Think twice about hiring. I never met my lawyer, was told 2 very different things, I always had to call them and never gave me the right information. Went in to give a payment, they didnt even know who I was or anything. Save your money and do your research before you hire! I have filed a grievance.

Amazing work, very professional and awesome work ethic. I was always treated with the utmost respect and was always kept up to date on case progress , I felt taken care of and not once doubted outcome. Great customer service from staff.Would hire again without thinking about it . Highly recommend. Wouldn t doubt God them in my path when I needed them the most. Will always be grateful and thankful. WORSE attorney I ve ever experienced! Staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not help or provide any information whatsoever. They take their time on everything EXCEPT trying to collect payment. Lawyer didn t even know one thing about my case when he showed up to my court. I had court 1 month ago and they still can t provide me with my court orders or any info on my case. SAVE UR MONEY AND UR TIME, DONT GO HERE

The problems i faced are 1. Poor legal information that will lead to lose your rights 2. Poor responses. He will respond to money request and refuses refund 3. Most likely he was cooperating against me with the other side attorney 4. Meet you very minimal and useless when he meets you 5. His input added 0. One time told me oh because you all dont get well together we agreed on this ..without consulting with me if i agree 6. He will by pass you and do things you dont agree on basically screw you over 7. His office will not accommodate appointment only limited time to his availability otherwise go to hell 8. You ll get supprises you dont know off and too late to fix 9. I sent many questions to his office and hisvemail i have copy i can share he ll ignore you as if you are not existing . He csn act very cold while you are on fire nerd help ..he kind of watch and you feelbhelpless 10. I read some google legal advices google was much better. As well some friends. I regret the money i paid i got minimal to no benifits. His goal just to collect and listen and fill some paperwork you ll get very poor and weak representation.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM EVER!! I initially was going to say dont use this firm for more than a $5 debt owed to you. But that $5 may be very important to you. I read all the reviews and there was only one bad review. But that seems to be the only real review out of them all, because it is EXACTLY what I experienced in a totally different court case. The DAVID CAZARES firm gave my case to the attorney TIM DAVIS (a matching review will be there). I thought this case was a slam dunk. I had police reports and text messages to prove what was happening with my babys mother. He didnt enter a single thing for evidence. As a matter of fact, he never even decided to meet with me to go over the case until 15 minutes before the hearing started. I was only speaking to the secretary for the two months before the hearing. Yes TWO MONTHS of just sending them material that should be presented to the judge, but wasnt! After hiring TIM DAVIS as my attorney, i am worst off than I was before. Pre hearing, she was holding him away from unjustly, now she has 95% of the week and getting paid for it. Even though EVERYTHING about our lives was exactly the same, she was awarded our son. All you need to do is lie and have the other lawyer not say a thing about it. Part of our case was mediation. When the mediator heard I was representing myself from now on, she suggested I get a lawyer again for the rest of the hearings. I told her, that I tried that already. She stated to me BUT YOU HAD TIM DAVIS! I said what does that mean? She stated WELL HE DOESNT REALLY FIGHT THAT FOR YOU, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT. That is what another lawyer said to me....! So now Im telling you. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!

The attorney I hired, Timm Davis, handled my divorce. I did not stress over anything. He took care of it all. I am now divorced. I recommend Mr. Davis. He was very professional, he answered every single question I had. He personally answers your emails. It was very great having a lawyer who handles everything and communicates with you so you dont feel any stress and youre aware that theyre doing their job. Timm Davis is one of the few attorneys that will actually call you back and actually handles the cases himself. Timm Davis is patient and takes time to listen to your case and Timm Davis is always properly on time when going to court. He is by far a great attorney. I highly recommend Timm Davis. You will get your monies worth. If you hire him you will get the Attorney HIMSELF. Not an assistant, the attorney HIMSELF. You cannot go wrong with Timm Davis.

ATTORNEY TIMM DAVIS JUST WARNED ME THROUGH HIS ASSISTANT THELMA SEGURA, THAT IF I TRANSFER OR LOOK FOR THEM, THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER, I PAID HIM $1,500 DLL IN MAY 2017 FOR SERVICES, HE DIDNT PUT THE LAWSUIT IN COURT AND AN HOUR AGO THE COMPANY INFORMED ME THAT I WAS AFFECTED, THAT I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE, BECAUSE THE LAWYER NEVER SENT THE DOCUMENTS AND DATA THAT THEY REQUESTED, THE LAWYERS ASSISTANTS ASKED ME TO SEND THEM A LETTER REQUESTING THEM TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CASE, BECAUSE THEY WERE NO LONGER GOING TO WORK (THE COMPANY DENIED THE CLAIM), I ALREADY KNEW THAT, THATS WHY I HIRE THEM AND NOW THAT I WANT AN APPOINTMENT SO THEY EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THEY DID OR GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK, I RECEIVE A THREATEN OF RESTRICTION.
