There is one terrible and rude bartender there. She purposely started an argument with me while she was drunk at the bar. Then, she told the other bartenders to not serve me anymore. I only had one draft beer, so cutting me off was not justifiable. This was not a big issue for me since I go to Skoltz to play pool, not to get drunk. I was there that night shooting with friends, or I mightve just gone to another bar. Cutting me off from ordering more drinks only hurt the bartenders because now I had no drinks to tip upon. Fortunately, Skoltz has great pool tables otherwise, this rude and immature employee could cause patrons to stop coming.

Fantastic bar! The food is great, and the full bar gives you options for a variety of drinks. The staff has a great sense of humor. Fridays, theres karaoke and theres plenty of pool tables if your looking to play with a group or simply having a date night.

Pretty nice chill place. I like to grab a drink and sometimes food at the end of my day while finishing notes/entering info. Generally chill, great deals. I dont smoke, but its not crazy strong like some others in the area. The food is a sleeper hear, I learned they had a menu not just bar food... going to be my go to lunch place for sure! Burger great, Philly super great fries amazing!

Its one of those places that is not consistently bad however it is surely not consistently good either! If youre not one of their regulars, be assured you will not be treated equally. Also be aware if you start a time they will charge your credit card $20 and not even tell you that they are doing it. We actually did a little experiment with three of us the other night. None of whom are regulars and they did it to all three. However, the regulars told us thats just what they do to people they dont know. Not quite sure if its illegal. I am quite sure they should at least tell you theyre doing it. I cannot recommend this place

Bartender was noticeably irritated when I asked about the options of tequila. We ordered the $2 tacos and they took over 45 minutes to come out. It was a spoonful of ground beef on a cold mission flour tortilla. I don t see why it would take so long! Also, it was cold.

Thrives! Pay cash! I tipped cash and they still added extra to my tab. When I called and asked he was put off that I was making a big deal about the extra charge. And to add they still have a pending transaction for 20 that has yet to post or fall off. So my 40 dollar tab has added up 68.

I joined my friends for the first time at this bar since recently moving to Katy we were all having a great time up until one point one of the other people in the bar started harassing me and my friend to the point were photos and videos were taken of us literally doing nothing but trying to ignore her after she was past the point of being rude and insulting my friend staff was made aware and promptly escorted her and her friend out of the bar the situation was very uncomfortable for me and my friend group since we just wanted some drinks after work but the staff handled everything and was made sure we weren t bothered anymore I can t thank the staff enough for deescalating the situation and removing said people I will definitely be supporting this bar other than that I had a great time with their pool tables

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET HARASSED. I used to love this bar but it is steadily going downhill. I am harassed by drunk men every time I go there to the point where i feel unconfortable and the staff does nothing about. An overserved customer overturned a table on my lap and got broken glass and alcohol all over me and in my purse. When I approached the owner about it he was so wasted that he didnt care and laughed about it and walked away. Not a single staff member apologized or offered to bring me a towel. I will not be returning. Update: same owner. same problems.

Service was super! A lot of locals go to this bar. It however is a bar that allows indoor smoking so be aware of that. Drinks are cheap and have good food options! We live within walking distance and would go back in a heartbeat. But know your clothes will smell like smoke when you leave! Lots of games to play with friends, pool, darts, video games and slots. Would suggest to those okay with a local bar that isn t fancy but plenty of TVs for sports!

Dishonest people - sneaked more tips on my card without my approval. Went in during lunch time tried to order some quick bites, waitress/bar tender came back twice about out of stock of some items on menu. Had to reorder and finally food ready. Tried to use a Groupon voucher hey she said they no longer accept it, OK I paid full with my card and as courtesy still left $2 cash tip. Later found the voucher is still selling on Groupon web and guess what, they charged $4 more tip on my card. THIS IS STEAL, besides the lying and bad service!

This place is absolutely great! Ive become a local there over the following months. The regulars take you in as family. The food is tasty. Also if you are into darts or pool, they host tournaments and are very welcoming. There are a vast number of players ranging from beginners to experts . You will have no problem finding someone to play with or even give you tips and tricks to improve your game. Ownership is kind and friendly and even work the bar. They also host bands and have karaoke. Overall one of my best in the local experiences in the local bar scene. If you are looking to try a good drink, I recommend the grape Gatorades. They make them very well and seem to be very popular there. It definitely my go to shot now. The crowed and music is also very diverse. The jukebox usually cranks out good tunes. That pretty much sums up my review about this spot. Ive visited almost all bars within the 10 mile radius and can personally say this is the best experience in my opinion.

This review is strictly based on the service. Arrived at 4:45. The bartender was by herself and she took 10 minutes to come over to me to get my order. After I ordered, she told me the kitchen would be opening in 5 to 10 minutes. I told her I would pay for my food and come back. I tipped her and I left and came back at 5:20. The waitress / bartender was at the end of the bar doing dishes and talking to a customer. She saw me but continue to do dishes. About six minutes later, she walk over and asked me what I wanted. I told her I had the Philly. She said oh yeah turned around and grab my bag from the other side of the bar and walked up to me and handed it to me. I said Thank you, and she just turned around and walked away. I dont know if it was because I am an African-American, and this is obviously not a place where we normally are welcome, or if she was just having a bad day, but I will definitely never returned and I would not suggest anyone go here.

If I cloud give zero stars I would. My buddy and I stopped in for a quick beer, and didnt even get service until another patron saw us getting agitated and ready to leave. Some guy that wasnt even working came around the bar to serve us, and then when the actual bartender finally decided to recognize our presence there, even though he saw us walk in and sit down, he wanted payment before we received our drinks. Football Sunday, and only one bartender that could care less about service. What a joke of an establishment
