Im giving a three stars Because the fact that My case Took almost three years to settle. And thats with Witnesses and the person that caused the accident admitting that she was the one that caused the accident. Over that time frame my attorneys have switched to three maybe even four times. And then they say well they have to file suit because apparently the other insurance company was giving them the runaround. And because they filed suit the percentage that the attorneys are taking are 42% the case settled in August but now apparently I have to wait for weeks for them to cut me a check. I had another case and that one settled within a year and a half and thats without Witnesses or anything.

I was rear ended while one day while I was on my way to lunch. And was injured. And Thomas J Henry took good care of me. My attorney that over exceeded my expectations and what I asked for was Curtis Fitzgerald and Eric Dominguez his paralegal were excellent. 3M Lawsuit veteran. Case was never chosen for trial and when 3M settled these greedy people took over 40% and ended up getting about $500 less than I did of a 10k settlement. I can understand 30% but give me a break made as much as I did and didn t do anything. Don t trust them. They do not return emails and use non attorney staff to call or talk to you if they do call. I still cannot determine which of their offices represented me. And never actually got to speak to an attorney. I am fine paying them for services but they would not negotiate the fee before or after contract signing. I wish I had went with Archer the lead attorneys but it was Thomas J Henry law firm that called me and asked about the case. That was how I found out. Anyway, not happy with the fact they get as much as I do of money awarded to me for injury. 30% okay but over 40 %!?!? Be warned. I have sent an email again in reply to the Response from the owner below and as of Aug 28 2024 have not had a response from Thomas J Henry.

This law firm is amazing! From day one after my accident my attorney Mr. Jackson went to battle for me. He worked tirelessly to keep me updated and informed with what was going on with my case at all times. It was very important to me because Id never been involved in a lawsuit before so I was very nervous and anxious. Mr. Jackson called me about once a week (sometimes more) for OVER A YEAR to keep me updated. Another thing that really meant a lot to me is how Mr. Jackson handled our interactions. Think about using Thomas j Henry twice before you decide I was t-boned in a car 100% not my fault 100% the other drivers fault I didnt get the treatment that I should have gotten Ive got passed around from lawyer to lawyer 3 years later they settle for $100,000 they give me 15,000 every thing from the beginning was not right I even asked if they would stop giving different attorneys from the beginning and just stay with one but not to give me Kyle Mathis I didnt think he was handling it right now Im still in back pain and neck had eye problems from the glass in my eyes the other person thats were involved they let them run all over me they never defended me while there attorney would interrogate me my attorney would just sit there and let them tell me anything they wanted without saying anything back to them this is been years and every day I still fill like it was yesterday the way I got treated still haunts me and every day and night I go through pain just reminds me of the accident put it this way if Thomas j Henry would pay everybody the money that he owes that they scammed you out of he would have to sell his Bentley his jet and his house and everything else

I was in a car accident back in 2021 and yet till now noting has been settled. Keep waiting and waiting. Then the deposition came and the lawyer told me that there will be no trial and settle day coming soon. The deposition happened in April and I tried to call them to get more updates but yeah almost 2 months they finally connected me to my lawyer. As I thought the settle day is coming but my lawyer said the insurance company dont want to pay what they ask and they keep the same offer as they gave me my wife 2 years ago and that would bring me and my wife negative of more than 10 grands since our hospital bill is so is so high compare to what the insurance company wanna pay. Like what you guys have done nothing. Nothing has changed in the past 2 years and now I still have to wait for them to figure out how can they settle this thing. All the wait the deposition and whatever has happened change nothing.

This law firm should be ashamed. I am a part of the 3M earplug lawsuit and one of thousands of military members that had our hearing damaged during our service, both stateside and in the middle east. While I am grateful for some compensation, I am OUTRAGED that the law firm took 42.5% ($3867) of my settlement for contingency fee, while only listing $85 for total expenses. I hope every veteran they represented writes this review as well.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THOMAS J HENRY. I contacted them over a year ago. 4 inexperienced attorneys later, I am having to settle for almost nothing. All I have to show for my accident and injuries are inflated doctor bills from a pill pushing pain management person and a chiropractor that put electrodes on my back( big deal). My medical insurance would have cost me 1/5 of this(I checked with them). Bottom line all this firm cares about are the multimillion dollar cases and the everyday person is ignored and pushed from attorney to attorney that does not even try to negotiate for you. I guess my back pain is not worthy of jet fuel for Thomas J Henrys plane or fir for a tv commercial.

My original review written few months ago was conveniently removed so I am reposting it again We were recommended this firm by an attorney who used to work there. From intake to present state of affairs, weve encountered unprofessional disorganized law firm which is too large and too disconnected from clients to handle their cases in the efficient matter. In a span of 6 months , my daughters case was handled by 3 or 4 different attorneys who would start working with us , then either get reassigned to another case or quit the firm (this place seems to have high turn around of attorneys - another red flag ) and we would have to start over because there was no hand off. One of the attorneys we dealt with , Alex Logan , was barely aware of what our case was about, but once he left the firm (abruptly and no communication provided to us whatsoever), he failed to upload the records we have forwarded to him and our current attorney had to request them again They have so many cases that they have NO clue who you are and what your case entails . They confuse the details of your case (like they kept saying my daughter was driving during her accident while she was a passenger etc) . They cc case managers (these people change too ) and paralegals , but you never hear from them unless you follow up . I imagine if you have a high profile or litigation case they can make lots of money off , they will assign someone more senior and have more consistency because they are invested . However , if you have an average MVA case , you are just a number . Huge disappointment, lack of consistency, poor communication and unprofessional delivery . AVOID! Here is what one paralegal from this firm wrote on Indeed: (May 5, 2023) (most a year later nothing has changed ): too much drama and disorganized system . People quit left and right . Clients and teams are constantly being switched around . Executives and management ! If are reading this review, this should be a wake up call for you. Update : I have since then contacted Client Support department via email to resolve my complaint and have NOT heard back from them to this date .

I cannot piece into words my experience with thomas j henry attorneys. I worked with Joshua Taylor which was an absolute disaster. My chiropractor never cracked a bone in my body I thought thats what they were suppose to do and about 6k went to them for just chatting with me 2 minutes every visit. Joshua Taylor didnt care about my injuries situation or anything. I have an unpaid hospital bill that I have a collection on which hurt my credit score a bit because of Joshua Taylor negligence. My case settled for about 30k and I was left with 6k from it. They are crooks they steal your money not half your money literally 80% of it and leave you in the dust crippled with a broken neck back and trauma. 6k doesnt solve anything to me doesnt give me closure. Choosing tjh after my accident has been the worst mistake Ive made. I demand my case be reviewed and re evaluated for negligence and I demand a proper settlement which probably wont even happen. TJH law firm is money hungry and they dont care about you or your condition. The more hurt you are from an accident the happier they are. I did the case myself literally I got almost nothing for my car which was valued at 20k or more and I got 2k from it. Its just a joke I handled it when they were suppose to and I was suppose to relax and they do the rest. RE EVALUATE THIS CASE

It took a couple of tries to get the right attorney but once we did, everything was so smooth. Michael Kagramanian and Bruno are simply amazing! Once they took over our case it took less than 2 months to settle! Love that they actually communicate with you. Whether it be them calling with updates or you contacting them and they actually answer! They negotiated the crap out of our medical bills and were able to get us the most money! October 16, 2023 offer coming in as of today $8.00. Eight Dollars....Worst Attorney/Lawyer firm experience of my life. Even compared to to my divorce/Bankruptcy cases after waiting over 2 years going through 6 lawyers 4 Chiropractors at First Choice i will receive a check for (I will update within hopefully 2 weeks )September 25,2023 ...The first lawyer was Ellen Gray after 5 months i called to wish her Happy Holidays only to be told she was no longer my lawyer which i had not been notified. I was told she got a promotion.The 2nd lawyer was Rawls told me a Demand letter had not been sent out i wasnt sure if it was important. There was Joshua Taylor a StaceyTrujillo a Jose Quiles every time i called he was busy never took my calls i felt like i was asking for a hand out he said we were going to mediation then no meditation then yes meditation it was a headache for anybody. And others in between. Then i was assigned Ms. Jaclyn who had to hear me vent about this whole horrible experience and she apologized for her coworkers. The Chiropractor office was far at 1604/Braun i cant even remember the 1st doctor the 2nd doctor wasnt there very long he was very unpleasant to be alone with. The 3rd doctor flew in from El Paso as much as she could. And the 4th finally was finally good at what she did i wish she was there from the start. And then there were times when there was no chiropractor in the office to see .I wasnt trying to get rich from all this but the estimate im getting is a joke Not even a Thousand Dollars....I should send Thomas J. Henry a fruit basket with rotten fruit.... Never again.... ...And Thomas J.Hemry Law firm will receive $12,000. The Chiropractor office will receive $11,000 after cutting the $27,000 bill they first submitted.... Thomas j. Henry law office made a mistake the final payout is not $660.61 it is $8.00. Maybe I should get dressed up like a dog for that Bark in the Park and try to win the first place prize of a Thousand dollars doggy costume it beats that $8..October 28, Nothing yet..November 3,2023 after much back and forth my Lawyer came through with a good settlement i had to fight for what i thought was right.Thank you Ms. Jacklyn............

We had a bad experience with a team from TJH. This we were disgusted with them on many thing but how disrespectful they were to us was bad. To make this story short, we asked to change teams twice. When they told us that they were not going to do that, we settled for a low amount just to get lawyers out of our lives.

Law firm able to get more than they expected. When I brought up concerns, Mili Sivadesan did her best to address them. The lack of 5 star is due to having to repeat information across 3-4 staff over time so I hope for more communication across staff!
