I reached out to Edward Wolff & Associates for help on collecting from a contractor that was about 90days out. I spoke to Olivia Paige and she was wonderful. Im speechless on how to go about this. The ratings on here that are 5 are fictitious. No where in the google ratings do you see a 2, 3 or 4. Just 5 or 1. The 1 is the one you should pay attention to. These people came to me. I had a small collection and gave it to them. They said they agreed to something with the contractor but after that they never called me, returned my calls or answered my emails. When I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they made an attempt to cover their tracks but it wasnt plausible, they got indignant and still to this day have not received any more information or settlement. They just disappeared. Ive tried to call Olivia, whom they say I should contact, but they never return calls.

I would really read the reviews on this company. You will notice several reviews by different clients but with the same word-for-word reviews. Additionally, the spelling and grammar in most of the reviews is atrocious. BEWARE! SCAM ALERT!

The absolute worst people I have ever dealt with nothing but professional liars stay away from them U will be sorry. Waiting months for the money they recovered for us also refusing to give us copies of the checks they got. When you call Edward Wolfe & Associates to collect your money make sure you speak to Alexander and Jeremy who both worked my account and got me paid just when they said that they would. Im really not a confrontational person so chasing someone down and hounding them about my money was honestly something I wasnt up for after some serious discussions With Friends I went ahead and placed past due account with Edward Wolfe and Associates. They told me that they were contingency based and there was no fee if there was no collection so I saw it as a win-win. About a week went by before I spoke to Alexander at the top of the morning. When my assistant transferred the call to me I just knew that they were going to tell me bad news. Can you imagine my surprise when they said they were able to collect ALL my money!?!?! What an Awesome experience!!!

We had some trouble collecting on a commercial job. At our wits end about it. Shane took the information from me, and they got to work. This account was six months overdue, and I had a check in my hand 6 business days later. Another account was months overdue, and they collected that check as well. Shane and his team have been nothing but polite, professional and effective for me. Be careful with negative reviews for a company like this - obviously 50% of the people involved are not going to be happy when they do what they said they were going to do. Next time someone doesnt want to pay me, I know Shane is ready and willing to take care of it. I have no reservations recommending this company.

Thank you Edwards Wolff and Associates for such an amazing service and help. At the middle of 2021 I began a large project for a local developer in dallas and completed it around March of 2022 . The developer owed us $131k and gave us the run around for 6 months , luckily we met Steve knight and he was able to get us paid , super helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for your help.

Anthony Martin is the worst human being ever, hell trick you till you trust him and sign. He jumps companies like night worker, then hands to over to Mark who is in my opinion unworthy to even call human to steal your money. Beware they are a big scam
