Went there for my daughters friend birthday hangout. It was such a nice place for the kids as they enjoy the water slides, the lazy river and the bucket splash. (Kids younger than 7 years old needs to be accompanied by adult). Ensure to go in your swimsuit as your might not be allowed in the pool

Worst place ever !! Does not even deserve a star. They are extremely specific in the swimwear . My husband was told yes he can wear that I was told no so I had to go to a near by store to buy a swimm Suit. Then we go back a second time and I was told yes. When we went to go pay my husband was told No because the pockets did not have the type of mesh she had. They refused to let us in because to her eyes they were not swimming trucks. We explained to her that he was already told yes and that we went to the store for me. She insisted it was not the type of material she had. Another gentleman infront of us clearly can be seen he had on swimming trucks. He was also told No because his pockets didnt have the type of material she had. 1st and ONLY time visiting this place

Water was a little bit dirty bugs floating around the little kids pool area. Bathroom where very dirt no toilet paper. I had this couple take my son s water toy I asked for help and the staff didn t do much. I thought it was a very secure place to take my kiddos I was wrong. Add pictures of guy that took my kids toy.

I go frequently and love it here. The guards are well trained and responsive. I wish it were larger and had longer hours, but thats a city issue. Its a great place to cool off and enjoy a water break.

Very bad attention when entering, they let in people who match them. They take a long time to let you in, very bad service because they almost undress you at the door to see what clothes you are wearing and then they dont let you in.

Irving resident here! i ve been coming here for years and seen the management change throughout but this year it is outstanding! Ashley, Cassidy and Lydia have been wonderful and so helpful! the lifeguards are enforcing rules because no one reads them at the front and cashiers are doing amazing as well! keep it up west!

The website is wrong. They open at 2pm and close at 8pm. The website said they open at 1 and stood in a long line in the sun. They said the city wont fix the hours online. Update: They fixed the hours on the website. When you call it says it is closed but they are open.

Very fun for the kiddos. Many lifeguards on duty watching simultaneously therefore having a great time! Puts your mind at ease...There are many different areas of swimming entertainment including two slightly different tall fast water slides with lifeguards at the top and bottom of the slides. There are plenty of low sitting chairs to sit in and covered so you dont get burned to a crisp.

Love everything of this place !! There s slides and a mini pool for little kids and a main pool which is for adults and kids. The only thing I dislike it that the water isn t really that high for adults so they can t really swim there BUT there is a bigger pool who focuses more on swing which is ONLY for adults. The prices are fair enough and aren t high like in other pools

Granddaughters loved it, just enough for them to do everything. My only gripe was that the lifeguards were very inconsistent with their dos and do nots. I spoke to one of the supervisors, and she was aware of it and is working on it. So thats good.

they literally have kids only working here that are very incompetent. especially at the door. they arent interested in giving senior citizens their discount. They asked how many adults and how many kids and we told them little did we know that, that was not the same as a senior and they said they can not change it bc they would be under the count and would not change the total even though we havent even gave MONEY yet. An adult should be present for transactions bc the teenagers obviously dont know how to do their job correctly.

Always a fun suck. I get the strict rules but being told that you can t wear the same goggles as several other kids and being yelled at to stay with your child, saying um that s not my child and then being questioned on it was enough. This pool is ran by the City of Irving. It has plenty of lifeguards on duty. It also has showers, snack shack , water volleyball and a climbing wall. The pool also has a small lazy river and 2 slides for persons 48 inches tall and over. Irving students pay $2 Irving adults pay $3 and over 55 yrs old there is no charge. You must show proof of residency before entering. Hope this helps

Good place to take your children swimming, they have pools for children up to 1 year old and there are also more than 12 lifeguards who make you feel safe when your children go in to bathe. 2 large slides, bathrooms to change and bathe and many other things. Very bad experience of this place. The lady who helped us asks for identification, my husbands license, says another address (it doesnt have the same address as where we moved) she asks my son what school is he in WHAT? I have lived in this place for 6 months, I did not change schools. He asks me for a Bill, who comes with a Bill to a swimming pool. And no, he let us in. What a shame there are such stupid people. Who, if not a resident, is going to look out there. I would never come to this place again. They should have trained people. That lady didnt even ask me my address.

Very impressed with the young adults who manage the facility as well as the Lifeguards. These lifeguards are strict for a good reason, safety is a plus here. Nice variety of play elements for the kiddies including the splash tower, baby area, lazy river (which has really good momentum) and of course 16/older has a addl lap pool/water polo and water splash rock climb. The splash pad includes a two-story dual racer water slide. Concession stand included. Parking seems tight. A good first come first serve basis for the first 40 cars, then parking to the right below the center, a brisk walk. Families and fun for all to like. Awnings with chairs first come first serve. Lots of seating. Rental availability for cabanas through the center for a minimal cost. Entry fee as well is affordable. Their minimal price beats any amusement park by far. Have fun and be safe!

This our go to summer waterpark and it is very relaxing. The lazy river can get a little crowded on Fridays and weekends, since this is the closest waterpark for South Irving residents. Weve been coming here for the past 10 years. But just be mindful that they do check for proper swimwear. They have a concession stand, ice machine and they do accept ice coolers. Call ahead to find out extra detailed info. Other than that, great for the whole family and a great way to beat the Texas heat.
