hot to enjoy.

I m also here to complain about them closing their lobby. I understand if they want to do that because of COVID safety, but it needs to be updated in the app. When I ordered, the app told me I could pick up my drink in the lobby in 20 mins. I showed up finding the lobby was closed, at least 20 cars in line. I waited 15 minutes and the line did not budge. I did not have any more time to wait so I called the store to ask for a refund so I could get out of line and leave. The person who picked up the phone told me I had to wait in line for a refund, gave me no other options. So I called customer service and got a refund that way. Why are customers not directed to customer service for refunds and instead told I have to wait 30+ minutes to get my money back? They offered me a complimentary $10 to my card but I declined and am deleting my account after this. I will take my business to small businesses instead. No small business owner could ve possibly looked at that situation and thought it made sense. They weren t just busy, it was disorganized chaos.

On 11/27 at 1:45pm. I did a mobile order which gave me the option to pick it up inside or through the drive thru. I selected to pick up inside. When I get there to my surprise they say you have to go through the drive thru. My pickup time was 1:52pm. That through me off my schedule over 20 minutes. If that s going to happen the app shouldn t give the option to pick up inside. Specially when you decide to pick up due to time constraints. And then if you want to cancel and get reimbursed you still have to do the line to show your membership. Ridiculous!
