Clean and food was good. The people there were funny and pleasant and service wasnt a nuisance. Waffle House in this area is under rated. Not a cigarette one in this restaurant. They do their own dishes and roll their silverware like anyplace else, only you can see them do it and confirm its clean if timing is right. Grill was clean and cook washed his hands right in front of us. Love this place. Oh, and the prices arent jacked up like a Dennys or IHOP. Love me some WH.

J amazing cook and Raven amazing server. Great customer service skills from THESE 2.. The manager name Grant or Jared cant remember but he is new .. should never walk from the back and not greet your customers when you only have 3 in the restaurant. You need to lead by example. Your crew shouldnt have better customer service than their leader. You should lead by EXAMPLE. YOU LOOKED DEAD AT ME AND DIDNT SPEAK OR NOTHING.

I ordered a to go order, which too forever. Once I got to my office, I realized first that they gave me grits and in my order, I ordered hash-browns. Then I go into eating my scrambled eggs w/cheese only to bull up a fork full to find a short black curly hair in my eggs. They have no way to contact them, well they do by pressing 8, but the will not answer. That was so disgusting and I will never order, nor eat at this location again.

The manager, Grant, decided to change out a filter in the ceiling, dropping all kinds of dust and dander into the waffle battle AND standing on the counter. He also aggressively reprimanded one of the workers with no regard to us sitting there, eventually pulling her to the side. The staff was really friendly and courteous. They made sure that we were taken care of.

Normally a great experience at this place but the waitress (star) was awful. Barely talked to us. Forgot the waffle. Then burned the waffle. Didn t offer any sort apology. We waited 20 minutes for a waffle. The rest of my food was cold so I didn t even get to eat warm food. Her name is star and her service is literally one star. I love Waffle House but I will walking right back out next time I see her working. $27 for cold food and less than one star service.

Horrible service at this place Waffle House 1613 W Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010. Floors dirty, no acknowledgment, slow sense of urgency. Floors were filthy and dirty. Clean up the place!! People are eating here!!! Before even getting served, me and my party of six got up and walked out. Can not imagine how horrible the food would taste with this poor service. Beware of poor service!!! Better chance at IHOP. And the Waffle House Im speaking on is located at 1613 W Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010. Trash!!

Everyone was very friendly and our breakfast was delicious. They have the best waffles and good coffee. Kid-friendliness: I took my 5 yr. old grandson out for breakfast and he normally doesnt care for eggs. His meal came with a scrambled egg and he ate every bite, he told me he was going to get more of those next time. We both enjoyed our breakfast.

I asked for my syrup heated. I have always asked for heated syrup and had no problem. I was told they dont heat syrup.Ok. I overlooked that. However the music was window rattling loud. I listen to a variety of music and wasnt hating the music however we couldnt even hear each other talk. When we asked if the music could be turned down a little our associate went to another associate behind the counter who said just tell them we cant control it. They really didnt want customers so we ended up leaving. And now we will not go back. Their service level is below 0. And the whole place was covered in trash and dirty tables.

This is my go-to place for breakfast and this location usually has a great grill man. I especially appreciate how nice the waitress Destiny is. The only negative is how loud it can get in there when its crowded -- but hey, thats any WH ya go to. The night grill man has a tendency to play his music waaayyyyy to loud.

Didn t want to leave a review but since they no longer answer the phone here goes. I ve eaten from the location (to go) about 3 times all within months apart and there hasn t been one time that they ve actually gotten my order right. The inside is always packed which means they ve gotta be doing something right. But it s disappointing when I pay for something and get home and find out that it s not what I ordered at all. The staff can t be that busy that they can t read an online order and get it wrong every single time. I love Waffle House but I think today is the last day that I ll spend my dollars here. For the to go fees, you d think I wouldn t need to check my order before I leave the building. Very careless staff you have here.

We love coming to this Waffle House. The food is always fantastic and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the cool old school soul music that the young chef played, but they recently stopped because someone complained. It was such a great atmosphere. Still good but no soul and no music. The food and service was fantastic. The seating not so much. Most waffle houses are small, but I was caught off guard with how small the booths are. Be mindful of this if youre eating with a group. You will definitely be rubbing elbows, arms and legs. Luckily, I love the group I was with :-)

Friendly and efficient staff. Ive hardly ever been to Waffle House but have been very disappointed with a couple of competing chains lately. Waffle House is now at the top of my list though. Something that I especially liked was that there is a 2-eggs, toast and hashbrowns breakfast with no meat for about $5. My wife and I each had that, and then we split a waffle, which was delicious and sweet even before I put syrup on it.
