First Time Ever Dealing with a Law Firm. Patrick Law Represented me and my Camaro SS Steal Package 2020 Edition. TO A HAPPY TIME Conclusion. I Had issues with this Camaro as far as me always having to drop off my Camaro frequently at The Dealership, so these issues could be fixed. Received a letter in the mail from Patrick law firm, so I read the letter, gave Patrick law firm a call and told him my experiences with my Camaro always having to be at the dealership to get fixed . After I provided all the paperwork from the dealership every time I had to take the Camaro to the dealership. I felt Patrick Law Firm, put me on a Lazyboy turned on the TV for me and I Witnessed the most Outstanding Oscar Nomination Performance by Patrick Law Firm. By them winning The Camaro Lawsuit.This was The Best Law Experience I Ever Witnessed so Google viewers, if you re in a situation like mine or any other situation, give Patrick LAW FIRM A CALL SO YOU CAN ALSO HAVE A HAPPY ENDING CONCLUSION

I had a call with Austin in October 2023 at the Patrick Law firm with some questions about manufacturer buyback versus filing a lemon law claim. Austin gave me incredible advice such that I was able to negotiate with Lincoln and increase the amount from the manufacturer buyback for my Aviator. Austin was patient, courteous, and so very helpful even though I ended up not needing to retain a lawyer. Hopefully I never find myself in ownership of another lemon, but if I do, Patrick Law Firm will be the first place that I call.

Awesome firm to have on your side! GM sold me a lemon Escalade in 2015 and I won the lemon law hearing, GM had it overturned, tried to get it dropped, then hired lawyers for the retrial, so I could then hire this firm. Then GM fired their lawyers, hired new ones, and the new firm wrote me a check a year after I sold the lemon back to the same dealership who were claiming at trial my escalade was salvage value. I dont drive GM anymore.

Craig Patrick helped me about 7 years ago. His response was very quick and professional. I had a vehicle that was a year old and had SEVERAL problems while under warranty. It did not fall under a lemon law claim. He went after the manufacturer of the vehicle and we settled on an amount that covered the depreciation of me trading in my vehicle before I was ready. He guided me to gather the information that would help us maximize our settlement. Thanks again for the help!

I was referred to Patrick Law Firm on a lemon law issue with my 2016 Dodge ram and constant and unresolved repair issue after going back and forth with Mckinney Dodge and there option of putting me in another more expensive truck I was over it. Called these guys and in no time and hassle at all was very pleased with the outcome I will refer these guys to anyone thanks again.

I am so grateful for Patrick Law Firm for helping guide me through the complicated VW Diesel Emissions situation. They kept me up to date with proceedings and helped me get a fair amount back for my 2012 Jetta. If I had taken it to the dealer, I would have only gotten a fraction of the settlement back. They offer amazing customer service and were extremely professional. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome and am so grateful for Patrick Law Firm.

My experience with Craig Patrick s law firm has been amazing. They provide world class customer service and I would highly recommend. Austin is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have that very same day ( I usually communicate through email ) but to get a response quickly with the amount of work they have on hand shows they care about there clients. Keep up the great work guys!

I will definitely recommend Craig Patrick and his team (Austin) to others who are dealing with vehicle settlements and lemon laws. They helped me with my VW settlement even though they are in Dallas and I am in the Houston area, and they were always there to help and answer any questions I had, and in a very timely manner. Even after my settlement I had questions and they still answered them with no hesitation. Patrick Law Firm is the best!

Craig Patrick and his team (Austin) were extremely helpful in getting my lemon law case taken care of in an expeditious fashion! I couldnt be more satisfied with the whole experience with this law firm. This is my first time reaching out to an attorney and I am so glad that I found Craig Patrick. I tried handling the lemon law case on my own for 4 months without much progress before reaching out to Patrick Law firm. A little over a month later, the case is settled and I finally can get this weight off my shoulders. Patience is not one of my best traits so I would regularly reach out to Craig for information and he replied to me within hours (even at night) EVERY time. We tried to settle with Chrysler after our vehicle had issues leading to the lemon law. They offered a measly 10k miles extended warranty. Patrick Law Firm gave the time frame of 90 days to contact chrysler and get a response. Less than 30 days later, they not only made contact, but were able to settle on a very reasonable cash amount that we were thrilled with. Contact was through email and phone and they stayed on top of my case like it was the only one in the state. Everything has been wrapped up completely with the check on the way. NO CHARGE TO US!!!! FCA footed the attorney fees! I would recommend them 10/10 times to all friends and family.

Im not sure what this other reviewer is talking about. I received a return call EVERY TIME there was a need for the Patrick Law Firm to share information with me, whether new info or updates. Even when the information was provided to me via email communication, they followed up with a phone call to be sure I received the email. In addition to that, he successfully resolved my lemon law case with Chrysler. They agreed to buy back my vehicle and pay the attorneys fees. After we received their first offer, Mr. Patrick said, No, thats not enough...my client deserves more! He reached out to them, and got me more. Craig Patrick and his firm are awesome! I was skeptical (of the process) at first. But he got me the results I wanted and I am forever grateful. Thanks Craig!!!!
