Ive been to Healthcare associates only once. Everything was a terrible experience except for the doctor herself. The time it took to book an appointment, the office, other staff and the patient portal. I figured I would give it another shot. Ive called twice because the website says to book online, but it is not available for my doctor. The first call was 14+ minutes, and I was forced to leave a voicemail, which was never returned. Today took 19+ minutes to get someone on the phone just to find out Doctor Roberts is leaving. The effort to find a new doctor is worth not having to deal with this company.

I would seek other help. I got diagnosed wrong several times. They did not want me as a patient due to my constant pain. I have osteoporosis and have had for years. Pain goes along with it. They kept insisting I had osteopina. Other than 2 ladies up front, incompetent staff. The doctor has a terrible bed side manner. Shes just wants your money

Terrible service. Be aware, they charge you for things without even telling you. I used to go see Dr D Sauza and she was great and never had any issues. I had to request my refills 3 times and I sent a message to the doctor over a week ago and she didn t even bother to answer when I asked for an explication of why I m being charged for my physical when it should be a free visit.

If I could give no stars I would. I ve tried to give this place plenty of chances but everything about this place is bad. The doctor I saw did not care about any issues that I wanted to discuss and just dismissed it. She did however, tell me that she was a weight loss doctor that she can prescribe Ozempic, which I did not ask for information about and thought was odd. The nurses do not know any answers when you ask them,they are guessing. They do not get back to you with your results. You have to ask them.

This review is specifically for the on call doctor this evening Magdalena which by a quick search I assume is the PA for the bedford location but not sure. Extremely rude and unprofessional***. This office clearly has no regard for its patients. My mother who is 65 years old was seen today and was told she may have a broken ankle/foot, she was sent to the bedford envision location immediately after her appointment to get an x ray and dr vattakuti said to call back same day so they can review the results of the scan to see how to proceed further. So after waiting an hour to be seen, saying her ankle could be broken and promising results and a discussion by EOD, traveling to Bedford to get the scan done and calling over 6x to the office prior to 5pm with no answer, I call the after hours number around 6:30 and get a call back / speak to Magdalena. I have no idea how she could possibly have patients with the disgusting attitude and the way she spoke to me saying there is no x ray location in bedford and saying there is no way dr v said by EOD . I mean if you have someone with a broken ankle who you send home with no care and no follow up what can be expected for a serious complication that could come up? And this is how a medical professional speaks to patients / family of patients?Extremely frustrating and even when I told Magdalena that she seemed to have an attitude she CONTINUED with the same way of speaking as if she did not care and then HUNG UP ON ME after saying she did not know what was discussed and doesn t know where my mother was seen. I will be filing a formal complaint to corporate. I go to the southlake location with absolutely ZERO issues, they are professional and kind with timely responses and they answer their phone during business hours. If you are searching for a PCP I suggest you go there.

Provider Melanie is great. Id highly recommend her. She is attentive and listens to every concern and tries to get to the bottom of them. My problem is with everyone else I have come into contact with. My first appointment: it was an hour late getting started. After it started, I was directed to start tests, without seeing Melanie first, or given any reason why these tests were needed. After Melanie entered, all my questions were answered and she took me seriously. She referred me to get additional testing elsewhere. After that testing was completed, nobody called me with results as promised. I called the imaging location, who had sent the results a week prior. After following up again, I was told nothing had been received. I sent a message to Melanie and then suddenly all results were instantly available. My second visit: Melanie was great again. Referred me to a specialist with an urgent tag. The specialist is pretty backed up, so I reached out to see if my need is more urgent than the specialist has available and if I need a different referral. Its been a couple weeks and I have not received a response. I guess it is not that urgent. My third visit: I am having a reaction to something given to me, so I scheduled an appointment once again. The next available time (3 days later) is really inconvenient, but I scheduled it anyway because I have a burning rash on my face. The next day, I decided it wasnt worth the shake up of my schedule, so I clicked a button in the app to cancel. Nothing happened. The next couple days the appointment showed up in the app. Just to be sure, I called the morning of the appointment to verify since it was still in the app and the appointment was still scheduled. I said okay, see you then. After I hung up, I got a text and an email with details about my appointment. I showed up and now theyre showing the appointment is cancelled. So theres a nice hours drive and time off work just for them to have it cancelled after just confirming two hours prior. After 3 chances, I will be finding a new PCP. Its unfortunate because I like Melanie, but its not worth the extra headache.

Highly recommend Dr. Falaki as a PCP. She is attentive, remembers details of previous conversations and has a genuine demeanor. She responds at an alarmingly fast rate to refill requests/messages- very helpful as a traveling healthcare provider! I have seen many facilities around the HEB, and the office experience and practitioners at HCAT Euless are the best.

Do not go here!!!! Just another corporate arrogant doctor. From my first visit she dismissed my concerns and had an attitude. As a full time mom, student, and work I don t have the capacity to always take off an go in. I came in and was charged just for her to tell me to leave and throw the chart at the assistant upfront. I feel so sorry for her staff for having to deal with someone so bitter. Never coming back here. Oh and Dr. way to go to fall into the stereotypical doctors who don t care and judge patients.

I have no complain with Flo Tomasic, Ana and Susan. They are so kind and assisted me with my health and evrytime I have an appintment with them. I decided to switch Primary care due to ine person in their facility. Her name is MOLLY! She always adk for my payment when in fact I am not due anything! She does not check with billing before she announce to the whole clinic that I iwe $880.00!! I already complained about her but on my next appointment on July 16 she ask for my back payment again! I hope they train her again in Customer service and on how to check the billing of patients she does not know what she is doing. And whenever I go there she always present herself high and mighty even if she is not. Sorry to say all these things coz I am not a mean person but she really does not know good customer service and how to read patients billing.

I had difficulty with the usual patient portal as it didn t have an option for me to ask if okay to just be a walk in w/no appt, so I just went in and the receptionist found a slot for me, their new MD saw me quickly, wrote a script, and I was on my way in less than an hour! I thought that was good patient care! Prob didn t hurt that I was an existing pt of their NP Flo who was out that day but I was very impressed that they saw me anyway! The meds are helping too!

This visit was two fold. To make my primary, Dr Roberts , aware of my ER visit a few days prior on Sunday and the med I was taking for folliculitis as well as to address an eye infection that had developed since the ER visit. Unable to see Dr Roberts due to her having a family emergency, I was assigned to NP Flo. My appointment was at 1 p.m. After standing outside til 1:05 due to door being locked for Flo s retirement celebration, I knocked on the door. She said, I haven t seen you before have I? She seemed irritated, didn t appreciate that I had gone to an ER not directly in network , and barely glancing at the ER dismissal summary I brought, she handed it off to the CNA and asked her to make a copy and enter it into the system. She contradicted and completely discounted the diagnosis of the summary I verbally made her aware of that the ER Dr had assessed, saying you don t have folliculitis! Instead gave me a wrk order to Boardwalk Imaging for a Brain MRI. Looking for a tumor , she said. When I ve never known of any brain tumor coming through the scull and scalp to have a rapid onset, or to be improved with a few days of an antibiotic. Next being the only time she touched me, and putting my right arm on her left shoulder, which was the wrong arm for standard accuracy of blood pressure measurement as well as this position being above my head since I am a short person, she took my blood pressure. At the end glancing at my eyes. She resumed her seat at the counter typing into her laptop saying you have pink eye, and your blood pressure is high. Yes I was discussed at her manner, treatment and condescending unethical attitude! Without reading the summary or even looking at my head. She prescribed an older med for the pink eye and dismissed any discussion of my head, and head aches. Again, in less than 10 minutes, she put my right arm above my head on her shoulder and took my BP. Again said it was high. I applied the med she prescribed for three days. Upon day 4 with no improvement, I called to discuss a med change. The CNA returned my call and referred me to an Opthamologist. Dr Ighani, a great Dr. He informed me that the prescribed med was the problem. It was old and not used any more, he gave me an up to date drug in office, apologized for my mistreatment and that visit was wonderful! He also looked at my head! Actual patient medical care. I would not recommend NP Flo to anyone. Glad she s retiring and will refuse any offer of her as an alternative in future! As a 40 year dental veteran this experience was unethical, inconvenient, rude and unnecessary! Contradicting an ER Dr s diagnosis and refusing to even read the details of a report is treating without consideration of all the details. Why is she allowed to practice?

Dr Roberts is absolutely amazing but the staff here are rude, condescending, embarrassments to healthcare. Dont mess with this office. They have another location in Bedford if you need to stay in the HCAT system, just avoid this office. If you want evidence of how little they care, look at their canned response to any negative comment here. Its the same exact thing on every one. They dont even care enough to write a personal message, just copy and paste from the LAST complaint. Seriously, healthcare is way too expensive to overpay AND get treated like dirt. You gotta pick one.

I had an appointment @ 11 am. As per the call I thought the appointment was for 11:30 but found it in last minute in email for 11:00 am. I had to drive from Plano to the clinic and as per the GPS I could be there @ 11:20 ..I called the call center to explain the situation and they said they could not do anything for this and even refused to connect me with Euless front desk. So I arrived @11:21 to Euless Clinic. The front desk lady not greeting me back, saying she got my info from call center and would not let me see the doctor. I had a bad experience with that woman .. She talked to me in a rude way, while I m very sick.. As I m one of the animal brought from somewhere..moreover she refused to gave me her name or her manager name for escalation for no reason. I was talking to her for minutes trying to get the manager contact until someone else come to me and provided me with the info

This was one of the worse experiences I ve ever had at a doctor s office. First of all, I walked in and the first thing the lady at the front desk said to me was you need a mask. Ok, how about a hello? Has she never been taught how to greet people appropriately? When I finally got helped, another lady at the front desk told me I didn t have an appointment. I was very confused because I booked online last week. She said I was supposed to wait for confirmation. How long am I supposed to wait for someone to confirm a simple appt? I mean that should be a same day procedure. The woman didn t even say sorry to me. Needless to say, I was furious because I had to take off work for this appointment. Don t go here, there are a million other doctor s offices out there. Maybe the physicians are good, but the front office needs a lesson in customer service or maybe just needs to find a different profession.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I had to drive over 40 minutes to a different location just to be able to get in as a new patient, because the doctor closest to my location was booked 3 months out. I am very new to the area and I got lost on my way. The GPS connection was terrible. I was late 12 minutes, I tried calling on my way to tell them I was going to be late, but couldnt get through because apparently you can press 0 and nothing will happen, even thought the robot tells you to press 0 for any other requests. I walked in and told the lady I was late because I got lost, she was instantly rude, told me yes you are late. Told me I had to reschedule because the doctor wont see me if I dont have filled some sort of sheet that is provided on the kiosk that would take 10 minutes? Why do they have this super duper app that wont make you fill things ahead of time? I did everything requested. I did my best and even left early as to make it on time. This lady was super rude, not understanding at all, or caring what so ever. That made me get so upset that I told her that I will go somewhere else. I have never been to a doctors office where they wont take you in a 40 minute, mind you 40 minute appointment if you are less than 15 minutes late! I have been to multiple doctors in multiple states in the US and multiple countries! Dont go there, you will be treated like youre dumb and worthless, and your time is not valuable at all. No thank you!

I have requested for heartburn medication. It is more than 3 weeks still not proscribed. I have done my work by calling b/c for prior approval and they have approved it over 15 days ago but medical assistant doesn t know anything about prior approval she keeps on saying proscription was sent on 7 but Kroger says they have not heard anything from Dr. s office. Terrible place to be patient of. I have to change the Dr. Because of the carelessness of staff.

Dr .Flow Tomasic is very personable uusually but she didnt speak to me when she came in to go over my labs. She was more concerned if I had gotten the covid vac. Then told me she hoped insurance didnt go up because of the unvaccinated. Telling me of some old people that died because of covid. I will not take an experimental vaccine that I have researched and I dont want those poisons in my body. She didnt go over all my lab numbers or say anything about my bone density or EKG. So Im sending for my results by mail. Im looking for a new doctor, one that beleives in more natural medicine. I dont want to be shamed or coroused into doing this to my body.

Florence Oni (not Tomasic) is the worst medical professional I have ever seen. On October 29th I saw Oni over video chat and was prescribed a medication. It took me over two months (on January 5th) to receive this medication. She did not sign the prescription, so my pharmacist attempted to contact her multiple times but failed to reach her and ultimately cancelled the prescription. Over the next month I called customer service 4-5 times and was repeatedly told they would contact her/her nurse/a different doctor to get it filled out. Then they told me she put a note December 6th that SHE HAD NEVER SAW ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. My health insurance was billed on October 29th for our visit. Is Ms. Oni the most forgetful, hard to reach, unreliable employee that she absolutely cannot be reached or respond to any contact for over a month? That by the time she DOES respond, she s forgotten the patient themselves? When there are paper trails of bills, a failed prescription, all the numerous attempts to contact her, logged notes and conversations with customer service, and clear evidence of an appointment over a month and a half ago? How immensely insulting and frustrating it is to hear that. The last thing I want to hear is that the practitioner themselves is SO incompetent as to deny ever seeing you in the first place. Rinse and repeat. I called customer service an additional 4-5 times, each time being told something placating, that they would figure this out. My pharmacist again attempted to contact them multiple times to get missing prescription info. Finally, after calling and being told that Mr. Joseph Bonsness would take a look and try to get it done, I received my prescription on January 5th after 2+ months, 10+ calls, and 20+ minutes waiting on hold each time. Thank you to Lydia, the wonderful customer service rep who, out of those I spoke with, most made me feel like she was striving to get my situation resolved. Thank you to Joseph Bonsness, who was courteous and professional and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable & taken care of during my actual appointments at this location. Thank you to the staff at this location the nurses, the ladies at the front-desk who would have otherwise made this a 5/5 rating. I ve had otherwise excellent treatment here, but I ve also had months of an unfair, rage-inducing, and frankly poisonous and anxiety inducing experience in dealing with this frustration. To Ms. Oni: your lack of attentiveness, accountability, communication, and responsiveness are shameful. You dismissed valid concerns I brought up about the treatment of causation instead of managing symptoms. You recommended Ambien with a combination of Benadryl to help my sleep issues, and were dismissive when I brought up a possible sleep study or concerns of sleep apnea. You wrote me a faulty prescription, then avoided accountability for months while I struggled to obtain a properly filled out prescription. Am I the first patient you ve really treated this way? This is not an honest mistake it is continuous and persistent negligence. You ve had an overwhelmingly gracious amount of time to fix this problem. Yet throughout the various attempts customer service made to contact you over two months, you responded to only one with a brief note that you had never seen me. What absolute, infuriating nonsense. In no way would I recommend any patient at this establishment to ever voluntarily see Ms. Oni, especially when there other high-quality professionals available here who will treat you with the competence and compassion you deserve. I am absolutely furious that an otherwise fantastic place is stained by a lack of care and quality on Ms. Oni s part. Your carelessness is appalling and you ve created a distrust in those who practice medicine but don t really care about their patients. You, as a medical professional, have failed me as a patient.

Initial visit was very positive. Unfortunately I am completely frustrated wit the administration of this practice. Unable to make an appointment online and have called three times and each time been told I would receive a call back and nobody calls. I need to make an appointment to see my 94 year old Mom who is in a nursing home and need a Covid test. I figured my primary care physician would be the best bet. I appreciated Dr. Bonsness but it seems like theres no way to get through for help to make an appointment. I guess Ive got to go find a new practice. Oh - and the number for their Euless office is the same as for the Bedford office although the greeting says youve reached the Bedford office. Now the hours for the two locations are different and although the Euless office is supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. Tuesdays theres no way to get hold of the Euless office because the number seems to follow Bedfords schedule. What a mess.

Been using them for my primary doctor needs twice a year for almost 10 years.. Have a high temperature and chills call and get an appointment to check and see if I have Covid I get tested comes back negative they sent me a bill for almost $500 and charge my insurance company $1900 for a Covid test.. I could ve got tested anywhere for $200 to charge $2400 for a Covid test ridiculous they have lost my business

I went in for a general check up today and ended up not being seen. This was supposed to be my first visit. Ive been dealing with seasonal allergies, which I tried calling about numerous times previously to the visit to find out their procedure, but nobody ever answered the phone. I tried calling again as I arrived and was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I finally walked in and started filling out the mandatory Covid forms after receiving a temp check showing no fever. I answered that I had a cough and sore throat, and the lady at the front counter started acting very snidely and rudely towards me. I explained they were seasonal allergies, and she said I should have called first. I told her Id tried calling numerous times with no answer, and she said Oh, weve been very busy. She then said We can only see WELL patients. I explained again that I had seasonal allergies and was waiting on results from a Covid test to be responsible, but I didnt have the virus, and reiterated that I didnt have a fever either. She then told me I couldnt be seen, which is understandable, but she said the next appointment she could get me was in THREE WEEKS. I explained that I needed to get a refill on a prescription that helps me function normally daily and I couldnt wait three weeks to have it refilled. She then told me to try contacting the doctor who originally prescribed me, to which I replied theyre two hours away, and it would be ridiculous for me to drive two hours to get a refill. She basically told me then that it would be someone elses problem but to call back when I got my covid test results back. I understand not being able to see me then, but answer the phone so I dont waste my time, or at least be accommodating if you cant take me that day. This was a horrible experience for a first time visit, and I went home in tears because of how rudely I was treated. I will never come back here and will find another doctor in the Euless area to be my PCP.

I had difficulty swallowing, so I made an appointment as soon as I could. I went to the Euless office, which is now set up as a Covid clinic. All staff wore protective gowns and respirators. They efficiently tested me and referred me to my dentist for further consultation. Staff was polite and efficient. James did a great job explaining my treatment options.

Afterwards he gives his opinion on what should be done to take care of your medical needs. He then makes sure you have no more questions. I feel that Joseph needs to study a little more and listen to what your patients have to say. I came in to be tested for Covid and my results were negative. I tried to tell him my symptoms and that I had a fever. He sent me home and told me to take tylenol and drink fluids. I called back 5 days later to tell him that I still have the fever and I need something else. His response was the same as before. Take tylenol and drink fluids. I had to contact my doctor and he prescribed me antibiotics and said to continue with the tylenol and fluids. Its sad that in this time where everything is going crazy that if youre just a PA you should take the time to acknowledge your patients needs and consult with a Doctor to see if what you are recommending is the correct answer. I will not go to the euless office ever again. Ill go to the Bedford office where I know that Ill get the proper care.

I always go first thing in the morning, so I can t speak to the wait time during the day, but they always get me in and out in a timely manner, but that is not to say that Flo doesn t spend enough time with her patients. She does. She listens, she asks questions, and she seems to genuinely care. I never feel like cattle in her office.

I can honestly say that my experience at the Euless clinic was awesome. Flo Tomasic always fits me into her schedule whenever my PCM have a full schedule. Flo is so experienced and great at her job. Flos bed side mannerisms are superb, caring, and loving. She goes out of her way to make you feel better when you are ill. Flo knows the right medication from her diagnosis to get you to feeling better almost immediately. I appreciate Flo and her staff for being a Supreme Team. As we speak I am getting over a sinus infection now thanks to Flo. There are no stars to rate Flo because it doesnt do any justice to her superb knowledge. She exceeds all ratings.
