Great place for a party. We had my daughters 13th birthday party here. About 24 kids and 8 adults. Plenty of room for games, food tables and all. Theres a kitchen that really helps. It has a microwave which we used, a stove that we didnt use and a refrigerator/freezer that was great for storing cold items and ice. One bathroom. It was just the right size.
