Stephanie pickle was my Ob for 2 of my pregnancies I had loved this place and how professional they were up until she had her assistant fill in for appointments I had with her. I went in to get my iud a few months after giving birth and was not told that if I m still breastfeeding the implant could go through my uterus. She had her assistant put the implant in and it hurt terribly but I was told this was normal. I then called after a month of continuous bleeding and pain and they said that it was normal. I scheduled an ultrasound to check if my iud was in place because I couldn t feel it and I would stop bleeding. When they did the ultrasound it was in fact not in my uterus, it had traveled to my stomach. That put my life in a very dangerous position witch they took absolutely no accountability for. My husband and I had to then figure out how to pay $5,000 for a surgery that could ve been prevented. I couldn t get ahold of Stephanie pickle after that not to mention she never delivered any of my babies. She had someone else I never met do it. One of the most scary and disappointing situations I ve ever been through.

Omega has become family. I began going during my first pregnancy in 2023 and will never go anywhere else as long as Dr. Pickel and Jill are there. I am now close to delivering my second baby and have so much stress taken off of the labor process knowing that I have a great team of women taking care of me.

I have been going to Omega OB GYN in Mansfield for a very long time. My daughter just had our first grandbaby with Dr. Oladell. It was a wonderful experience all the way around! The staff is very friendly at all the locations I have visited. The doctors and nurse practitioners at Omega do care for my well-being. I do recommend Omega OB GYN for your needs. In reading other reviews concerning wait times, I try to keep in mind that often it is not a scheduling or doctor issue and cannot be helped. If there is a situation with a baby or someone has had to be given bad news, that does increase a wait time for those who are waiting.

Dr. Gordon has always been informative and explained things thoroughly. He lays out options when available and pros/cons of different things available. He is very respectful and overall great doctor. I have been with him for the last thirteen years and have always received the best care and felt any decisions were made with my best interest in mind. I have recommended him to any who have asked and will continue to do so. I was under his care for all six pregnancies and he did a terrific job! The whole staff is always caring and attentive!

Unprofessional billing team, they don t know anything about insurance, and if you start explaining to them about your rights they will hang up the phone. Make sure when you go there to understand your policy or you will have to pay so much out of your pocket.

I have been using this facility for years. All three locations are amazing. They have amazing staff. I just wanted to take my time and write a review, a employee Catalina took my phone call today and she was super kind and and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me with scheduling the appropriate appointment that I needed versus messaging back and forth on the messenger with vague responses from multiple people. Catalina, I appreciate you taking my phone call today.

My doctor was ok but I am not pleased with this office at all. I would rather drive to Arlington location don t waste your time in Mansfield. They will make you sit in the lobby for at least an hour just to call you back and tell you to go back out to the lobby again. No you don t understand my frustration I ve been dealing with your backed up office for months because I couldn t find anyone that late in my pregnancy. Now that I ve had my baby I m dealing with postpartum depression and I m here for help not to be swept under the rug. I know you have other patients I m not an idiot I can clearly see the overload of patients you have in the waiting room just so you can make as much money as you can off of people. You don t care about me as a patient I m just another dollar sign sitting in your office.

Dont tell people to drive down Clinton Rd. Its a residental street and you cant drive fast down this road. The gps wanted me to get off on Bowen Rd instead of Walnut Creek. Why the Bowen exit?? It was too early an exit.

Currently under Dr. Luck s care for my pregnancy. I m almost 38 weeks and I ve only ever been seen by her once. Never in my life have I experienced a doctor s office that over books appointments this bad. Be prepared to wait over an hour each visit.

Ive been a patient here for about 4 years now. Now my 14 yr old is a patient. She had an gyn appointment today but I had my 3yr old with me. I was told I had to wait in the car since shes over 18 months. Texas has been crazy hot these last 2 weeks and I felt I shouldnt have to sit in my car running the A/C especially when everytime I come the wait time is bananas. All for your appointment to last for 10 minutes. Any mother would want to be in the room with their teen daughter. Thankfully my daughter was more mature than me at the moment and told me she would be ok. But she later text from the room saying she was scared smh

I tried calling to schedule at least 3 times and could never get a hold of a person, so I requested an appointment online to TALK about getting my IUD out and family planning as a new patient and someone wanting to start off on the right foot to try and conceive. At that appointment I did not get to see the provider I request, I saw the NP (after waiting 1.5 hours past my appt time) who came in ready to take out my IUD. I explained that I was just there to talk and schedule labs etc. and get established. Her only focus was the iUD and taking it out and using scare tactics to get me to do it. I scheduled an appointment to have it removed and then they scheduled me with the wrong provider to remove it (they don t see each other s patients) and had to reschedule me, even after I called to confirm the morning of (I had to call as a DR because there are no options to talk to a human when you call). No one ever said a word about stopping my depression medication, or testing my thyroid (I stopped taking medication for it 6 no ago) or anything else. I felt like a number to make money on, I do not feel that I was treated as a person who was looking for care and hoping to starting out right. I do not feel safe having a child at OMEGA. They didn t start me off right, so how am I supposed to feel safe when actually pregnant. Bedside manners were awful, and scheduling is awful too. 0/0 will not go again.

Honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here. As a pregnant patient, I have already been here for 4 appointments. Each time the wait was super long, and one time it was nearly a two hour wait in the lobby because the doctor was running behind. I do have to say that Dr. Luck is a great doctor, but it seems like the clinic overbooks appointments. The lobby has always been pretty full and the wait time much longer that what is considered acceptable. (Especially for those of us that have to return back to work!) Every time I have tired to call the office for appointment questions or questions about my prescribed medications that were not called in by their staff, I was sent straight to the answering machine. They take several days to get back to you, if they even do at all. Its rare to have someone actually answer your phone call here. Its better to find a different office where you dont feel like just a number in a queue.

I have been going to this office for the last 4 months and I am very pleased with the services. Recently, I experience an issue with billing and Melissa called me immediately to get it resolved for me so that I was able to make my appointment. Dr. Oladell and Jasma were absolutely amazing. I experienced some complications and they both worked together to handle the situation in not only a timely and effective manner but also with compassion and empathy. Another thing I really like is that they offer an online portal that you can use to communicate and review your care summary, results, etc

I have been going here since I was 15 Mindy and Mandy both have been very good to me until my second pregnancy. I am a high risk due to my type 1 diabetes. I would have to schedule my days off from work just to get to these appointments at this office to only be in there for 20 minutes and then dismissed dr.luck definitely has proven that she doesnt really truly care about patients with high risk she had said thing in my appointments many times that didnt sit right with me multiple times. After this I Jace been very very displeased with the office its mainly the doctors I warn all of my friends who r pregnant do not go here Definitely malpractice happening here with alot of patients I see

Do not go here!! If you need help and are in pain they will not help you. They ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY and your insurance. I have been a patient for 4 years. I would go every year for my check ups. Nothing was ever wrong with my exams. This year in May I started experiencing SERIOUS abdominal pain and bleeding. I made an appointment and turns out I had a massive fibroid on my uterus. Why wasnt this told to me in any on my exams? Then the DR. only option was a hysterectomy. I left the office in tears, bleeding and extreme pain. They did not care about me. I could have died from bleeding too much. I ended up reaching out to a specialist for help because the staff at OMEGA did NOT HELP ME! They wouldnt give me medicine for the pain. I would never recommend them and will never go back! Zero stars!!!

Some of these comments I see in these reviews are irrelevant to what wonderful care the OBGYN, nurses, and staff they have here! 100% Informative! They are especially specialized in caring for woman that has had a miscarriage in the past to encourage them that they will help in anyway emotionally and physically speaking. I myself have been through one and I must say they have made me feel at ease. Ive gone through 3 OBGYNs! You will not be disappointed here at Omega! Thank you!

This pratice is very upsetting. I am 7.5 almost 8 months pregant . I tried to get a billing issue addressed. Instead of helping it is a lot a run around . I hope there pratices improve. So all the stress I am dealing with does not happen to any one else. Note from the husband it is very dishearting to see your wife break down in tears from worrywhile trying ti talk to thease people on the phone they are extreamly rude and will not listen to any one they obly want to hear themselfs talj and nit answer any questions. I am so very disappointed in the downfall of this office. I have been going here for 10+ years and love Dr Luck and NP Mandy but my experiences have been awful the last year and a half. I saw the NP for labs and never got results. Apparently I was in the old portal and they switched to a new one right after my last appt. Every time I requested results I was told they were sent and could be viewed in my portal. I could not get into the portal as it had changed. Then my results were not normal and I didn t get follow up. My next appt was scheduled in the old portal so when I came to my appt I didn t have one!! They never transferred me over!! Then I came in for an IUD replacement and was given a different one than I had had the last 2 times, that worked for me, without a heads up. I had symptoms I didn t have with the last one so I was irritated. I was told you didn t need a pap every year if they have been normal but then they called to tell me I m due after less than a year. Now I sit here waiting for my annual an hour and a half later than scheduled. I don t know what happened to this office but it used to be great. I hate that I have to change Drs after so long but the professionalism and communication is very poor.

Very disappointed with this location. They sent off labs for STD screening when I never requested this procedure and was just there for an IUD checkup. This hit my insurance and I was requested to pay for lab fees. It took me multiple phone calls and messages through the online portal. I was told they sent someones lab results under my name on mistake and to not pay the lab fee. This still does not correct the mistake done on my insurance, and I am still waiting on someone to call me back.

I went to this place for the first time, because of the reviews. I saw the nurse practitioner, which did my pap smear test. I received a call yesterday announcing me that I needed more tests done otherwise i could get cancer, straight away. When you hear that, you start panicking. Called them 4 times, no response. So I decided to go there and see a doctor. As soon as i got there, the receptionist told me I wasnt allowed there as I did not have any appointment. I explained her that i was scared and needed to know what was exactly going on with me. Someone called me explaining to me that i was a low risk but needed a colposcopy and a biopsy. As i am self paid, i asked them when do I need all of this if I am a low risk? Someone else responds back saying I was high risk. So which one exactly I am?? I called them this morning requesting my lab test. The lady told me she did not have my medical record. I then asked her, if she did not have my medical record, how did they knew I had this disease? She said she did not know. I asked to speak to a doctor, as i told her i am not going to pay thousands of dollars without understanding the process and whats going on. She refused it, she said she could only transfer to the MA. As for my medical record, her response was that she will get to it whenever she can. So basically i can forget about it. I honestly believe that they just want to make money out of people, and dont care about their patients at all.

Ok I will start by saying that I love doctor luck and I love Mindy, iv been with them for the last 10 years, but over the years things changed, to the worse, I call no one answers, I leave a message, sometimes they call you back, sometimes the next day, or not at all. The wait is long to get appt even when u have a issue. And now they are charging you and making you pay for your visit before you come in ( she said to avoid contact because of conora, but cash they accept she said ) so credit cards might have corona but cash doesnt? well you can bill me afterwards Sorry found a new doctor that when you call.......wait for it.......a real person answers, and gets you a appt right away, and doesnt ask for money before you see ur doctor.

Dr.Oladell is the absolute best. She is professional, caring and the sweetest doctor I ve ever had. She always answers any questions I have (no matter how dumb) and calms my nerves as soon as she walks in the room. I love her nurses as well. You can feel they truly care about you. She has a nurse practitioner Jasma on her team (she is just as amazing, makes me feel so cared about and makes you feel normal when you think your hormones got you feeling crazy). The front staff is a hit or miss and depending on which office you go for your ultrasound depends on how great the experience will be. I had an ultrasound back in January in Mansfield and the tech was so sweet and funny. I had another in Arlington last month and it just felt rushed. Thank you Dr.Oladell and Jasma for everything you all do! Definitely had made this 3rd pregnancy a breeze.

I went to my appointment for my first visit ever with Omega OB GYN. I had chosen location based off proximity to my home and google reviews. I had wanted a female doctor so I chose Dr. Oladell and boy did I Choose right. Even through getting bad news about having had a miscarriage I still had a great experience. Dr. Oladell was very comforting and answered questions I didn t even think about. Dr. Oladell turned my sad experience into a hopeful encouraging one and reassured me she will help me the next round in monitoring the pregnancy! I even told her I had such a positive experience and she told me that is what it will feel like every time and I believe it! The clinic did an amazing job during COVID to protect me and others and I m thankful knowing for my next attempt to get pregnant I m in good hands! HIGHLY Recommended!!

My doctor was Dr. luck. My mom and I called over 3 times yesterday so i could come in and let her check on my baby because i felt like something was wrong. Every time someone answered they said they were gonna give me a call back and never did !! Luckily, my mom rushed me to the hospital and i found out that i Dilated 5 cm and i gave birth to my baby early this morning. If it wasn t for my mom i would ve had to have a home birth because they obviously wasn t considered about me or my baby. I was also leaking fluid !! My baby could ve died waiting on them!! I will never go back again bad customer service

Omega OBGYN is a very professional office and I love my Doctor, NP, nurse assistants etc! They are always trying to help me whenever they can or if I have an issue with pharmacy, insurance or personal. I trust them, my Doctor. I looked up reviews before coming and all of them were high if not all 5 stars as well as her background and the kind of patients and situations Dr. Oladell handles which allowed me to trust and choose her after moving to Texas last year! I am so happy with my experience with Dr Oladell. I am so thankful I switched from my previous Obgyn to her and Omega. She is super helpful, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manor. Her support team are really great to work with. I also, had the opportunity to meet and cared for by several of the on-call other doctors in the practice when I was having my baby at MCA, when I had to go to Antepartum through out the labor and delivery to postpartum process: Dr Luck, Dr Boccaccio, Dr Pickle & Dr Storts. Due to some complications during the laboring and having to deliver earlier than expected, together with Dr Holley we decided on a c-section. Which was the best decision ever. I would highly recommend Omega obgyn!

Over the years that Ive been going to this doctors association has only gotten better Personnel are great with wonderful customer service and very passionate about what they do and pass that on to the patients As for the doctors in the group in my book and treating my body is only one and thats Dr Seligman. I love the personal care I receive from Omegas staff! They are professional, but personal and really do care about their patients! I have been with Omega for 22 years now and dont plan on leaving!

Dr. Oladell and her RN were so amazing. Knowledgeable and direct while compassionate to my personal needs. I came in after having a negative experience with another Gynecologist. This visit restored my hope. Wish I could rate them even higher because my experience was beyond great.

Dr. Charmaine Oladell, is simply AMAZING!!! Her bedside manner is a blessing. She spends her time explaining and answering questions in a way that you are able to understand. She has delivered my first born and will be delivering any other from here on out. The way she handles pressure is awesome , you will never know until after the fact. She keeps calm , thus this allows you to always stay calm. She is very knowledgeable, always goes above and beyond for every patient. If you are in search for a OBGYN, YOU HAVE FOUND HER!!!!

Ive been a patient for about 10 years. They were great at first but now they are a completely different office. When you call you dont initially talk to a person, then after you select your option expect your call not to be answered or to be on hold for over 20 minutes. When you call after hours they direct you to their website and give an answer that way. Forget about actually talking to a person! I was extremely sick with a migraine and pregnant and their response was to take Excedrin! I ended up having to go to the E.R. They no longer seems to care about their patients. I have currently been on hold for 30 minutes just to leave a message for a nurse!

Ive been going to Omega Ob Gyn since 2009 with Dr. Oladell in Mansfield and have always had a good experience. The staff is so nice and gets back to me quickly when i call with any questions. Dr. Oladell is amazing and I definitely recommend her. I am pregnant at the moment, she delivered my baby girl in 2009 and will now be delivering my son this fall, and each visit is super comfortable and all questions are answered.

The staff are curteous, knowledgable, and willing to help with any questions that you may have. Dr. Luck is wonderful. The only drawback is sometimes the wait time is longer than I think it should be as I have been stuck waiting for about 2 hours sometimes. But that hasnt swayed my desicion about staying with this doctor.

Omega as the friendliness staff from the front office to the Doctors. I see Dr. Gordon and Nurse Practitioner Gohel. The NPA is amazing she answered all my questions and talked me through everything start to finish. I will continue my care with them from gynecology to obstetrics
