I m so disappointed. Normally we go in to sit down and eat. Love the food when we have been. But, twice I have stopped to pick up on my way home and the food has been terrible. I don t eat rare meat so the first time I picked up and my burger was so pink I let it slide, I fed it to my dog. Today I just went through and even asked the girl at the window to do my burger well done. It took just under 30 minutes for my food to come out so I was hopeful it was well done. Get home and it s not fully cooked. I guess my dog will eat good again and I ll make do with cheese curds and tator tots.

Just left feeling disgusted because we found a hair cooked into an egg on my burger. The restaurant wasnt particularly busy, but our waitress was taking orders from a table near us. She didnt acknowledge us after our food got delivered, so my husband walked the burger to her by the kitchen. She took the food to the back but no one came to talk to us about it. So we left. Worst experience ever.

Let me start with the great atmosphere of the place and friendliness of the staff, just on point. My experience was great n funny, we order the Cheeseburger and the Sloppy Bobs. We did not put attention and use the Sriracha ketchup instead of the regular. Burger was so good that we eat it thru the spiciness and finished the burger all the WAY! We definitely coming back.

my husband and i absolutely lovedddd dining here. we loved it so much we ate here two days in a row. our first time trying was yesterday and we just had to come back today. the owner helped me carry my drinks to the car after paying the first day even tho i declined he insisted, i didn t figure out he was the owner until today. today we were so lucky to have his son as our waiter and he was so helpful with recommendations and even shared his own personal orders. i will definitely be dining here again. i didn t even take any pictures that is how good the food is. To the owner, if you just do happen to read this. we are the family that came in with their two month old son back to back. your son went back a told you all the good things we were saying about your food. we also had a brief discussion about you getting your food truck on the fort cavazos. your food is amazing this is the only place that i have found since coming to texas that is worth me spending $50+. this will not be the last that you see of us.

Pulled up ordered they overcharged me then did not tell me where to pick up my order I asked the girl what she charged me for she said I can speak with her manager I m like why I have to speak to a manager when you just rang me up. The manager comes outside to change the menu prices but I won t be back they charged $10 for a small chili fry ummmm noooo

This place needs to work on customer service with a specific female employee working Tuesday July 30th in the early afternoon. To tell a customer pull up front, youve got to perhaps put a sign over the WINDOW she claimed to not be a window. (More specifically, a working drive thru window) and avoid being snippy as she was to tell me with an attitude for future reference thats not a window so next time drive all the way around. Thats fine and everything but her poor attitude is where she went wrong. You can take your attitude elsewhere maam. That gives your place of employment a bad look and I believe they should look into hiring more friendly, professional employees. Forgive me that when Ive gone to this establishment prior to it being Cassidys grill (Billy Bobs previously), there was a time that they used that window to take receipt of the order you placed at the previous window. Not everyone will know this and perhaps Im not the first person this has caused some confusion. Needless to say, the shake was decent. Pricey, but much better than most local places.

Low rating due to not able to obtain a receipt after having 2 meals, 4 beers and an order of fries for $80. Dont get me wrong, the food is great, atmosphere inviting, our server was great, I just could not math out the final price for what we ordered. We personally will not be back, but if you go, please just make sure you keep track and ask for a receipt until you get one.

Casual atmosphere filled with the classic American menu, Cassidy s Grill, located just a tuck n nip off the beaten path in Killeen, Texas, is a hoppin dive for the lunchtime crowd. My first time to visit- I find myself entering a bustling, vibrant crowd of various ages and probable professions (or not!) and quickly find my colleague waiting at our table. No wait, no feel to rush..busy, younger waitstaff taking obvious care to serve the patrons..the service was 8.5/10. Bathrooms were clean. Being as busy as they were we waited about 20 minutes for our food. The waitress did at least have the courtesy to let us know it might take a little while. The food, we both ordered the same thing- cheeseburgers and onion rings- was average..nothing super duper. I am kinda picky about onion rings, give me the hand dipped PLEASE! These were not, but they sufficed nevertheless. The burgers were average size, maybe quarter pound? Pricing was good. Overall- Cassidy s Grill, for the cheeseburger dine-in experience, while not the ooomph! I can find elsewhere, left me just satisfied ok . Try it. The menu is much more than cheeseburgers. It just might tickle YOUR fancy. Parking: We had to park in the next door area..just a few more steps, not bad.

The food TASTES good, but why is it SO greasy??? How do yu even get burgers and fries to be that greasy?? Never seen anything like it before. Ive eaten here 4 times and each time it is so greasy. Last time was the cake taker though. My fries were very cold. They were so soaked in grease. I was eating cold hard grease fries. I threw up alot afterwards and couldnt even eat my burger. The employees are pretty cool though. Again the food tastes good its just ungodly greasy for some reason. If yall could figure out a way to make everything not be soaked in oil and grease then id love to keep eating here.. it just keeps making me sick :(

Went there today for the first time. We will def be back and bring family and friends. The owner was extremely careful with my dairy allergy. Much much appreciated. The burgers were awesome and my husband said the onion rings were amazing. He loved the shake too. Atmosphere was pleasant and staff were all friendly. Great selection on the menu. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a great place to get a delicious burger from. The staff is always friendly. The burgers are always top notch and you have to try their cheese curds. They are delicious. Please give this place a try if you are in the area or really feel the need to treat yourself to some flavors that are out of this world. They didnt have the fish sandwich available that Friday during lent but did have fish basket. I found it odd that a place that has plenty of hamburger buns couldnt pull that off for me but I didnt ask. The young waitress looked sincere and the place was busy. The catfish basket was delicious with just the right seasoning. I normally dont care for catfish. I was there with a group and I wasnt having red meat that day aka hamburger. I will be back there for one eventually though. They served multiple portions of fish on a mound of fries. It was really huge, enough to take some home. I highly recommend this place for their catfish basket whether you are a fan or not. I can only imaging how good their fish sandwich is, unfortunately. I may be back for that too, next lenten season 25.

Great food and good service. They made some recent changes and still need some time to adjust, but I think they did really well. Especially since the changes were only made about a week ago. First time visit! Nice atmosphere and great service. The staff was very friendly and helpful to all our questions. We ate dinner on a Saturday night and they were not crowded. Nice size dining room and a really long bar. This has to be my favorite burger place! Great food served fresh and hot! Looking forward to my next visit so I can try new things I ordered the Cheeseburger ATW= Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and mustard. It was very good. Burger was juicy and cooked perfectly! I also enjoyed an order of their Chili Cheese Fries. They were totally awesome! My middle grandson had the Double Texan - Mayo, A-1, Bacon, Grilled Onions, Lettuce, Tomato, and 2 Slices American Cheese with a side of Fries. I was lucky to get a photo before he chomped it down! My youngest grandson had the Double Cheeseburger - Ketchup, Lettuce & Pickles. He really liked it. My son-in-law had The Cowboy - ATW 2 Patties, 1 Slice of American Cheese, 2 Onion Rings & a Corndog with a side of fries. Said he enjoyed it. My daughter ordered The Big Weezy ATW with 2 Patties, 2 Slices American Cheese, Bacon and a Fried Egg and no bun on a bed of lettuce. She said it was awesome and one of her favorite burgers. I ordered a to go burger for my oldest grandson who is gluten intolerant. I got him The Big Weezy ATW with 2 Patties, 2 Slices American Cheese, Bacon and a Fried Egg and no bun on a bed of lettuce. This place is like a little hidden gem. We wanted to try something new out here and so we looked this up and decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. It s so cute and cozy inside, very clean, and the food was so good. We got some sides, Mac and cheese bites and mozzarella sticks and they were delicious! We also got a burger, Philly cheese steak, and there fluffernutter which was amazing! My husband is from Boston and they use REAL fluff! Everyone was so friendly too! Definitely coming back!

My wife and I have eaten there before and have enjoyed it. Today was my first experience with the drive through. It is not one I will try again. First was the wait time. I will say it was lunch time, but 25 minutes to wait for two burgers and one order of fries seems excessive. The big disappointment was the food. The burgers were tepid as though they had been cooked and set aside before they were wrapped. The buns were cold. Not cool as they were toasted and left out, cold as though they just came out of the refrigerator. The fries were room temperature. All in all, not an experience I wish to repeat. In fairness, our previous experiences eating in were fine.

Unfortunately, we did not eat here today. We did pull up to the building, got out of the car, and we were headed in to eat. Those plans were quickly derailed. We happen to love this place. Leading up to today, their service has been great, people are friendly, and food delicious! The reason we did not eat is because when we got out of the car, there was a maroon Toyota Camry in the drive up window with a dogs head sticking out of it. So we sat there a second, and noticed the employees were sticking their hands out of the window to pet the dog. Again, we waited, as we watched not one employee who petted the dog wash their hands afterwards! At least one of them was from the kitchen! We promptly got into our car, and left immediately! We are definitely not animal haters here, but that is extremely unsanitary! And if they did that today, probably not the first time, and wont be the last. The days and times we live in now, you just cant do things as such! Very disappointed, because we were looking forward to eating there today! You have to be very careful with things such as this. We and others may choose to dine at your establishment, but when we choose, you have lives in your hands! Youve got to be better than being unsanitary individuals. We as customers deserve so much more than that!

Went there tonight and the burgers were not great at all they were very soggy, the meat was not cooked all the way through to much pink meat uggh. Cassidys grill is billybobs bugers but a new name. The food is still just as good as it was then and the restaurant renovations are amazing! The facility are clean and the new paint looks premium!!! The staff is warm and listen. The atmosphere is welcoming and not bad for a sit down dinner. The food was fresh made to order and correct. My family and I were more then happy with our experience. Suggest the Philly cheese

Before Cassidys Grill there was Billy Bobs. The menu is the same however the taste is not. I usually get the burgers. Billy Bob burgers tasted like homemade burgers with toasted buns, tots or fries, red flash soda or a banana shake. I will say Cassidys is close but not quite there yet.

A spur-of-the-moment decision took us to Cassidys Grill. We had heard about the place several times especially about it taking over Billy Bobs and we never tried either place before but had to give it a try. You know we were hungry when the photos are taken in the car. The battered fries were perfect. Both burgers (one jr. burger and a BBQ cheeseburger) had great buns, were meaty and seasoned perfectly. I probably could have had more BBQ sauce on mine but we already know that we will return. The service was top notch and very communicative about the process. I expect a return soon to try the other menu items.

It wasnt as good as the last time that I was there. I was disappointed a bit. I ordered a steak sandwich. I will never get it again. I did not realize that it had mushrooms on it. I asked for no peppers or onions, and they followed directions. Not much meat on it without all of the vegetables. For some reason the burger on my roll was very small. It did not even cover the bun. I asked for extra tomatoes, did not get them. Fries are excellent! Milkshakes, soooooo good.

I usually love the place and would give it 5 stars. However when I picked up my phone order I was met with unnecessary rudeness from an employee. I pulled up to the drive-thru behind 1 truck that i saw was paying, expecting it to go quickly. When I waited 5 minutes and no movement, I backed up and parked out front so I run in and pick up my order. As I was going in an employee came and scolded me for parking in the drive-thru parking. I explained I had a phone order and asked if it was okay to pick it up. She turned around and walked away, refusing to acknowledge my question. So I went and parked, came to get my order, and was gone before the drive-thru truck got its order...I then wonder what the point of the rudeness or the need to engage me in that way for something that didnt change any outcomes.

Well it was my first visit its very hot time here in Texas and I came from were hoping to cool off a little bit and enjoy my lunch The air conditioning was pretty marginal in the fact that they have a giant port-a-cool fan tells me that its probably been in existing problem not just a one-day thing Food was okay. I really didnt take much time to study the menu. I decided to just have a BLT and it came delivered in a paper bag to the table and wrapping was pretty greasy Ill admit it was a pretty decent BLT. Now is good as I get it some other locations but I will say the price was also lower so Im not going to complain about it that way It was a difficult enough place to find I was following someone else and when they turned into a church driveway at first I thought they were lost anyway its kind of off the main road

I have been here a number of times, fries are just a bit on the salty side sometimes. Other than that, they make a wonderful burger-joint cheeseburger ATW. Expect to wait a few for a burger that is worth waiting for. I also have found their customer service to be top notch. Pleasant, polite, professional, down home folks. I m certain the kids (younger employees) make the sweet tea because it tastes like when we used to throw just a half cup extra sugar in when grandmama turned away. It s fabulous! Atmosphere is cozy (I ve gone in to order before). Definitely recommend.

They have a veggie burger patty that is delicious!! I got the BAR Burger with mushrooms instead of bacon. Fried jalapeño slices were a nice + spicy touch. Get a side (or 2!) of Yum Yum sauce Everyone working was very friendly and kind. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean Thank you, Cassidys Grill! Got the cowboy with the corndog on it. The burger was soggy by the time i took it home but i like how they dont use a lot of salt on it. It was so much pepper though that the food looked burnt and kinda tasted blackened. The chili is not as flavorful as it was before the name of the company changed from Billy Bobs. When a girl named Tessa worked here it was never gross food. Now they have kid-workers who are not keeping up with recipes. The Oreo milk shake was watery like it was milk mixed with cookies. It was disgusting because the texture was like of frozen milk that was blended into a milk slush. The fries had good texture but there was a small thin hair and a piece of fuzz on them. It was the worst food I had since they changed the name of this location. I miss Billy Bobs. Never eating at company now called Cassidys ever again in my life.

First time here. We just stopped by on a whim. The dining area was clean, and I liked the decor, really casual. The customer service was good. Dont let the pictures stop you from trying Cassidys Grill. It looks sloppy and messy, but thats some good chili! Its way better than what Billy Bobs was calling Chili. I appreciate the fact that the hot dog was split and grilled! My son loved the fries, and my girlfriend enjoyed her burger. She said it tasted fresh and not frozen. Thats always a plus! One of the workers actually followed us out after we left and wanted to give my son a mini ice cream cup just because. That type of service will definitely bring us back! My only complaint was my hot dog being in a clam shell, instead of a hot dog container, which smashed and bunched up the bun. Hot dog containers would remedy this and help with the presentation. Give Cassidys Grill a try. They are worth it. Nice atmosphere and great service!

Was sad to see Billy Bobs go, but Cassidys Grill did an amazing job taking over! I was extremely happy to see they kept key menu items and even happier they kept the homemade chili the same! Chili cheese fries and the Sloppy Bob are the main reasons we keep coming back! I recently tried and HIGHLY recommended the Philly cheese steak! Yummy Staff is amazing, food is great, and the dining area clean! Only downfall...a bit pricey if everyone gets sides with their entrée as there are no combos, just full priced appetizer sides.

I give 3 stars because I know the food is good and the people are quite nice. I take off 2 stars for the crazy amount of time spent waiting in drive thru. Since I pulled up, there was 2 cars in front of me to order, and same 2 to get food. Total time spent is now 30 minutes. I came here on lunch break to get delicious food, but unfortunately my time was not valued.

Enjoyed the burger of the month for March, the Lucky. Came with green chiles, jalapeños and guacamole along with bacon, pepper Jack cheese and fried egg. Where s the kitchen sink? You would think it s a lot, but it hit the spot, no bloated feeling after. The fries compliment it well. My better half has the fried pb&j which you can describe as dessert. Yummy. The macaroni cheese bites were also excellent.
