Our dinner experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. Upon entering, we were immediately put off by the overwhelming smell of cleaning agents, which was so strong that it negatively impacted our appetites. Unfortunately, the disappointment didnt end there. The food itself was underwhelming, lacking in flavor and quality. It felt like a missed opportunity to enjoy a satisfying meal. Additionally, considering the mediocre quality of the food, the prices seemed unreasonably high. Overall, our visit to this restaurant was far from enjoyable. The strong cleaning agent smell and lackluster food left us feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. We hope the restaurant can address these issues to provide a better dining experience for future patrons.

I don t know how the food is because I was disgusted by how unsanitary the server was. As soon as we walked in I noticed he was scratching all over his face before he grabbed our roll-ups and menus. Once he sat us he still continued to run his fingers through his hair and touch peoples food. He had some sort of allergic reaction on his face so the fact that he kept rubbing his face encouraged me to completely walk out. Before we decided to leave I saw him empty the trash, couch in his hands, without attempting to wash his hands at all. I will never have the opportunity to enjoy the experience as the server ruined it. Management should definitely reinforce server etiquette- especially when on the floor.

It was quite a mediocre experience especially for Mexican food. I got really excited because there were so many good reviews about this place but honestly it was just okay. We ordered the fajitas, chimichanga, and enchiladas. Nothing had a wow factor going. We had really small portions of rice and beans and the food literally all tasted the same. Sure the chicken was quite juicy but that wasnt enough to save the dishes. There was no spice, no lemon, no variation of taste which is why it felt montone. There was one base taste which is why itll just be a one time stop for me. Plus the dishes are quite expensive averaging at $20 per plate which I think is not worth it. I would recommend a better Mexican place if youre craving Mexican food.

Our entire family loves Casa Mia Frisco! We celebrate birthdays and family events here. The food is always amazing and the service is consistently great. Casual setting with indoor and outdoor seating. My favorite items on the menu are the been & cheese nachos, cheese enchiladas, & shrimp enchiladas. The salsa, queso & guacamole with chips are really good, too. The Margaritas are so yummy! We love seeing the same servers and management staff every time we go in. Vegetarian options: Not Vegan, but like any Mexican food place there are plenty of been and cheesy options Parking: ample parking for the amount of tables inside that starts out front and wraps around the building to the west Kid-friendliness: definitely a family friendly environment

Overall the food is ok which I mean ok by it s close to our house so not far of a drive but not worth a long drive kind of food. But management is horrible. We ordered take out and my husband order was all wrong. My order look like it was thrown together and the beans was everywhere. So when I called they said they would replace our whole meal next time. The manager Jose or something with a J. (I forgot) said that next time we need to tell them the beans needs to be packaged separately. Well few days later we go back to get our order since the manager said he would replace it. We go back and they said they re only going to fix one meal and not the other. Which was not the initial agreement made. I wouldn t go back again.

I ordered off Doordash and got 2 crispy tacos. I received flour tortillas and they were also gross. Not even heated. Just straight outta the bag. Always food and service worth coming back for, the fish tacos(mahi) are always fresh and a generous portion, great charro beans also 11/2023 UPDATE might be time to only enjoy this place for to go orders, service is not what it was and sadly gets worse each visit, call me crazy but stocking an empty bar and talking with Co-workers should be the last priority when guests are in the building.

I went here for the happy hour referenced in their on line menu. I was rudely told no they dont have one. No apology or offer of a discount even though I told them I came for the HH. The food is decent if you eat at the restaurant but most of the meals are over priced. The only reason they stay open is the lack of nearby restaurants and the closeness they are to the martial arts place for kids. Disappointing. Go to Fuzzys for a reasonable priced meal, good food and great service!!!

I ordered a fajita chicken nacho. The nacho had a funny taste and had some type of hair in it. If I had to take a guess, I would say cat. Needless to say, I didnt finish it and I definitely do not recommend. If you do eat or order online, check your food!

The brisket Chimichanga is out of this world, delicious and stuffed with beef and cheese, especially love the sour cream sauce. The beef fajitas are very good too but the chimichanga is my go to. Welcoming staff, AMAZING food, and fun environment. The beans were delicious! I had the lentils and the charro beans. However the rest of my meal (fajita lunch special) was average at best. The meat was a bit undercooked for my liking but flavor wise was ok however the rice . Ive had better. Also, if youre going to get a sauce make sure its the green one. CasaMia is conveniently located on Rolator and Hillcrest in Frisco, TX. They are the only Mexican restaurant, and one of the only sit-down restaurants in this area. The food is always great, the staff is always friendly. They ve added a small patio which makes it a great place to hang out with friends if you don t want to drive far.

Very poor food quality. We ordered 4 dishes all different, everything tasted the exact same as the chef seemingly poured tonnes of queso sauce on top of all of them. Too cheesy and tastes rediculous!

First I should say this is a 5 star place however...My wife was craving nachos and we like to try places we havent been and CasaMia looked like it would fulfill her craving! We live near this restaurant and she checked out the pictures and thought it would be a winner to satisfy her. But...when we saw the prices of the nachos she said she couldnt possibly pay these prices for nachos. We always get fajita nachos and theirs are $21.50!! I understand the costs of food have gone up, and I dont expect restaurants to have to work on thinner margins but good grief that is crazy. Basic cheese nachos are 13.50! Were talking a tortilla chip and cheese? The rest of the food looked to be priced fine, a little high but not where I would feel is unfair. Other aspects of our visit went like this. Service: We had a great experience, Ashlyn was our server and she was great! Always attentive and helpful. Seemed that all the other customers we being well taken care of as well. Food: Excellent, enjoyed everything we had, enjoyed the tortilla chips and salsa. Out entrees were also excellent and portions were very large and fair. I always forget to take pictures! Drinks: We get frozen margaritas typically and they were very good as well. Overall, our experience was great, and I will be back. I just hope they consider making the nachos a little more fairly priced. That is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the review. I noticed I am not the only one that feels this way based on other reviews. Being the biggest reason for our visit and the fact we decided not to order them says something. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Terrible customer service. A friend of mine recommended this place and was excited to try it. We had to beg for someone to take our order. Our food came extremely cold. We asked for corn tortillas we got flower tortillas.Waitress extremely rude!!! No reason to come back again.

Last visit! I frequently stop in after work to eat dinner. Today (5/16/21, 3:11 PM) I placed an online order for enchiladas. On the order, I requested please include plenty of salsa and chips! Thank you! (I also paid a 15% gratuity which I think is silly on a to-go order). Anyway, when I picked up sample of chips and salsa is included with all orders. I questioned why I could dine in and have all the chips and salsa I wanted for the same price but for a to-go order, only a very small amount of each. I was toldeverybody does this now. Well, not the other places I frequent. Sorry, I dont understand. I can sit in your restaurant, take up space, dirty your table, dishes silverware, ask for water, ask for butter to eat with my chips, take up the servers time...on and on, and have all the chips and salsa I want. Im not an all you can eat type - generally 1 to 1.5 baskets of chips but yes, several cups of salsa as I like it with chips and on my beans and enchiladas, too. What I received today was about 1/4 of what I normally eat. And insult to injury...my food was cold when I got home (4 minutes away) - and I mean refrigerator cold. OK. I have a microwave but had I been in the restaurant I would have sent it back. Ill never visit this place again. And the owner needs to remember - every unhappy customer will tell at leat 10 people who will tell 10 people...etc. TexMex restaurants are a dime a dozen in a 5 mile radius. They can have my business while Casa Mia will forever have my negative comments.

I ordered online and I went to pickup my food but it was not ready. I wait 40 minutes, I went back inside the restaurant and they had my food in bags but they didnt call or text. My food was cold.
