My name is Richard Overall and I have been connecting buyers and sellers of real estate in the Central Texas area since 2001. Through the years I have had the privilege of working for and with a large number of military families PCSing or ETSing to or from Fort Cavazos (formerly Fort Hood) as well as many military retirees who choose to stay in the area after their tour of duty ends. As a Central Texaas Realtor®, I have had the unique pleasure of working with people from different countries around the world, from nearly all areas of the country (thanks to Uncle Sam), and, of course, friends and family from right here in the local area.

Richard was a great help, I had a slab leak and he sent me in the right direction. Varune handyman came out, inspected the problem and addressed it immediately. 20 minute job- lifetime of peace. Not to mention; best realtor ever.

Richard has been with us from the very beginning of our home owners journey. He helped us find our first home, he and his team managed that home when we decided to rent it out when the military moved us away, and he helped us sell that home when we decided it was time to reinvest somewhere else. Each process was easier than the last and Richard made each transition smooth and stress free. He s even made himself available to us for questions or guidance after we sold and helped us find a realtor where we re going next! He is the BEST realtor to work with in the area and we re gonna miss him.

Richard was doing his job above and beyond the call of duty! He showed us in detail all the possible houses that could be purchased in his area of Killeen. Ive been a tenant for two years now and I am so impressed with Overall Realty. The team doesnt just advocate for the owners, but for the tenants as well. In my experience this is a rarity. Lived in an Overall managed house for the past three years and I have to say, they are the best property management company Ive dealt with. The front office can be a little slow at times, but the maintenance service is on point. They didnt charge us for any of the maintenance including a fence that was broken when a wind storm threw the neighbors trampoline into the fence. I just moved out and the move out inspection went off without a hitch. Anyone looking to rent a house in the Killeen area, I highly recommend you give Overall a chance.

Richard is the best, found our dream home in a great neighborhood while he was on vacation, called us to tell us the news and met the day he got back to look at the house and others he had found.. that day we put in an offer and 2 years later were still in contact with him. Richard and his team did a wonderful job assisting my wife and I to purchase our first home together as we relocated to the Killeen area! We enjoyed his excellent communication & responsiveness to any of our many questions, out of the box thinking & willingness to go the extra mile to find us the perfect home. We found our home in the foreclosure listings Richard made available to us & got it under contract without even seeing it in person. Richard visited the property on our behalf several times between the first viewing (via FaceTime for us) and closing day. I love this property management team. Theyre quick and responsive to complaints and anything that gets broken. Richard answers at all hours of the day and any day of the week! He even answered on Christmas Eve when something went wrong. They work with you as much as possible!
