Nice looking place. Service was top tier. I can tell that you pre cook your shrimp and then toss it with spices instead of using actual seafood boil. for the same money I know a food truck nearby that does it correctly. Such a shame. For the price I expected to leave full, instead I could barely eat it. The Bourdain balls are good, etouffee was disappointing.

I went with family to celebrate a birthday and the service was awful. Most of us order from the broil menu. 15 to 20 minutes later the waitress told us that half of the items to make the broil they dont have. We were cool and we reorder off the menu the red fish with crawfish etouffee. Again 15 to 20 minutes later one of the managers shows up to our table and apologizes to us that they dont have any red fish neither. At this point we were Furious but didnt want to leave since we invested an hour and a half sitting down and ordering from the menu. At this point its already 9:00pm pointless leaving to go to another restaurant at this time. At this point we just asked the manager look man what do you have on the menu instead of what you dont have. At this point we just order whatever they had and ate it. We were super dissatisfied. It ruin the vibe of the birthday Gathering. Also the waitress was too transparent and talking too much. The location in White Oaks is 10 times better. Horrible customer service!!! I know customer service very and most people probably have a good experience just simply saying our experience.

Order Uber Eats and it took the Restaurant over an hour for a Togo order. All i ordered was fried shrimp and a bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo. I only ordered from here to avoid the drive to Pappas Seafood. This was BB s chance to steal some business but i will make the drive next time.

Mike was our server and he was on top of it! Its hard to keep up with our refills, but he did excellent. The food was FANTASTIC!! I would have licked my plate clean if I had the room. I got the salmon, Mexican corn, and Mac and cheese. Great place to eat! This is my third time here and they never miss! Thanks Mike! Kid-friendliness: Coloring packs with 4 Crayola crayons!! This is rare. And there is free ice cream sandwich with each kids meal. :)

This food isn t that good. Every time I eat there my food comes out cold. Also, they do not accommodate their customers when on the patio. So get this!!!!! I went through the drive-thru because I saw there wasnt a line at noon time and I was in a rush. I told this person I wanted two cokes without ice and one with ice. So this lady came back and I said how much is it? She said oh dont worry its on the house I was like what!!!! Never have I had this kind gesture happen to me. Kenzie was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable on the menu! She made sure our food came out on a timely manner so that we weren t overwhelmed with a lot of food at once it was timed perfectly. I had the Houston Restaurant weeks so much food at an amazing price. She even made the effort to ensure if we wanted another round before happy hour ended! So considerate. She stayed on top of our needs and request and made sure everything came out as ordered. Great service with a smile. Management (lucy ) even came to check on our table! BB s has so much more to offer than just crawfish.

Tonights visit was 4 out of 5. Jessica was straight forward but precise. Crab clustets were small and overcooked, as they stuck to shell. Crab balls fried shrimp were excellent. My family of 6 came through yesterday after leaving the hospital visiting a family member, the food was great. Service was slow, but understood because they were busy. I asked our waitress Kayla if we could split the bill to pay half in cash and half on a card, she said yes it wouldn t be a problem. It came time to pay the check, we were in a hurry as we had a 2 hour drive back home. I gave her $60 cash, and my debit card to split the bill. She ended up charging my card $120.58 and kept the $60 as a tip I can only assume ( even though we told her, that her tip was on the table). have tried to call them several times and can t get through. The service was good, but it wasn t worth $70 ($60 for the bill and $10 tip left on the table) in our own personal opinions.

The good part... the food was delicious and fresh. Our server Ryland was awesome! He was super friendly and attentive. The bad... the hostess was rude and surly. She seemed much more interested in her phone than actually seating customers. The place is very loud, so if you have PTSD or Anxiety Disorder this might not be the place for you.

I went in to get the ten-pound crawfish for fifty dollars. I remember going to this place. When crop season starts in the beginning, but now it seems like the crawfish arm o k not extraordinary like they used to be. I believe the water that they boil the crawfish in is not seasoned, and they have to pour seasoning on after the boil. I recommend they boil their crawfish in the seasoning. This year they let me down. Ill try again next year..

Show up early for events or special dinners, far earlier than you would normally. I showed up with my family around 9:30 pm, a little over 90 minutes before closing. I waited almost 40 minutes just to find out that neither of the two hostesses put me on the waitlist. After officially waiting for another 40 minutes, they tell me a table is ready but no server is available. It s 10:40 pm by this time. I ask how long will it be they tell me 10-15 minutes more. I tell them to cancel it since it s not fair to either my family or the staff to accept another group 5-10 minutes before closing. I don t want to fault any of the staff that was actually serving customers and trying to keep the restaurant moving, but it s hard to understand how two hostesses fail to see me waiting outside, realize they told me a wait time of 60 minutes at 9:30 pm and that I m likely not to be served until 10:50 at the earliest and not check at any point prior to the 50 minute mark and ask for my name. One of them even told me I was first in line to receive a table, not realizing that she was referring to an entirely different party (which was from my count a party of 7). Overall very disappointed with the communication failure from the people at front as it resulted in one of the most disappointing exercises in wasting time I ve been a part of. As for the food, it smelled great outside.

This restaurant frequently offers great Cajun food and good service when dining-in. A few of my favorites include: - The midnight masterpiece Poboy (downright delicious roast beef debris sandwich) - Bullet for a King poboy (Jalapeño, bacon wrapped chicken breast with cream cheese spread - South Texas Fire poboy (Beef Fajita, yum!) Bonus: the Lagniappes (Nachos with Red Beans and Cheese) are a very solid appetizer to setup for this very flavorful fare! All in all we re fans of this chain and find its flavor combinations quite delicious. We had an issue with our experience which was below the norm but the manager BRI (Big shoutout!!!) restored our trust and handled the problem with excellence and care as if the chain was her baby. Definitely would recommend frequenting this establishment

Great food but had even better service. While odd to have every employee including the manager passing by, to be courteous, nice, all about the people there and their service to them versus their minds elsewhere, was a very pleasant surprise. It was my first visit. My only wish is that kind if service not only continues but is of normal everyday habit there. That alone with their Great food of course, will keep me a faithful visitor and patron there. My order was to go as well and I was unorganized nor prepared but that didnt phase any of the 6 woman up front or that came up front all doing there job and or trying to help me. Patience.... theres something too you dont see often in a fast food restaurant although this didnt seem like a fast food place but more like a cross between that and a very nice restaurant. Restrooms were clean. Food came quickly and was delicious. Impressed actually and at the very least, it is an above normal place to even Kingwood to experience.

They tasted like a mass produced, flash frozen version, rather than the hand made ones we are used to getting in Louisiana. Our server didnt check on us often, so we had to eat much of our meal without drinks. We sat outside and it was so loud we had to almost yell to have a conversation. Over all, it was a good experience. Well definitely go back, but we wont be sitting outside or ordering the boudin balls.

We had a great experience at BB s! The oysters were big and fresh. We followed that up with some delicious crawfish, shrimp and all the fixings. Our waitress Savannah was super sweet with a big beautiful smile and friendly personality. Even though she had several tables she kept checking on us. She made sure we had a great experience. The atmosphere was perfect. I didn t have to scream to talk but I could still enjoy the music. I even met the manager Bri who I requested come to the table so I could tell her how amazing Savannah is. She was super friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back and sitting in our new favorite waitresses section. Buddy and I are both foodies and when it s good we become regulars. BB s gets the all around thumbs up

Super delicious! Fast service even while crowded. Also very respectful of my uncommon food allergy and assured us the whole kitchen would be notified and extra cate taken to prevent cross-contact. Despite the extra parameters, it barely delayed them at all and we had hot, delicious food in no time! Between the four of us, we got the Rockdale Redfish, fried shrimp, one of the Po Boys, and steak and kale salad --- sides were various veggies, fries, mac-cheese, and coleslaw. Absolutely everything beautifully cooked and seasoned. Highly recommend! Dietary restrictions: Kitchen made accommodations to ensure no cross contact with allergen: pineapple (despite multiple dishes including pineapple) Parking: You may have to park in an adjacent lot rather than the restaurant itself if its busy. It does have about 7 reserved spots for curbside. Kid-friendliness: Tons of kids around when we went, nobody seemed upset at that Wheelchair accessibility: Its a pretty new construction

My friends and I are huge fans of BB s Tex-Orleans, especially during crawfish season. We re there 2-3 times a week, always diving into 10lbs of delicious crawfish, loving every bite of both the Louisiana and Tex-Orleans styles. While the food s always been a hit, the service hadn t really stood out until we met Dakota. Dakota is simply amazing! He handled the busy restaurant like a pro, making us feel taken care of in a way we hadn t experienced before at BB s. He was super attentive, giving us great tips and even recommending a dessert that blew us away (and we usually skip dessert!). Big cheers to Dakota for making our regular crawfish feast even more special. We ll definitely be back, not just for the crawfish, but also for the fantastic service!

The crawfish this past Tuesday was horrible. They taste like water and were not seasoned well at all(all five pounds) . I had to seasoning them up myself to eat them. This is not what Im used to at BBs and I frequent here quite a bit. I hope they get it together.

Went for a pre-birthday dinner and at first it started off okay. It wasnt until I started eating the fried fish I ordered. Omg, it was still rubbery...yep, it was raw! The four shrimp I ordered were perfect! I ordered fried fish and it came with a side, I got dirty rice....horrible and dry! I also ordered four shrimp for $4.99, they were delicious...no complaint! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the cole slaw, the best Ive ever had...havent had much because I just started eating it. I also ordered corn and potatoes which was not good either, corn needed to be cooked longer. I told my waiter Michael, who by the way did everything possible to try and accommodate me. He was great! One of the other hostesses told him to show the GM the food, I would have thought they would have came out to the table and apologize...but Noooo! Guess its a new Era and no one does that anymore. Well, they did take off my meal and the added shrimp from the bill and Micheal also gave me a card for a free appetizer. I didnt even tell him I was celebrating my birthday. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location! Dont let the pics fool you because it looks good but it wasnt!
