When I ordered the 3rd shot of the most expensive tequila in the place it had already sold out. Was really bad for us. We had to repeat things that the waitress had forgotten. They didnt have bagged ice to keep the beer mug cold. Lemonade was ordered with sparkling water and little sugar. She brought it very sweet, and they did not have carbonated water.

I went here 5 days in a row, after work for a drink. They have great attitude the service is spot on. I spend roughly 40 to 100 dollars depends how much I drink but Ive been to over 30 different hooter locations an this is by far my favorite. There manager Justin is the best manager Ive met so far. There are 4 locations in the Dallas area I recommend the one on the beltway hands down!!!

This location allows their employees to park these gigantic trucks in the very front. It causes a very big hazard for the patrons of the shopping center. It takes up park of the space needed for handicapped parking. I see others have complained about this but hooters does nothing? It s dangerous to drive near there as you can t see around the trucks. Do better. Employees shouldn t be parking in front where the customers should be able to. Very inconsiderate managers. Parking: The employees create hazardous conditions with their huge trucks.

Baja fish tacos were amazing. Ordered them grilled and squeezed lime on top. Spectacular!! Service was lacking. Was seated fairly quickly but then sat at my table for about 10 mins before someone asked if I d been helped. Food came out promptly after ordering and then I sat there for at least 15 mins with an empty glass and clear plate waiting on my check.

Poor customer service!!! Short staffed on a Sunday 4pm!!! One server only and not too many tables, made us wait 40 minutes, one of the tables occupied left party of 5, then approached us and said we still had to wait for a different table to leave and she didn t know how long would that be after she told us to wait 30 min. It s ridiculous!!! She could have sat us on the table of five who had left since we were also a party of 5!!! SMH!!! The other crew table was done eating, they were just sitting and talking, the waitress could have handled that!! First time there and LAST for sure!!!

Very delicious burger .JUST the type of burger I was craving. Food was hot and FRESH, its how I enjoy my food. Will stop by next time Im craving hamburgers. All the ingredients looked and tasted fresh.. The atmosphere was cozy,a bit loud but its a sporty restaurant so its understandable. Plenty of seating including padded seats for comfort. This is quite literally the typical sports bar that you can go to, and theres nothing wrong with that. Theres a simple beauty in simplicity. Yeah, its a basic place, but thats the best part about all Hooters. You know what to expect, a side bar, sports on TV, nice food, and of course the servers are nice. Simple, cheap, delicious, inviting, and relaxing all come to mind when youre at Hooters, whether its for that after work dinner, late night drink, watching the game as a group, or a nice lunch with friends.

I won t come back here again. The food USED to be good and this place would always used to stay packed. I received undercooked wings and it messed up my stomach really bad! Hate to give single star rating for a chain known for their service. There was no service after sitting in the table for more than 20 mins. Place was not crowded at all and we saw waitresses were sitting down in the tables. We were 4 ppl sat there and stared at the menu for 20 mins, we waived our hand couple of times. Still no response and walked away and went to the Nepali (PEAK) restaurant in the same complex, which is a nice place and good service. Never going to this branch again.

So hooters Irving service has dwindled. I understand short staff because many places currently suffer with staff. What is not acceptable is when you are standing waiting to be helped and waitresses make eye contact with you, turn away and act like they did t see you vs acknowledge you and at least say, we will be with you in a moment . We also had an incident where we had a large party wanting to eat there. The waitresses didn t want to work our party so we told them we would break it up and they still refused. Now I return months later and order their FANTASTIC cheese sticks just to discover I paid the Hooters price for the cheap Burger King brand cheese sticks. I don t even think it s real mozzarella. Such a disappointment :/

I love hooters, love the food and the vibe always. I came down from Vegas and was very surprised with the lack of customer service and just overall horrible experience. We came in on Monday night so not very busy but we waited SO long to be served, the girl that helped us seemed super annoyed with having to do her job. She was the shorter girl and had pink in her lashes. She didn t refill my drinks at all, I was literally chewing on ice because she never came around. At a point I got up to use the bathroom and there were ROACHES in the bathroom. I was so disgusted we didn t finish our food. We were almost already done eating which is why I didn t ask for a refund but holy cow, I ve never had such a bad experience at a hooters. I m so disappointed but glad I m back in Vegas where customer service and cleanliness is top priority. Also beware of the roaches. That s not acceptable.

There was an issue with the Hooters website ordering so I drove to the business but they were not open yet. I saw one of the waitresses going in so I told her about the website. She went inside and told the manager. She then came back out and took my order. My order was ready to go when they opened up for business. It was above and beyond service which was nice. I love their Buffalo Shrimp but I had never had the sauce on the side. The waitresses placed the order with the sauce on the side but that was not what I ordered. Well she knew better. The shrimp were still crispy and hot when I got back to the office. I dipped the first few in the sauce and then I just poured it on the rest. I now recommend getting the sauce on the side for a to go order. The fries are always good so not much to say about them.

Brooklyn, in Irving, is an awesome bartender who gets a little cold sometimes so she prefers to don the Hooters Orange. But she knows how to make you smile, as she epitomizes the Hooters Makes You Happy mantra. She s so good at making you smile she s going to be a great orthodontist. And Kas is a pretty sweet Hooters girl, too. Kas has class something some of the younger generation doesn t understand the importance of these days. Keep doing your thing girls. #MakeUsHappy

Have to give it a 1 star because one of the people at my table cut her mouth on a broken/chipped shot glass. Also, the waitress (three times) failed to simply refill water. And the complications with a large party were present. I always hope for a restaurant that doesnt have to yell across the table to see whose food is this, some have place settings etc. The food was simply okay. However, that broken piece of glass is unacceptable for a bartender to not check her shot glass. In case you ponder, the rim was salted, couldnt see the chip. So, yea. Also, the manager did NOT personally come to the table and apologize for the gross negligence. Honestly, its hooters. You know what youre getting.

The staff was new not knocking them now I did notice they kept getting pulled to meeting on other side of restaurant while trying to sever tables, also the food was good, restroom were a mess not the staff fault mainly dirty customers would go back

I go there for Lunch and Sometimes Dinner. For lunch KAT is my server % shes GREAT . For Dinner I have Steph and shes awesome . Keep up the GOOD WORK ladles, Today I went in and My normal servers werent there So I met KAS and WOW excellent service GREAT CONVERSATION.... L VED IT!!
