Tried Freddy s for the first time I had the grilled chicken club. The sandwich was great very basic but so with lots of flavor. A+ for their customer service everyone was so nice and happy on top of fast service during lunch time. My food tasted fresh and it was hot like it was just made. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Started eating before I could take this picture. This place is absolutely amazing and I m sad they don t any where I live. The food comes out very fast and it very fresh. The grilled chicken sandwich is cooked perfectly and tastes very fresh. They give you lots of fries which is just a great bonus. The fry dipping sauce they have is a must as it s very good. Check this place out if you re in the area. Parking: But parking lot outside this place with upwards of 50 spots

7/31/24- we went for dinner around 730ish. Moms friends ordered that prime rib burger and asked for an extra patty but gets told that they cant do that because thats not how their made. Lies. If Im paying to have something added then it shouldnt have been a problem. My mom ordered a party melt but it was on regular bread and barely toasted. My fries were literally thrown in the bag. At the window, the guy was rude and didnt give us the receipt. Then ignored us after we honked several times to get his attention. When we got home, both sandwiches looked like they were thrown together in the dark. Im not happy with Freddys, we pay too much for this lack of care. They changed their hot dogs. Still so beef but not the same.

Can you find what s wrong here? Honestly, thought I was specific enough with my request. They can t say they didn t know. As with most of my orders, this was picked up so they don t physically check the food. I don t have the freedom to simply go and have this corrected. The EXACT SAME THING is ordered every time. This is probably the third time there has been something incorrect with my order. The disappointment is real as I was looking forward to enjoying this. Now if I m able to complete it, I will gag with almost every bite where the onions touched

What a cool place our kids just moved here from Germany. We ve never been here and the young lady at the register her name is Amazin was great. Very knowledgeable about the menu. Lotta patience for all six of us service with a smile just all around fun place the custard is amazing. OK when I get our stuff, I m gonna take a photo and put it in front of those after Tuesday or after Saturday Saturday and Monday will have better idea when your dad can leave one thing at a time first that s getting dad in and get your vehicle at the airport, so you can maximize the time there I ll drop them off at the airport then OK that s OK

The one and only time we didn t check our bag they managed to mess up our order. We asked for a PLAIN #1 with no cheese, I made sure to let them know. Just the meat and bun! They still managed to put cheese on it. Update: I really hate being a Karen but I m a frequent customer and when I went back up there to let them know about my order they didn t even apologize and when the lady handed me the burger she had a small attitude, as if she was the one with the messed up order. I m really upset with the service not the food quality but the customer service needs to be better. Freddy s was our go to spot for burgers but I don t know when I ll return after this exchange.

I just have to rave about online ordering and pick-up! WOW! Fast, easy and always exact on pick up time. The workers are always so friendly and the food is always fresh and on time. My favorite option they provide is remove bun and make it a lettuce wrap! The absolute best. Never have to wait whether I am going drive thru or pick-up from online order! 10/10 from customer service to delicious and freshness!! P.S. their onion rings are my fav!

The one thing that I can t stand more than anything else is that I have to pay extra for something like a cup of cheese. Not that it s a lot it s only .75 cents but regardless I HAVE ABSOLUTE DISTAIN when I pay for it AND I DONT EVEN GET IT! So Freddys just stole .75 from me in the drive thru. Me and my family just moved to Killeen from Georgia and havent been to a Freddys in years. While ordering our food at the drive thru, we took our time looking over the menu and we didnt think it was an issue. We ordered our food and proceeded to head to the drive thru window. By the time we pulled up to get our food, I was downloading the App. My husband told the person at the window I was downloading the App, but I told him its okay to pay without the App because it was too late. After paying, the employee left the window open and spoke horribly about me and my husband. How we took our sweet time and how my husband had the audacity to say that I was downloading the App. We heard everything. Upset and embarrassed, we grabbed our food and looked inside the bags to see if we had everything. The employee and his co worker looked at us with an ugly look as if we were doing something wrong. I have never had such a horrible experience with any other restaurant, other than this. Is this how Freddys serve their customers? We also were missing medium sized fries. I have tried calling the restaurant multiple of times, yet Noone answered. I will never return to this establishment and I will let my friends and family know how horrible this place is. Such a shame. I also reported this to corporate. *To add on, my daughter has a peanut allergy (which is severe) and its hard to find any other place that doesnt contain peanuts or peanut contaminants in their food. This was the reason for coming to Freddys in the first place.

I had never been to a Freddys before I can only say it was a great experience The burgers were small but somewhat feeling and quite tasty The staff was very friendly The manager was really cool they messed up on our drinks and keep give them to us on comp he even told me not to leave the drive through window while I waited took about 45 seconds and he was back with drinks and hands and I apology I will always go here if I want something quick and tasty like Freddys five Stars

Finally got to try Freddy s for the first time today. Food was overall ok. I ordered the jalapeño pepper jack burger with a chocolate malt. Very messy and fast burgers which is what I came looking for. Just not flavorful and the chocolate malt was ok. You pay for what you get but what definitely puts this place in the running as somewhere for a quick burger is the awesome service! Thanks for the meal!

I m here eating my dinner. Ordered a Freddy s double patty melt. And the photos of what I considered three half pieces of bread with smashed single patties. It sure doesn t look anything like the one shown on the menu. Am I been cheated by the kitchen cook? Manager should be on top of the kitchen employees to make sure the product is up to standard. I took my young Grandson to Freddys a couple of days ago. My Freddys Original Combo was great and made to my order. However, the Kids meal we received had 1 tender & the other was smaller than a nugget. Both were overdone and too hard for him to eat; I had to peel off most of the crust. When I asked about the portion, I was told thats a Kids Meal. For $6.29 that was a very small portion, not to mention, it was too hard to eat. When the picture on your Menu shows 2 full size tenders, fries and a drink, it is what you expect to receive. I love Freddys Steakburgers, but this was a disappointing visit. Kid-friendliness: The Kids Meals need to come as you advertise, not overdone or very small pieces.

Bug found frozen in the ice from one of the drinks. Only seen once my daughter had drank it. Management said sorry that happened and asked if i could tell what kind of bug it was. Shes in hopes wed consider coming back to see them. Maam it matters not the kind of bug but that theres an actual bug frozen in the ice from your facility.

My son from out of state loved this place. He says it is one of his must stop places to eat when he visits. The food was so darn quick AND freshly made. The stream was still coming out of the burger!! It was delicious. I wish the fries were just a little thicker but they were good. The onion rings were great too! Will definitely go back. First time at a Freddys, would probably come by again. The staff were all very friendly and explained the menu to us, did not feel like a nuisance. Food was prepared quickly and was tasty. Got a double California style, fried chicken sandwich, and a grilled chicken sandwich. All of them tasted great, though thier burger was the best. Also had a side of fries, they were shoestring, crispy, and seasoned well. Overall good experience and would likely come by again.

I normally dont have any problems when I come here to eat, but today well that was a different monster in itself. I dont understand how, if it is on the receipt, ** NO ONIONS why would you still put onions on the burger? I wouldnt be upset if it was just a small mistake, but this was a careless mistake that could have potentially cost me my life... I am highly allergic to onions and when I open my box and get hit in the face with a strong slap of onion aroma, that isnt to comforting to me. After talking to two managers, the general manager was very polite and courteous while taking care of this situation in a professional manner.
